The article is devoted to the research analysis of the current patterns of development of evaluation activities. Three systemic approaches used in modern evaluation activities are considered. Their analysis and criticism is carried out. Conclusions are drawn about their effective symbiosis. Definitions of cost and price are given. An approximate method of market analysis on the example of movable property is disclosed. Each of the stages is revealed. In conclusion, it was concluded that modern valuation methods require improvement, since any valuation method gives only an approximate cost. The main problem of all evaluation methods is also formulated: irrationality of the market: sellers and buyers

The consumption of functional food is increasing in almost all industrialized countries, not only because of an aging population but also because of a more enthusiastic lifestyle, which makes meeting the nutritional requirements more difficult. In part, the transition to processed, easily packaged and pre-cooked foods is considered to be a response to long working hours. It resulted in an increased demand for ready-to-eat foods in recent years and it is expected to continue growing. The aim of the research is to study and analyse the need for extruded field bean flour food products in the market. Methods used in the research – monographic, synthesis, statistical analysis methods. The research developed proposals for the sale of extruded field bean flour as a food raw material in different markets.

Abstract Global salty snacks category had reached USD 137 billion in sales in 2018. Due to growing health concerns and awareness, consumers are looking for healthy snack choices by avoiding ingredients such as fat, sugar, cholesterol, and sodium and selecting baked and salt free multigrain chips. A sizable number of consumers are concerned about snack nutrition and look for quality ingredients and minimally processed foods called as “Good Health Snack (GHS)”. In this work, we present the development of method of producing and testing mushrooms protein crisps (MPC), a healthy alternative to conventional starchy snacks that are rich in protein, nutraceutical compounds, minerals, vitamin, dietary fiber, and immunity inducing beta-glucans. The methods of producing MPC with different seasoning and hydrolyzed protein, calorie, nutritional and chemical composition, consumer response, shelf life after packing and market analysis are described. These systematic studies will help to market potential of this product which is a healthy alternative to other calorie rich snacks sold in the market benefiting the consumers. Graphical abstract

Abstract The spatial distribution of real estate in specific geographic locations, real estate transactions, and the prices and values of properties are a highly complex spatial phenomena that should be analyzed with the use of multidimensional methods. Spatial factors are taken into account in the modeling process to increase the reliability of real estate market analyses, and spatial autoregressive models are applied to determine the effect of spatial factors on real estate prices and values. The present study relies on a review of the literature and the results of an experiment. The concept and principles of market analysis were designed with the use of spatial autoregressive models, and the influence of selected spatial factors on real estate prices was presented on maps. Analyses involving autoregressive models enable reliable modeling and support correct interpretation of the observed processes.

This study deals with the optimal equipment of a mobile case for computer science teachers, which offers the possibility to teach the skills of the curricula from primary to high school of the 21st century. First, the Single Board Computers (SBCs) in question are filtered out from previous studies and the accessory parts required are determined through a quantitative market analysis. Then, by combining the results with a qualitative analysis according to Mayring, the degree of curricular coverage of individual accessories is determined and binarized. Afterwards, the optimal equipment of the mobile case is evaluated and established based on the cost overlap by horizontal summation and vertical inclusion of the necessary accessories after recording the prices and the budget. The results were clearly presented in network diagrams and lists. This study thus provides computer science teachers and computer science professors with a budget-dependent basis for making decisions about the contents of a mobile case for computer science lessons or a computer science laboratory for learning the skills of the curricula from primary to high school of the 21st century. The study closes with a summary and an outlook.
