Wetland science research has earned great attentions and wetland assessment is an important part of wetland science characterized by complex context and various assessment methods. What's more, there is not unified standard on the evaluation of wetland functions. This paper enumerates the commonly used evaluation methods for different functions of wetland both at home and abroad. The advantages, disadvantages, application range of each method and relevant outcomes were discussed, which can provide a reference for the wetland assessment in our country.

CPT is a kind of relatively superior field test technology, which is one of important the liquefaction in-situ test at home and abroad. In 1987, China has formed the national standard CPT liquefaction evaluation method, which predominantly from 1976 Tangshan earthquake liquefaction data, and then has not been tested. Recently by the 40 CPT liquefaction field data of Bachu earthquake obtained a liquefied evaluation formula. Due to comparing the liquefied evaluation methods at home and abroad, found the national standard CPT liquefied critical curve is qualitatively distinct to the others liquefied evaluation methods. If it is wrong about the code of CPT liquefied evaluation method, which the liquefied critical curve will be smaller along with the direction of the depth, will direct the liquefied evaluation critically be conservative and the depth liquefaction evaluation clearly be hazardous. In theory, this problem can be attributed to the influence of sand depth for liquefied evaluation, worthy of further discussion.

On discussing the value of inundated land the paper points out the problems of existing land evaluation methods and analyses the factors affecting land evaluation as well as discusses the principle of land value assessment. On this basis, the paper put forwards a model based on income approach -- residual method to reflect the true market value of the inundated land.

The article is devoted to the research analysis of the current patterns of development of evaluation activities. Three systemic approaches used in modern evaluation activities are considered. Their analysis and criticism is carried out. Conclusions are drawn about their effective symbiosis. Definitions of cost and price are given. An approximate method of market analysis on the example of movable property is disclosed. Each of the stages is revealed. In conclusion, it was concluded that modern valuation methods require improvement, since any valuation method gives only an approximate cost. The main problem of all evaluation methods is also formulated: irrationality of the market: sellers and buyers

The process of building new construction, reconstruction, and demolition has a very significant environmental impact. As the pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry has put tremendous pressure on the environment in its production process. This pressure is not only manifested in the consumption of resources and energy, but also in the discharge of pollutants in the three states of solid, liquid and gas. This article aims to sort out the environmental impact assessment methods of construction activities at home and abroad, and sort out the research progress of environmental impact assessment. First, start from the macro background to explain the necessity of systematic analysis and evaluation of the environmental impact in the construction field, and then briefly comb the environmental impact assessment methods in the construction field at home and abroad from the aspects of applied research, advantages and limitations, and finally summarize and look forward to the article. It can provide scholars with a little reference and reference, and promote the further expansion and improvement of environmental impact assessment methods in the construction field.
