WiMAX dengan standar IEEE 802.16e merupakan suatu standar untuk sistem mobile WiMAX. Dalam sistem mobile ini mengenal adanya sistem handover. Simulasi pada penelitian ini terdapat 2 skenario, yang sama-sama menggunakan ASN-GW. Simulasi terdiri dari intra ASN-GW dan inter ASN-GW. Hasil dari simulasi yang telah dilakukan pada intra ASN-GW menunjukkan grafik throughput yang memperlihatkan terjadinya handover dari masing-masing nodal yang terlibat.Kata kunci: mobile, handover, VoIP, intra ASN-GW, inter ASN-GW, throughput.

The scheduled service network design problem (SSNDP) can support planning the transportation operations of consolidation carriers given shipment-level service commitments regarding available and due times. These available and due times impact transportation costs by constraining potential consolidation opportunities. However, such available and due times may be changed, either because of negotiations with customers or redesigned internal operations to increase shipment consolidation and reduce transportation costs. As changing these times can lead to customer service and operational issues, we presume a carrier seeks to do so for a limited number of shipments. We propose a new variant of the SSNDP, the flexible scheduled service network design problem, that identifies the shipments for which these times should be changed to minimize total transportation and handling costs. We present a solution approach for this problem that outperforms a commercial optimization solver on instances derived from the operations of a U.S. less-than-truckload freight transportation carrier. With an extensive computational study, we study the savings potential of leveraging flexibility and the operational settings that are fertile ground for doing so.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to discuss the meanings attributed by professionals to the construction of the service network for women in situations of violence. Methods: Convergent Care Research developed with the application of a convergence group with 32 participants from the health, social assistance, or public security sectors, in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. The data was produced during ten meetings, based on the problematization methodology, and submitted to analysis of thematic content and interpreted with the referential of networks. Results: the construction of the network is an artisanal work carried out by people continuously, permeated by bonds, communication and partnerships between services and knowledge of work processes. Lashings require permanent movement. Final Considerations: building a network implies defining intertwining lines; form nodes that create cross-sector connections. There is a need to institutionalize processes through care continuity protocols, associated with an efficient communication system between sectors.

A Fast Flux Service Network (FFSN) domain name system method is a technique used on botnet that bot herders used to support malicious botnet actions to rapidly change the domain name IP addresses and to increase the life of malicious servers. While several methods for the detection of FFSN domains are suggested, they are still suffering from relatively low accuracy with the zero-day domain in particular. Throughout the current research, a system that’s deemed new is proposed. The latter system is called (the Fast Flux Killer System) and is abbreviated as (FFKS)). It allows one to have the FF-Domains “zero-day”, via a deployment built on (ADeSNN). It is a hybrid, which consists of two stages. The online phase according to the learning outcomes from the offline phase works on detecting the zero-day domains while the offline phase helps in enhancing the classification performance of the system in the online phase. This system will be compared to a previously published work that was based on a supervised detection method using the same ADeSNN algorithm to have the FFSNs domains detected, also to show better performance in detecting malicious domains. A public data set for the impacts of the hybrid ADeSNN algorithm is employed in the experiment. When hybrid ADeSNN was used over the supervised one, the experiments showed better accuracy. The detection of zero-day fast-flux domains is highly accurate (99.54%) in a mode considered as an online one.

The degree of matching between supply and demand for financial support policies is a key factor for policy effectiveness. In this paper, we use policy text computing method that integrates topic mining, text classification, and training set predictions to study the supply and demand matching of China’s financial support policies for private enterprises. We find that supply and demand match for policies on diversified financing channels. However, there is mismatch in financial service facilitation policies and local subsidy policies. Our research implies that China’s development of a multiple-layer financial market has promoted the diversification of financing channels, which has improved the financing conditions for private enterprises. However, financial service network is still not convenient to facilitate private enterprises.

In order to reduce the cost of manufacturing and service for the Cloud 3D printing (C3DP) manufacturing grid, to solve the problem of resources optimization deployment for no-need preference under circumstance of cloud manufacturing, consider the interests of enterprises which need Cloud 3D printing resources and cloud platform operators, together with QoS and flexibility of both sides in the process of Cloud 3D printing resources configuration service, a task-service network node matching method based on Multi-Objective optimization model in dynamic hyper-network environment is built for resource allocation. This model represents interests of the above-mentioned two parties. In addition, the model examples are solved by modifying Mathematical algorithm of Node Matching and Evolutionary Solutions. Results prove that the model and the algorithm are feasible, effective and stable.

Aiming at the problems of traditional sports service network node layout optimization methods, which have low node coverage, node moving distance, and long distance, a sports service network node layout optimization method based on network communication is proposed. The approximate algorithm is used to calculate the probability that the wireless communication network covers the sports service network node. According to the energy consumption generated by the sports service network node in the communication process and the energy generated by the node transmission data, the energy consumption model is constructed to obtain all the communication nodes of the sports service network. Taking the maximum coverage of the rectangular area of the sports service network communication node and the minimum energy consumption of the node as the optimization goal, the accelerated genetic algorithm is used to construct the objective function to optimize the layout of the sports service network node. The simulation experiment results show that the sports service network node coverage of the proposed method has a wide coverage and a shorter node moving distance, which can effectively extend the life of the sports service network.
