Predicting the failure of companies is one of the important and influencing matters, whether for the companies themselves, competing companies or investors. In addition, to the effect of this on the country's economies. In our research, the logistic regression technique was applied to know the most important variables that have a significant effect on the failure or success of companies. The research also includes the arrangement of these variables according to their importance in influencing the dependent variable that represents the failure or success of companies. The application was applied to a sample with size of (33) companies that included (16) successful companies and (17) failed companies. However, four quantitative variables were specified as well as the dependent variable (Y), which is a qualitative variable. And that the model which was built proved the tests significantly and its ability to classify correctly by 84.8%.

Since a variety of factors are associated with crash occurrence, the analysis of causes of crash is a hard task for traffic researchers and engineers. This study was attempted to identify factors affecting severity of the community road accidents. In particular, our analyses were focused on the community road accidents. A binary logistic regression technique was adopted for the analyses. The results showed that pedestrians of 65 years or older, cloudy, fence (sidewalk/driveway barrier), drivers of 24 years or younger, left/right turning, female pedestrian, non-business vehicle were dominant factors for the severity.

Universities place particular importance on their internship projects for university students. The purpose of this study is to identify if the internships have an impact on the students’ entry to the labour market. The methodology used is based on the bivariate analysis and the multiple binary logistic regression technique, using data from the 2014 Survey on the Labour Insertion of University Graduates (EILU), carried out by the INE. The sample used comprises 30,379 graduates and in the internships section, 21,622 university graduates. The results obtained confi rm that internships are a tool for job placement.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Smart Indonesia Card assistance on school expectations in East Java Province. This research is a quantitative research with 2017 SUSENAS data with 496 consonations. The analysis technique used to prove and test the hypothesis proposed is logistic regression technique. The results of this study resulted in that the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) had a significant and positive effect on school participation and school participation in the previous school year (2015/2016) in the East Java province. In addition, household characteristics, namely the level of education of the head of the household, also significantly and positively influenced school participation and school participation in the previous school year (2015/2016) in the East Java province. Job status variables of the head of the household have a significant and positive effect on school participation but have no significant effect on school participation in the previous school year (2015/2016).

This paper  aims to study the determinants of under-five mortality in Khartoum state the capital state of Sudan. Primary data on variables  of relevance to under-five mortality was collected from a random sample of  households in Khartoum state in 2018, and analyzed by using binary logistic regression technique where dying or not dying before reaching age 5 constituted the dependent variable. The resulting model revealed that the strongest predictors of under-five mortality are  age of mother , age at the first childbearing, numbers of medical checkup, duration of pregnancy less than 32 weeks, average of breastfeeding, and mother  suffers from diabetes. Under-five mortality in Khartoum state can thus be  reduced quite considerably  by positively addressing these determinants via orchestrated policy .

This corpus-based study reformulates Halliday's (1994: 55) notion of Multiple Theme, i.e., textual and/or interpersonal items occurring before a simple Topical Theme (or clause initial transitivity/mood element) (e.g., Well, but then, Ann, surely, wouldn't the best idea be to join the group?) (cf. Berry 1982, 1995; Lautamatti 1978; Young 1980; Vasconcellos 1992). Firstly, the label Extended Multiple Theme is here proposed as a cover-term for Topical Themes co-occurring with pre-topical and/or post-topical textual and/or interpersonal elements. And secondly, Extended Multiple Themes are suggested to: (i) allow for recursiveness within the three functional slots; (ii) tend to abide by Dik's (1989: 342) Principle of Centripetal Organisation; and (iii) substantiate the layering hypothesis posited for example in Dik 's Functional Grammar or in Role and Reference Grammar (cf. Hengeveld 1989; Van Valin Jr. 1993). These claims were deduced from the application of three multivariate statistical tests, namely, the Logistic Regression Technique, the Fisher's Exact Test, and the x2 Test, to the tokens of Extended Multiple Themes found in real Present-day English texts, that is to say, in the Lancaster Spoken English Corpus.

Abstract: This paper discusses the problem of semi maulticollinearity in the nonlinear regression model (the multi-logistic regression model) When the dependent variable is a qualitative variable, the binary response is either equal to one for a response or zero for no response, Through the use of Iterative principal component estimatorsWhich are based on the normal weights and conditional Bays weights . If the appliede Estimates this model Through the use of two types of drugs concentrations thy concentration of ciprodar (variable X1) On a number of people with Patients with renal disease represent the dependent variable (The person heals from the disease  , The person has not recovered from the disease )from through Mean Error Squares (MSE) The results were indicative of Iterative principal component estemaite   Depending on the conditional Bays weights prefer the Iterative principal component estimators Depending on the the normal weights.
