In the testing of the oil temperature controlling of hydraulic pump performance test-system, the changing of oil temperature bring the testing accuracy decrease, so it can influence nicety and contrast of test-bed. A computer device of oil temperature real time control are designed. The result of control achieve B level accuracy of international and guild. The software of computer is minimum variance correcting by oneself.

The computer-aided test is very important in testing the characteristic of the hydraulic pump system; it can make the system respond rapidly, get the result more accuracy and have the visual results. In this paper, the LabVIEW software is used in the hydraulic pump performance measurement system; all the instruments and measurement parameters needed by the system were designed based on LabVIEW. For example, the signal gathering; the data processing, save and display; the curve drawing and the error processing, and so on. Two basic and important experiments are carried to validate the test system, and the results show that the measurement system can be used in laboratories and industry occasions. The measurement system can reduce some instruments, short down the test cost and the test time greatly. The software programmed by the pattern of modularization, that makes programs has a clear structure, easy to be read, maintain and expand its function.

This paper describes a single degree-of-freedom active-knee transfemoral prosthesis to be used as a test bed for the development of architectures for myoelectric control. The development of an active-knee transfemoral prosthesis is motivated by the inability of passive commercial prostheses to provide the joint power required at the knee for many activities of daily living such as reciprocal stair ascent, which requires knee power outputs of up to 4 W/kg. Study of myoelectric control based on surface electromyogram (EMG) measurements of muscles in the residual limb is motivated by the desire to restore direct volitional control of the knee using a minimally-invasive neuromuscular control interface. The presented work describes the design of a transfemoral prosthesis prototype including the structure, actuation, instrumentation, electronics, and real-time control architecture. The performance characteristics of the prototype are discussed in the context of the requisite knee energetics for a variety of common locomotive functions. This paper additionally describes the development of a single-subject diagnostic socket with wall-embedded surface EMG electrodes and the implementation of a control architecture for myoelectric modulation of knee impedance. Experimental results of level walking for a single subject with unilateral transfemoral amputation demonstrate the potential for direct EMG-based control of locomotive function.

To meet the needs of test for compound oscillatory roller transmission (CORT) reducer, A comprehensive test system for precision transmission performance was designed, the test-bed structure and control principal of which were introduced. First, a transmission performance test method was proposed and focused on the transmission performance of velocity ratio, accuracy, and efficiency. Then, user interface based on LabVIEW program was designed, and the transmission performance of torque, angle, velocity, velocity ratio, return difference, efficiency could be displayed. Finally, measurement example on an E80 type CORT reducer has been made, and shows that the proposed test system is suitable for test for these reducers of high-precision drive, high stiffness, high load characteristics.
