Technology and capital are two fundamental factors in economic growth; each and every technological and industrial revolution has gone hand in hand with new financial patterns since the First Industrial Revolution in Britain. As a latecomer, China is firmly committed to science and technology (S&T) innovation through innovative financial services. First, by combining fiscal and taxation policies with market capital, China has put in place its own financing system for S&T innovation. Second, fiscal and taxation policies play a fundamental and guiding role. Third, myriad innovative business models, such as “investment-lending-guarantee,” provide examples of diverse ways to support S&T activities through financial innovation. Fourth, corporate internal finance has become an important player in S&T innovation. Fifth, digital financial platforms have been playing an increasingly important role and created some new challenges. Sixth, much room is left for the capital market to play an even bigger role in S&T innovation.

The field of toxicologic pathology is being impacted, as are other fields of science and medicine, by rapid transitions to take advantage of new science and technology. The new technology represents great opportunities to advance our understanding of toxicology and pathology to exciting new levels, but it also poses new challenges. We must be seriously engaged in that transition to assure that the outcome reflects the knowledge and discipline that are hallmarks of today's decision-making process in areas of product development and approval. New expertise will be required to deal with new issues. How well and how rapidly we adapt as the field moves from “... icities” to “ ... omics” will, at least in part, determine the role of toxicologic pathologists in the product development and approval processes of the future.

Nowadays, when science and technology continue to grow rapidly, character education precisely more gets eroded. It shows, there has been morals degradation in the middle global mainstreaming. The authors using of character education prespective by two phenomenal figures to be discussed, Paulo Freire and Ki Hajar Dewantara. Both give a more attention to the paradigm education that is able to answer new challenges. Freire thought to give a solution by is leaving magical and naive education, switch to concept critical education that freed humans leads to a new colour in the proggressive change. Whereas, thought Dewantara to show a concept “trilogi” that is how the role family, school, and public able to formation movers character and children mentality along through system “among” based on Ing Ngarsa Sang Tuladha, Ing Madya Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani. The method that is used in this research analytic comparative method, that is by to analyze in a looking for sides similarity and difference of thought. The purpose of this research is to describe character students towards the future better.
