The design of software system for unmanned surface vehicle using PCI8602 is introduced. The software system includes the drive program of PCI8602, wireless transmission program and master controller program. Visual Basic is used to write programs, which doesn’t write complicated communication protocols between each layers and integrating subsystem is easy. At last, the experiment results demonstrate that the control system for USV has a way to real-time acquisition data, sending data and accomplishing remote control.

This paper describes the implementation of serial communication between the PLC and the host- computer in the control system of Spatial Carport, gives a detailed introduction to the communication protocols, parameters setting and also gives part of the serial-communication program based on visual basic 6.0. It shows that this control system meets the requirements as expected.

To realize the online error analysis and verification of control strategy, it is necessary to simulate the states of the motion mechanism, and accurately to obtain the motion relationship between multi-axis and between motors. So a test and simulation system of multi-axis controller was designed. The system consists of a unit of real-time acquisition and analysis, a simulation unit of motor loads, a motherboard and a computer. Motor driving signals for multi channels are synchronously sampled and analyzed by the unit of acquisition and analysis. Motherboard is used to link the various parts. The working states of motor divers under loads are simulated by simulating the motor loads. In the industrial computer, the control effects of multi-axis control system are displayed by 3D simulation. Test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and has a certain application value.

In view of the need of automation and informatization in water-saving irrigation, the development in short message remote control system for automatic irrigation is carried on based on SMS via communication network. According to the remote control information received by SMS (the opening and closing commands of the valves, remote irrigation inquiry commands, etc), binary codes needed by the terminal unit are generated by the remote control system to perform irrigation control or state inquiry. The information fed back by the system is firstly processed into PDU strings that conform to the format of SMS, and then are transmitted to the client (mobile phone, computer, etc) by a wireless transmission module through communication network to display the executing state in the field and the inquiry results of the system. With its stability in running, convenience in operation and being workable in use, this system is suitable for wide application in large areas.

In order to solve the potential safety risk of traditional industrial remote control, a deep research on embedded and wireless communication theory has been done and a wireless remote control system with the C8051F120 single chip as the main control chip has been invited. Data can be sent and received steadily between transmitting terminal and receiving terminal in this system even in unfavorable environment, which largely improves the safety and reliability for long-distance operation. This system, with the feature of small size, easy installment, low power consumption and excellent wireless transmission, can be applied to industrial machinery such as pump car and wall-climbing robot.
