Modern agricultural production cannot leave the control of environment. This thesis, on the basis of in depth analysis of greenhouse intelligent control, connect intelligence sensor and the control of SCM(Single Chip Microcomputer) to deal with some factors of greenhouse intelligentialize control. It provided design proposal of SCM humiture and light intensity detecting system. This system used layering and building block design. All the system is consisted by data acquisition system, SCM control system and computer observation system. The core of system is SCM and the measuring element is a number of temperature and humidity sensor. Through the connection of SCM and intelligence sensor, collecting and storing the measured data of intelligence sensor. In the system of SCM, realize the function of procedural expanding storage, real-time display of data, transfinite voice calling, auxiliary data storage. SCM, as a center of supervisory control computer and intelligence sensor connection, make collected data send to supervisory control computer for corresponding through RS232 line and supervisory control computer. Supervisory control computer make the data of SCM transmission proceed to record, to save, to handle and to alarm. It can support staff to scan, to record and to do some dealing.

A kind of multiple parameter data acquisition system was designed based on single-chip microcomputer which can realized the data acquisition of temperature and DC motor speed. The data acquisition system consists of sensor, signal processing circuit, single-chip microcomputer and LED digital tube. The speed signal is acquired by photoelectric sensor, put into the Single-chip microcomputer processed after processed by signal processing circuit, and displayed the value in the digital tubes. The temperature signal is acquired by digital sensor, and the Single-chip microcomputer can read the data directly. Through two independent keyboards, the test system realized the data acquisition and data switch displaying of the multiple parameters.

Structured Cabling is not a demonstrative course, but a course to stimulate students’ learning interest and to improve experiment’s efficiency. Unfortunately there are some disadvantages for experimental instruments on the present market, such as low testing speed, low automation level and less functions, etc. A multi-processor structure is proposed in this paper, which consists of a 32-bit ARM processor S3C2440 and a 8-bit Single Chip Microcomputer STC89LE54. This structure is used to develop a new network cabling experimental instrument, which is based on embedded system. The instrument can achieve precise processing, such as synchronous data acquisition for wire cores of 32 standard network lines according to EIA/TIA568A Standard or EIA/TIA568B Standard, display and data storage, etc. The instrument has characteristics of high efficiency, fast response, automatic identification, and ease of use. It is used to implement consistency between teaching and job training. Therefore it has high practical value.

A kind of device for data storage is realized in this article. The data storage device (DSD) has USB and I2C port. By it we can transmit data from terminal for measure and control that base on SCM (single-chip microcomputer) to PC easily. DSD use EEPROM CMOS chip AT24C512 for storing data, and use USB chip CH341 for transmitting data to PC. This article showed AT24C512, CH341 and the characteristic of I2C BUS. The hardware for taking data and software for communicating between terminal and PC were designed in this article.

A design of electronic laser harp based on SCM (the abbreviation for single chip microcomputer) is proposed. It adopts the semiconductor laser transmitter and the receiving tube as a sensor, and uses the laser transmitter emits beams to imitate the 8 strings of harp. The main control chip STC89C52RC collects and processes the signal from receiving tube circuit, then STC89C52RC outputs special signal to produce sound of harp by audio. Compared with the traditional method, this design greatly enhances the anti-interference ability of the system, and it owns a certain degree of innovation and creation in not only the form of performance but also design proposal of system.

Traditional fighter electrical boxes detection system can not be efficient and accurate implementation in detecting electrical boxes, in order to achieve accurate detection of the electrical box, this paper had designed a detection device consists of upper machine and lower machine system. The system is based on the C8051F120 single chip microcomputer as the core. It is controlled by a machine on and off of the FPGA to drive the relay array to detect the safety status of electric box, through the communication between upper machine and lower machine to display the measurement results. The integrated test system can detect various fighter electrical control boxes, which overcomes the shortcoming of a test equipment in the past can only test a class of products, improves test accuracy and efficiency.

This paper introduces a type of control and test system for internal combustion engine based on Serial bus and virtual instrument technique. It consists of host and intelligent node, with parameter signals communication through RS485 serial bus to form a distributed high-precision status parameters controlling testing system. The host computer implements the user interaction, data storage, status monitoring, power measurement and computation as well as management. The client unit reads the commands of host, controls the rotation speed of engine and excitation current, detects all the parameters of system and transmits the data. The hardware and software structure of the distributed testing system (client) with ATmega128 micro single chip computer and communication module are implemented. And the application software was developed with graphical virtual instrument language LabVIEW. The solution may have some reference value to the design of other internal combustion monitoring system with other control bus and the development of general single chip microcomputer and industrial field monitoring and controlling system.
