The article presents the results of studies of adhesive, strength and tribotechnical properties of composite polycaproamide polymer materials and coatings based on them for mechanical engineering purposes. It has been established that the relative change in the adhesion strength depends on the degree of filling in air and in argon has an extreme character passing through a maximum for coatings based on PCA with aluminum oxide, and for coatings made of PCA with copper oxide, it has a complex character. The formation of adhesive, strength, and tribotechnical properties of filled polycaproamide coatings was also studied. At the same time, it was found that by adjusting the temperature-time technological modes, it is possible to increase the adhesive, strength, and tribotechnical characteristics of composite polycaproamide coatings for machine-building purposes.

To develop and create effective vibration-damping composite polymer materials (VDСPM) with high viscoelastic and strength properties, the choice of research objects to increase durability reduces vibration of parts and structures of machines consequently, the noise level in industrial premises is stated and substantiated. A method is described for studying the viscoelastic properties, adhesive strength, microhardness, impact strength of polymer coatings, and compositions based on them, filled with organomineral ingredients. The results of studies of the viscoelastic and physicomechanical properties of polymer composite materials based on epoxy polymers and an organomineral filler - rubber powder are presented. Based on complex analyzes and the obtained results of the study of the physicomechanical and viscoelastic properties of materials, several effective compositions of vibration-damping polymer materials using rubber powder have been developed.

A model and a method for mathematical modeling of radiation charging of polymer microelectronic equipment housings with increased conductivity are developed, which are based on the application of the approximation function of the experimental dependence of the housing conductivity on the irradiation time obtained using parametric identification methods. The research results are aimed at developing composite polymer materials for microelectronic equipment housings with a conductivity that ensures the absence of electrostatic discharges and significantly increases the active life of spacecraft.

Protecting the occupational environment is a top priority in manufacturing of any kind of products and provision of various types of services. Environmental protection plays a significant role in the mining industry, as increasing extraction of minerals involves growing amounts of waste and environmental pollution. In 2019 alone, industrial waste generation in the Russian Federation peaked at 7.75 billion tonnes. AZOTTECH LLC is currently handling industrial waste associated with the production and use of chemicals for drilling and blasting operations, scrap from machine-building plants, etc. The article reports on the volumes of industrial waste of each hazard class for 2019-2020 and provides a forecast of the volumes for 2021. The reduction in volumes has been achieved through the implementation of a waste management system. In addition, the paper presents statistics on the reduction in the disposal costs, calculated according to the tariffs of each region where the company's subsidiaries are located. An analysis of the factors reducing the volume and cost of waste management has been performed. Upon implementation of the waste management structure, the costs decreased by 2.5 times, and the amount of waste was reduced by two times.
