Proposition of a high-speed switching valve pilot control of two-cylinder two-way electro-hydraulic synchronous drive system, the establishment of a mathematical model of the system, and using fuzzy PID control strategy designed controller, at the same time building a electro-hydraulic synchronization system simulation model based on fuzzy PID controller . Simulation results show that ,when using the fuzzy PID control strategy, slave cylinder of the synchronization system follow the initiative cylinder movement well, the peak-to-average speed of the slave cylinder is 20.3mm / s. Fuzzy PID control process according to the operating conditions change error and error change, by which it has automatic adjustment of PID parameters of the synchronization system. Therefore, fuzzy PID control has better adaptive ability, and the synchronization error is 0.04 mm, achieving high synchronization accuracy. Verifying that high-speed switching valve pilot control of the synchronous drive system and its control strategy is feasible.

ESP (Electronic Stability Program) is a kind of active safety device which can comprehensively improve the brake, drive and high speed performance of the automobile. Mastering the key technologies of ESP control system plays an important role in improving the performance of ESP. Vehicle dynamic model and engine model with 9 degrees of freedom of one passenger car were established based on vehicle and tire force analysis. The ESP fuzzy control model based on slip ratio control was established. The optimal slip ratio under different pavements was confirmed by using road recognition method. ESP fuzzy control was realized under MATLAB/Simulink environment. And through the split road simulation prove the validity of the road recognition algorithm, and the effectiveness of the fuzzy control strategy. The simulation and the debugging results indicate that the ESP fuzzy control strategy based on road automatic identification works well, and obviously improves automobile stability under critical situations. And all of these make a good foundation for the further research and development for the ESP integrated control system.

The application of the High-frequency pulse width modulation (HPWM) for improving vehicle lateral stability is investigated in the paper. Firstly, a hydraulic control unit (HCU) combined with a high-speed switching valve (HSV) for controlling hydraulic oil pressure by adjusting duty cycle is presented. Then, a typical control strategy is described based on the application of HPWM. Finally, by using a 15dofs vehicle model, a simulation is carried out to investigate the role of HPWM on improving vehicle lateral stability. The results show that HPWM is capable to control the output pressure of HSV accurately and improve vehicle lateral stability effectively.

This article designed a kind of magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves and made optimized design based on the nature of the magnetorheological fluid(MRF). ANSYS software was used to analyze magnetic field of the two different structures and get the magnetic flux lines distribution and flux density map. The simulation analysis results show that: optimized high speed switching valve, can reduce the loss of the coil and the rise of temperature, improves the life of the valve body, it also can shorten the switching response time and improves the reliability of the valve.

Based on the rheological mechanism of magnetorheological fluid,we can design a kind of magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves,which used the Plug-in structure.It is shows that, through the static and dynamic performance analysis of the valves,the magnetorheological high-speed on-off valves not only has the good static, dynamic characteristics, compare to magnetorheological plug-mounted speed switch valve with traditional hydraulic, and with high speed of response, high stability, etc . It is an easy to achieve automatic control and intelligent control of the hydraulic components.
