Abstract: Indonesia is a plural state. Not only ethnicity, race and group, but also plural in religion where religious plurality is also a separate problem. The problem of religious plurality raises many problems that cause friction in life together. The linguistic cultural approach offered by George A. Lindbeck provides an alternative for relations for believers of diverse religion. Lindbeck's offer consistently provides space for the identity of the believer's faith without having to equate with the faith of other religions. Likewise, consistently provide space for appreciation for other religious faiths.

This paper describes religious moderation based on culture and local wisdom in the Donggo community in Bima. This paper examines the standpoint of culture and local wisdom in assessing religious moderation for the Donggo community. This research is a historical research with a socio-cultural approach. The input methodology is the flow of the flow in the historical methodology which takes the stages of heuristic, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results showed that the Donggo area (Dana Donggo) is a place for culture and local wisdom as well as a role model for diversity in the midst of religious plurality. Interestingly, religious moderation in the Donggo (Dou Donggo) community is actually united by a variety of cultural expressions and local wisdom, not because of religious factors. Meanwhile, religious moderation is increasingly taking root in the midst of religious plurality because it is supported by the use of symbols, identities and rites of ‘Raju Culture’ as social glue without religious barriers.

Islam is a religion that has prophetic mission, namely rahmatan lil ‘alamin, blessing to universe. To realize this mission, Islamic education must able to produce outputs that have inclusive character, pluralist, and appreciative to pluralism. Pluralism in Islam not only normatively supported by religious texts, but also on praxis-empiric level. Islam also has practiced life orientation that reflected religious plurality. Therefore, on global scale, acknowledgment to religious plurality became essential and significant matter. To realize this, it’s urgently needed wisdom to suppress emotional and radical attitude on everyday life.

Cultural disputes, and others, often occur between neighboring countries in Southeast Asia and can be the seeds of disharmony, of course, this is not desirable. Southeast Asia as a cultural scope that is interrelated in history, has local wisdom in resolving disputes, resolving this dispute is known as deliberation. Deliberation is an identity that must be prioritized as a wise cultural approach for the ASEAN community. The purpose of this study is to explore the local wisdom of Southeast Asian people in resolving disputes in their communities and implementing them as a solution for the ASEAN community. Recognizing each other as cultural origins often occur between Malaysian and Indonesian communities. As a nation of the same family, this is commonplace, but the most important thing is how to solve it. Interviewing the people of both countries is the first thing to do in looking at this problem, how they understand and see culture in their culture. Questionnaires are distributed as much as possible, each data obtained will be processed and classified according to nationality, education, age, and others. The findings will be a study to see the perspectives of the two countries in understanding history, culture, and cultural results in addressing the differences of opinion that occur. At least the description of the root of the problem is obtained, why this problem occurs, what are the main causes, how to understand it, how to react to it, and lead to the resolution of the dispute over ownership of culture itself
