Dysfunctional behavior at the workplace reflects the behavior that violates remarkably the accepted norms at the workplace which is in turn can be destructive to overall organizational performance. This study aims to explore the relationship between dysfunctional behavior at the workplace and employees’ job performance. In order to study the issue of organizational dysfunction in Egypt, a unique organization was taken as a case study, namely SEKEM. This research is qualitative research based on the approach of Action Research. Through this approach, a semi-structured interview was designed by the researchers and used to collect data from the employees of SEKEM. As such, it is recommended to take new approaches to effectively manage dysfunctional behavior at the workplace.

The study examined the impact of leadership style on organizational performance in selected Banks, in Ibadan Nigeria. Purposive sampling technique was adopted in selecting a total of sixty (60) respondents as sample for the study, while relevant data was gathered with the aid of a structured questionnaire. One hypothesis was formulated and inferential statistical tool was used to analyze the data specifically Pearson product moment correlation was used to examine the relationship between leadership style dimensions and organizational performance, while Regression analysis was used to examine the significant effect of leadership style dimensions on followers and performance. Findings showed positive and negative correlation between leadership style dimensions and organizational performance. It was also found that leadership style dimensions jointly predict organizational performance, which counted for 23% variance of performance. The study concluded that transformational and democratic leadership style should be employed by the Banks’ management in order to wax stronger in a global competitive environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between psychological capital and meaning in work among the employees of Shahid Beheshti University. The statistical population of this study includes all of the employees that were working in Shahid Beheshti University in 2011 and then a sample of 103 employees was selected from them randomly. In order to collect the data, two standard questionnaires were used. These include the questionnaire of psychological capital that was developed by Lotanz et al. in 2077 and the questionnaire of meaning that is developed by Stager et al. in 2010. The results of this study indicate that there are significant positive relationships among the components of psychological capital (including self-efficiency, optimism, hopefulness, and flexibility) and the components of meaning in work (positive meaning, meaning-making through work, and creating good motivations). On the other hand, the results of regression analysis indicate that two components of psychological capital (including self-efficiency and hopefulness) have more predictability of meaning in work. Survey was conducted to investigate the association between market orientation, production process, product performance, organizational performance and financial performance. The purpose of this survey was to investigate relationships among market orientation, launch strategy, product performance, organizational performance, profitability and financial performance. Target populations were employees of selected Ethiopian beer factories BGI Ethiopia who are currently consuming the product; from which sample was determined through judgmental sampling method. Inquired data was collected via survey questionnaire, linear regression analysis was conducted to check the relationship among leading variable. Finally it was found that firms’ profitability and financial performance are being influenced by market orientation, launch strategy, product performance and organizational performance. Firms are recommended to focus on enhancing market orientation, launch strategy, product performance and organizational performance to boost profitability and financial performance.
