In order to improve the testing efficiency of the cylinder leakage, a measure and control system based on LabVIEW is put forwards into application. This paper introduces a method of cylinder leakage calculation and proposes a cylinder leakage standard curves analysis method, and designs the hardware system mainly using the Mitsubishi PLC and the Art USB5935 acquisition card and the software system based on LabVIEW.

In deep wells and ultra-deep wells the complex geological conditions often result in serious casing wear. In order to obtain the wear efficiency which is used to compute the wear depth of downhole casing, the ring block drillpipe casing wear tester is developed. The measure and control system which include the measure circuits of contact forces between casing and drillpipe samples, the measure circuits of the friction forces are main component of wear tester. It is very important to design the measure and control system of tester. The paper also develops the calibration method of the loads sensors used to measure the contact and friction force. The wear tester can accurately measure the wear efficiency and the friction coefficient needed by casing wear prediction.

Measurement and control system is the key equipment for testing and analyzing of the dynamic characteristics for a nonlinear absorber.It is the necessary means of accomplishing to design the rationalization of the nonlinear absorber. This article has conducted the detailed research in the new development of absorber test equipment to the desing of system structure, The constituent of software system, and The process design, and The development of the computer program based on virtual techniques. Debugging and running this software system have shown that the precision and reliability of it have been proved.

Welding quality control is critical for welding manufacturing. However, the factors that affect welding quality exist in the whole welding process. Whole process welding quality control is a technology control process that can control the welding quality from choice of the welding material, stability of the welding process and quality assurance after welding. In this paper, a quality measure and control system is developed. The system is consisted of three modules: Technology property evaluation and welding material choice module is based on Analysator Hannover. This module can evaluate three type of welding material: electrode, solid welding wire and flux-cored wire. The welding process stability evaluation module can collect electrical and light spectral signal for disturbance factors diagnosis during the welding. The metallurgical structure and property forecasting module call the CCT diagram data base for predicting he metallurgical structure and mechanical property of the weld affected zone and weld metal. For stainless steel, a predicting method based on Schaeffer is also provided in this module.

This paper is focused on the measure and control system for large pumping station auxiliary equipments. The design of system has advantages as follows, functions of sensing measure, compensation calculation and policy control are decentralized to the intelligent measure and control equipments in the field improve stability and reliability of the system; digitalized application eliminates the analog signal transmission errors and fundamentally improves the accuracy of measure and control; CAN-Bus has a higher data transfer rate and distribution capacity of bus resources; isolated CAN-Bus design makes the system anti-overvoltage ability strong; simple requirements of communication network wiring highlight the economy of the system. The application of the system is also described in the paper.

Purpose of research. The article deals with the problem of monitoring water areas in order to control their physical and chemical conditions using a flying laboratory (FL) which includes an aircraft with attachable water intake equipment and a software and hardware system. A specific feature of the monitoring of surface waters is the unpredictable behavior of air and water, periodic absence of visual contact with the aircraft, the uncertainty of tricopter characteristics. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the parameters of the control system (CS) to meet the requirements for the accuracy of aircraft positioning in conditions of uncertainty of external parameters. Methods. Theoretical mechanics and robot mechanics methods were used to solve the set tasks. Methods for mathematical modeling of dynamic systems were used to study the patterns of convertiplane movement. Adaptive control with a reference model were used to plan and control the movement of the aircraft. Results. The use of adaptive FL motion control made it possible to ensure convergence to zero of the tracking errors i.e., the difference between the output signals and the reference model. The proposed control system gives a good result with small disturbing effects. The parameters of the regulator that ensure the quality indicators of the ACS within the specified limits are determined. Conclusion. A mathematical model was developed and mathematical modeling of the convertiplane movement under conditions of uncertainty of external influences was performed. The problem of parameter control of a convertiplane was considered when the control coefficients were available for setting. The developed algorithms in the adaptive control system made it possible to provide faster suppression of external disturbances in comparison with the traditional PID control system for the case of a linear description of the controlled object.

In this paper, we research on HPS synthetical testing system based on LabVIEW, and put forward the whole scheme of power steering gear assembly test rig system. The PC application of measurement and control system is designed based on LabVIEW 8.5. The results of experimental show that our software test system is stable and effective.
