The cement market is increasingly competitive with the rise of imported cement, which of course must be answered by cement producers among competition. One of the main processes that should not be disturbed is the supply of limestone from quarry to the factory. The safety of people, processes and equipment are certainly necessity for the production process to run smoothly. The problem that can occur in limestone supply is a breakdown on the Overland Belt Conveyor (OLBC) which is caused by a broken roller and causes the belt to tear and potentially fire. For this reason, prevention efforts need to be done with an early warning mechanism to provide alerts to interested parties. Early warning system can be applied to the process because it can detect the beginning of heat so that fires can be prevented. Therefore, it is necessary to install a sensor using optical fiber called a linear heat detector (LHD) on OLBC. Installing the LHD system on OLBC can effectively detect an increase in roller temperature which then becomes an early warning for operators in the control room 24 hours a day to prevent incidents that cause harm to the company due to belt fires or torn belts.

More applications are being developed as potential safety hazard in coal mines: very high places ,Need more advanced fire warning system , In the doctoral program foundation of State Education Ministry funded by Chongqing University in 1987 and the first in the country in the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology research, completed a feasibility study[1].Erdos Group Based on distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring system in coal mine belt conveyor fire warning system combining, obtained good results.

During the rainy season, several regions in Indonesia experienced floods even to the capital of Indonesia also flooded. Some of the causes are the high intensity of continuous rain, clogged or non-smooth drainage, high tides to accommodate the flow of water from rivers, other causes such as forest destruction, shallow and full of garbage and other causes. Every flood disaster comes, often harming the residents who experience it. The late anticipation from the community and the absence of an early warning system or information that indicates that there will be a flood so that the community is not prepared to face floods that cause a lot of losses. Therefore it is necessary to have a detection system to provide early warning if floods will occur, this is very important to prevent material losses from flooded residents. From this problem the researchers designed an internet-based flood detection System of Things (IoT). This tool can later be controlled via a smartphone remotely and can send messages Telegram messenger to citizens if the detector detects a flood will occur.Keywords: Flooding, Smartphone, Telegram messenger, Internet of Thing (IoT).

The briefly review and the development of the financial risk early warning theory is first discussed in this study and the domestic and foreign research is analyzed as a brief summary. Secondly, the concept of financial risks, financial crisis and the financial early warning is defined. Financial fragility as a starting point is used to establish the rationality model of the financial risk early warning system. The early warning indicators is selected on the basis of the 12 indicators of macro-financial risks, 15 net financial indicators is selected to represent the financial markets according to the characteristics of China's financial markets. In the empirical part, the previous empirical analysis method is chosen to build the financial risk early warning signal system. In order to display China's financial risk profile, the proper model for the calculation is made on the basis of empirical analysis. Thus, in order to minimize the local financial risk, the early warning system should be established by the local government, together with some other necessary measures.

Early warning system of water resources security is a multi-level and complex system made of many factors. By analyzing current situation of water resources security early warning, operating mechanism of water resources security early warning system is put forward. Logic, time and knowledge related to operating mechanism are discussed. For early warning threshold decision is one of key technologies in water resources security early warning, warning threshold decision and warning degree classification of water resources security early warning are set forth. These methods are systematic method, control chart method, catastrophe theory method and expert decision method. Adopting the water resources security early warning system, situation can be analyzed and predicted promptly and effectively.

Nowdays, automation system become important aspect in manufacturing process because could make integration manufacturing process on it more effective and more efficient. PLC or Programmable Logic Controller is one kind of automation system. Many industries use PLC as automation control device in manufacturing process to control all kind of process. For example at transportation process of coals in generator industry. Coals could be burned because main elements of coals are carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Base on this prototype early warning system design, we get the result if sensor thermocouple detect temperature more large than setpoint temperature (it is 2000C), then PLC will give an order to shut down the output, that is belt conveyor. Result of this prototype design could used at coals transportation as an early warning system. Design of prototype early warning system could detect and prevent fire because of consequence of burned coals until spreading of fire could be avoided.Keywords: PLC Siemens S7-300, IC AD 595, Sensor Thermocouple KAbstrakPada masa sekarang ini, sistem otomasi menjadi aspek penting dalam proses manufakturing karena mampu mengintegrasikan proses manufaktur sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. PLC atau Programmable Logic Controller merupakan salah satu jenis sistem otomasi. Banyak industri menggunakan PLC sebagai alat pengendali otomatis pada proses manufaktur untuk mengendalikan semua jenis proses. Sebagai contohnya adalah proses transportasi batubara pada industri pembangkit listrik. Batubara dapat dibakar karena elemen utamanya adalah karbon, hidrogen dan oksigen. Pada desain prototype early warning system, jika sensor thermocouple mendeteksi temperatur melebihi set poin yang ditentukan (200°C), maka PLC akan memberikan perintah untuk mematikan belt conveyor. Hasil dari prototype ini dapat digunakan pada sistem transportasi batubara sebagai early warning system.
