In the changing socio-economic conditions there is a developmental impairment of teachers’ personal identity, which leads to a distortion (deformation) of its structural components. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a scientific search for ways to overcome the identity crisis and build programs for the development of subsystems of personal (individual) and social (professional) teachers’ identity that are adequate to changing conditions. The aim of the study was to investigate the levels of differentiation, reflexivity, features of the emotional-evaluative tone of identification characteristics, the ratio of personal and social components in self-determination of identity. Research sample consists of 132 teachers of educational institutions of the city of Kiselevsk, Kemerovo region, aged 24 to 63 years, with pedagogical experience from 1 year to 35 years. All teachers were divided into 6 groups in accordance with the periodization of the professional development of V. A. Dmitrievsky. All subjects were characterized by the the inharmony of elements of identity, the predominance of social components (educational, professional and family-clan characteristics) in the structure of self-descriptions, the average level of reflectivity and a low level of self-acceptance. The received data were interpreted from the point of view of theories of professional formation and identity formation.

Abstract Structural components of modern aircraft are subjected to elevated temperatures by jet power plants and by skin friction resulting from supersonic speeds. Some of these high-temperature-aircraft structural components are riveted connections. Considerable experimental data are available on the creep of riveted connections used in aircraft [1]. However, a survey of the literature shows a lack of results on the theoretical prediction of creep in riveted connections from the usual creep and creep-rupture data for simple tension. The creep of a riveted joint is dependent on various factors including rivet diameter, rivet lengths, and plate thicknesses. This influence of size means that each particular riveted joint must be tested to obtain the necessary information. A basic approach to the problem is theoretically to predict the creep behavior of riveted joints from creep in simple tension. One of the important parts of the creep deformation of a riveted connection, Fig. 1(a), is the creep of the rivet. This paper deals with an approximate theoretical prediction of the creep deflection in a rivet based upon the creep constants of the material in simple tension.

In pressure vessel technology or nuclear power plants, some of the mechanical components are often subjected to rapid heating. If the temperature gradient during such process is high enough, thermoelastoplastic stresses may be developed in the components. These plastic deformations are permanent and may result in the incremental deformation of the structure in the long term. Accordingly, determination of thermoelastoplastic stresses during this process is an important factor in design. In this paper, a thick-walled cylinder of nonlinear strain hardening is considered for the thermoelastoplastic analysis. The properties of the material are assumed to be temperature dependent. The cylinder is subject to rapid heating of the inside surface while the outside surface is kept at the room temperature. A quasi-static and uncoupled thermoelastoplastic analysis based on incremental theory of plasticity is developed and a numerical procedure for successive elastic approximation is presented. The thermoelastoplastic stresses developed during this process are also presented. The effect of strain hardening and temperature dependency of material on the results are investigated.

The combination of cyclic thermal stresses and sustained internal pressure in a vessel is shown to be a source of progressive expansion of the vessel if the stresses are sufficiently high. Criteria presented allow determination of limits to be imposed on stresses in order to prevent progressive expansion or to allow estimation of the expansion per cycle where stresses are sufficient to produce growth. The effect of strain-hardening of the metal on progressive reduction of the growth rate is discussed.
