Building up the 3D numerical analysis and computing model, force properties of buried pipelines under vibration loads induced by bridge pile foundation construction were researched, to evaluate and control the influence of construction vibration on adjacent buried pipeline. It was concluded that the most adverse position of impact loads effect on pipeline appeared in the upper right and lower left parts of the pipeline closed to the side away from the pile hole about a quarter of an arc. And the peritubular stress distribution curve with the change of the vibration source location were approximately sinusoidal line, parabola and the cosine line changes. Another, under the same conditions, the vibration velocity of ground above the pipeline was significantly greater than the pipeline itself vibration velocity, so through a reasonable assessing and controlling the vibration velocity of ground above the pipeline, it could be made security decisions for buried pipelines. Finally, according to the horizontal spacing of the buried pipeline and shock vibration source, the pipeline grading protection measures were proposed, with achieving better results in engineering application. Research results could provide some evidence both for the force calculation and design construction of the pipeline project, and support for scientific decision-making of the bridge pile foundation construction. It has an important social and economic efficiency.

The stability of the slurry wall in the process of slurry supporting into slot directly affects the stability of the pit. This paper analyzes the key factors for deformation control, researches the influencing factors on slurry wall stability during slurry trenching and concreting for diaphragm wall, and proposes control measures to control the stability of slurry wall and matters need attention, which is of great significance to guide the foundation construction.

The transverse and axial bearing characteristics of bridge pile foundation in salt marsh area are studied by numerical simulation. This paper mainly analyses the change of transverse and axial bearing characteristics of pile foundation caused by the change of spalling thickness of bridge foundation. The results show that the transverse and axial bearing capacity and displacement of pile foundation will be affected by the change of concrete spalling thickness under the condition of pile corrosion. When the peeling thickness is above 9.0cm, the transverse and axial bearing characteristics of pile foundation are obviously different with the change of corrosion depth of pile body. When the peeling thickness increases and the corrosion depth of the pile body is different, the negative displacement below the zero point of the first displacement of the pile body is continuously reduced, and the displacement curve above the first displacement zero point in the direction of the pile body begins to shift. When the peeling thickness reaches 15.0cm, the pile top displacement increases to 3.75mm. The research results are of great significance to the establishment of safety evaluation system of highway bridge pile foundation in alpine salt marsh area, and provide a basis for the structural design of highway bridge pile foundation in alpine salt marsh area.

Dengue fever is a painful mosquito-borne infection caused by different types of virus in various localities of the world. There is no particular medicine or vaccine to treat person suffering from dengue fever. Dengue viruses are transmitted by the bite of female Aedes (Ae) mosquitoes. Dengue fever viruses are mainly transmitted by Aedes which can be active in tropical or subtropical climates. Aedes Aegypti is the key step to avoid infection transmission to save millions of people in all over the world. This paper provides a standard guideline in the planning of dengue prevention and control measures. At the same time gives the priorities including clinical management and hospitalized dengue patients have to address essentially.
