in the thesis we introduce fuzzy mathematic method into fault diagnosis of hydraulic pressure system, bring forward the fuzzy membership grade method which is based on the history data and expert preferential ordinal number, set up a mathematical model of fault diagnosis, and carry out the fuzzy diagnosis on hydraulic pressure system fault in computer. The example shows that this method is advantageous to accuracy and credibility of decision and is valid and viable in the application.

Based on analyzing the problem of tap worn and broken in the tapping process, the faults in tapping process are classified into four types: tap worn, chips jamming, uneven hardness of material and the tapping process failure; According to the fuzzy theory, this paper describes the torque characteristic of the four types of faults, ascertains the characteristic vector of fault, presents the weight matrix among faults, puts forward the judgment method of system faults and establishes the fuzzy fault diagnosis system in tapping process. The experimental study shows that the fuzzy diagnosis method can effectively identify the four types of faults in tapping process and guard against tap broken.

Fault symptom of a type of ammunition’s flight control system shows fuzzy, and there is no intelligent fault diagnosis method for this control system fault diagnosis. This paper studies on intelligent fault diagnosis of terminally guide projectile based on fuzzy theory. The procedure of fuzzy fault diagnosis is shown. Combining with the practical situation of a type of ammunition’s flight control system and a large quantity of expert’ experience knowledge, the fuzzy diagnosis model is established. After given fuzzy diagnosis matrix, fault diagnosis of a type of ammunition’s flight control system was done as example. It practicability and credibility is shown by fault diagnosis result, and application of fuzzy theory in diagnosing the fault of a type of ammunition’s flight control system is proved valid. Two piece of proposal is proposed after analyzing the function parameter changing of this control system stored in storehouse longtime.

A remote fault diagnosis method for ultrahigh speeding grinding based on multi-agent is presented. The general faults of ultrahigh speed grinding are analyzed and diagnosis model based on multi-agent is established, the dialogue layer, problem decomposition layer, control layer and problem solving layer in the process of diagnosis are studied and the knowledge reasoning model of fault diagnosis is set up based case-based reasoning (CBR) combining rule-based reasoning (RBR). Based on theoretical research, a remote fault diagnosis system of ultrahigh speed grinding is developed. Results of the system running prove the theory is correctness and the technology is feasibility.

To maintain the vehicle air conditioner efficiently, a fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy theory is prospected in this paper. A fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy theory was given. And according to the method, a fault diagnosis program was written with labview. Experiments proved that the fault diagnosis program was stable and functional. The accuracy of this fault diagnosis system is more than 80%. The system can be used to diagnosed the malfunction of vehicle air conditioner efficiently and discover the potential fault in time, helping to eliminate hidden dangers.

In this paper, a new fault diagnosis method is proposed based on CFD technology in order to research the fault mechanism of mine axial fan. The method combined RANS equation and Realizable k-turbulence model realizes the three dimensional aerodynamic performance analysis of the fan impeller. Three-dimensional impeller model of axial fan was set up in three conditions which including normal, crack and blade loose, and comparing the turbulence characteristic of the three models. The research provides the theoretical basis for the fault mechanism of blade failure, and it has important reference value for fault diagnosis method based on CFD of mine axial fan.

The relationship between fault phenomenon and fault cause is always nonlinear, which influences the accuracy of fault location. And neural network is effective in dealing with nonlinear problem. In order to improve the efficiency of uncertain fault diagnosis based on neural network, a neural network fault diagnosis method based on rule base is put forward. At first, the structure of BP neural network is built and the learning rule is given. Then, the rule base is built by fuzzy theory. An improved fuzzy neural construction model is designed, in which the calculated methods of node function and membership function are also given. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of this method.

Support vector data description (SVDD) can be used to solve the problems of the insufficient fault samples in the fault diagnosis field. Vector-bispectrum is the bispectrum analysis method based on the full vector spectrum information fusion. It can be used to fuse the double-channel information of the rotary machines effectively and reflect the nonlinear properties in the signals more completely and accurately. In order to realize the aim that the faults of the machines can be diagnosed effectually and intelligently under the situation of the lack of the fault samples, the intelligent diagnosis method of the faults by combining the vector-bispectrum with SVDD is put forward. By using the vector-bispectrum to process the signals and extract the characteristic vectors, which can be used as the input parameters of SVDD. The classification model is set up and therefore the running states of the machines can also be classified. The method is applied to the gearbox fault diagnosis. The results indicate that the method can be effectively used to extract the characteristic information of the gearbox signals and increase the accuracy of SVDD in the fault diagnosis.

Aircraft hydraulic power carts are important aviation support equipment. Because of their complex structure they have high failure rate. Therefore fault diagnosis system for hydraulic power carts is necessary to ensure high reliability and maintainability for hydraulic power carts. This paper presents a diagnosis method based on fuzzy diagnosis theory in the developing process of a new type of hydraulic power carts. The fault Symptom, critical value and fault causes are established based on the research of fault mode for hydraulic power carts. And also the mathematical model of fault diagnosis for hydraulic power carts is established based on fuzzy diagnosis theory. The practical test results and fault diagnosis instances show that with this fault diagnosis system fast fault diagnosis for hydraulic power carts was carried out successfully.
