Taking Zhejiang logistics information platform as an example, it establishes a two-stage (users gather stage, stable operation stage) regional logistics information platform pricing model. In the end, it draws a conclusion that the pricing strategy is mainly affected by platform service, network externality factor and user scale of both sides.
