Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is the top ordinary pathogen causing epidemic and food poisoning. The authentication of S. aureus has great significance for pathologic diagnosis and food hygiene supervision. Various biosensor methods have been established for identification. This paper reviews the research progress of aptasensors for S. aureus detection, focusing on the classification of aptamer technologies, including optical aptasensors and electrochemical aptasensors. Furthermore, the feasibility and future challenges of S. aureus detection for aptamer assays are discussed. Combining aptasensors with nanomaterials appears to be the developing trend in aptasensors.

Abstract Background Hip fracture is common and carries high morbidity and mortality; thus, it has become a vital concern. We aim to analyse the present status, worldwide trends in hip fracture and state of clinical research. Methods Publications from 2000 to 2019 were retrieved from the Web of Science database and analysed using a bibliometric methodology. VOSviewer software was utilised for analysis. Results In total, 6139 publications were included, and publications increased annually from 152 in 2000 to 592 in 2019. U.S. researchers have produced the most publications, the highest H-index and the greatest number of citations. Osteoporosis International has published the most papers on the topic. Leading researchers, contributing institutions, their cooperative relationships and scientific masterpieces have been identified. The publications can be divided into five clusters: ‘mortality’, ‘surgical management’, ‘rehabilitation’, ‘osteoporosis’ and ‘epidemiology’. A clear developing trend was described, which began with fracture epidemiology and prevention, transitioned to perioperative management, orthogeriatric care and patient safety and then to functional recovery, disease burden and national audits in recent times. Conclusions Hip fractures result in conditions that extend far beyond orthopaedics concerning epidemiology and preventive medicine, internal medicine and endocrinology, as well as critical care and gerontology. Interest, research and publications are on the rise.

In this time and age, technology is on an ever-developing trend, bringing with it a plethora of new advancements to daily life and common activities, but with these advancements, a whole new set of issues and vulnerabilities become present. This paper aims to discuss and propose a solution to the vulnerability of physical security lockers, a facet of security that many organisations tend to neglect. It aims to provide an elevated level of security for companies who use physical lockers to secure sensitive information or important contents. More specifically, the paper discusses the plausibility and the advantage of utilising multi-factor authentication with dynamic passwords or OTP code for short and facial recognition to access physical lockers. The proposed system will require employees to have accounts in their respective locker by entering their respective ID and passing the facial recognition feature. The system will then provide the employee with an OTP code, allowing the company an extra layer of security from intruders or malicious individuals.

Based on the data of Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018, this paper analyzed the logistics competitiveness of Anhui Province, Northern Anhui, Central Anhui and Southern Anhui from three dimensions: basic support for logistics development, potential of logistics development and effectiveness of logistics development. In general, the logistics competitiveness of Anhui Province, Central Anhui, Northern Anhui and Southern Anhui from 2009 to 2018 has shown an upward trend year by year, with the three regions competing with one another. Among them, the basic support for logistics development has went from Central Anhui leading, to Northern Anhui, Southern Anhui being on a par with one another and having a balanced development; the effectiveness of logistics development in Northern Anhui has been developing particularly rapid and prominent; the potential of logistics development in three regions has shown little difference and the dynamic developing trend is similar. Suggestions are put forward: improving the policies and environment for logistics development, speeding up the construction of logistics information platform, attaching importance to the training and introduction of logistics talents.

Abstract Background: Among all osteoporotic fractures, hip fracture is common, carries high morbidity and mortality, thus has been becoming a vital concern We aim to analyze the present status and worldwide trends of hip fracture research in various clinical aspects. Methods: Publications from 2000 to 2019 were retrieved from Web of Science database and analyzed through bibliometric methodology. The software VOS viewer was utilized for visualized analysis. Results: Totally, 6139 publications were included, and publications increased annually, from 152 (2000) to 592 (2019). The USA has made huge contributions with the most publications, the highest H-index, and citations. Osteoporosis International has published the most papers. Leading researchers, contributing institutions, their cooperation relationships and scientific masterpieces have been identified. Research could be divided into five clusters: "mortality", "surgical management", “rehabilitation”, “osteoporosis” and "epidemiology". A clear developing trend was described, which initiated from fracture epidemiology and prevention, transitioned to perioperative management, orthogeriatric care and patient safety, and then to functional recovery, disease burden along with national audit and initiatives in recent time. Conclusions: Hip fractures resulted in conditions that extend far beyond orthopaedics, concerning epidemiology & preventive medicine, internal medicine & endocrinology , as well as critical care and gerontology. And a growing volume of publications in the future could be expected.
