A kind of multiple parameter data acquisition system was designed based on single-chip microcomputer which can realized the data acquisition of temperature and DC motor speed. The data acquisition system consists of sensor, signal processing circuit, single-chip microcomputer and LED digital tube. The speed signal is acquired by photoelectric sensor, put into the Single-chip microcomputer processed after processed by signal processing circuit, and displayed the value in the digital tubes. The temperature signal is acquired by digital sensor, and the Single-chip microcomputer can read the data directly. Through two independent keyboards, the test system realized the data acquisition and data switch displaying of the multiple parameters.

The battery monitoring system (BMS) plays a crucial role in maintaining the safe operation of the lithium battery electric bicycle and prolonging the life of the battery pack. This paper designed a set of new battery monitoring systems based on the Android system and ARM single-chip microcomputer to enable direct management of the lithium battery pack and convenient monitoring of the state of the battery pack. The BMS realizes the goal of monitoring the voltage, current, and ambient temperature of lithium batteries, estimating the state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH), protecting the battery from abuse during charging or discharging, and ensuring the consistency of the batteries by integrating the passive equalization circuit. The BMS was proven effective and feasible through several tests, including charging/discharging, estimation accuracy, and communication tests. The results indicated that the BMS could be used in the design and application of the electric bicycle.

Modern agricultural production cannot leave the control of environment. This thesis, on the basis of in depth analysis of greenhouse intelligent control, connect intelligence sensor and the control of SCM(Single Chip Microcomputer) to deal with some factors of greenhouse intelligentialize control. It provided design proposal of SCM humiture and light intensity detecting system. This system used layering and building block design. All the system is consisted by data acquisition system, SCM control system and computer observation system. The core of system is SCM and the measuring element is a number of temperature and humidity sensor. Through the connection of SCM and intelligence sensor, collecting and storing the measured data of intelligence sensor. In the system of SCM, realize the function of procedural expanding storage, real-time display of data, transfinite voice calling, auxiliary data storage. SCM, as a center of supervisory control computer and intelligence sensor connection, make collected data send to supervisory control computer for corresponding through RS232 line and supervisory control computer. Supervisory control computer make the data of SCM transmission proceed to record, to save, to handle and to alarm. It can support staff to scan, to record and to do some dealing.

Traditional fighter electrical boxes detection system can not be efficient and accurate implementation in detecting electrical boxes, in order to achieve accurate detection of the electrical box, this paper had designed a detection device consists of upper machine and lower machine system. The system is based on the C8051F120 single chip microcomputer as the core. It is controlled by a machine on and off of the FPGA to drive the relay array to detect the safety status of electric box, through the communication between upper machine and lower machine to display the measurement results. The integrated test system can detect various fighter electrical control boxes, which overcomes the shortcoming of a test equipment in the past can only test a class of products, improves test accuracy and efficiency.
