Objetivo: Implementar e descrever o método de identificação e rastreio informatizadodo material processado no Centro de Material e Esterilização em um Hospital Regional no DistritoFederal. Método: Estudo observacional, experimentaledescritivo, de aspecto prospectivo que realizou a implementação de uma tecnologia de saúde no CME de um hospital público, realizado em oito etapas. Resultados: Foi realizada exploração de campo antes da implementação do sistema para reconhecimento dos métodos já utilizados, aidentificação de bandejas em categorias e sua respectiva nomenclatura e numeração deforma sequencial, confecção dos rótulos, registro das etapas de processamento e instalação doSoftware Access Front-End , criação de códigos de barras para os materiais processados nosetor, alimentaçãodo banco de dados SQL SERVER versão 2008 R.2 com cadastro dos servidores, materiais processados no setor e setores consumidores, treinamentodos profissionais e atualização do manual de normas e rotinas do setor. A pesquisa foi realizada em dois meses. Conclusão: O sistema implementado trouxe benefícios ao CME do hospital nos aspectos de organização e padronização na realização das etapas e registros, além da possibilidade de rastreio dos materiais.

Maintaining database of students in colleges is being an issue for placement cell since the data is maintained online and it is difficult to get access the system. Hence come up with idea of maintaining a database in offline method using a integrated ARTI-Q system which is using simple tools like Microsoft visual studio(version 2008) as front end and Microsoft SQL server(version 2005) as back end. The main aim of this project is to move packets from source to destination without an internet connection. Packets will only communicate through the assistance of base stat ions in which they are transmitted as Unicode transmission. The high transmission baud rate 115200 is set to increase the transmission. The program must aim to consolidate all divisions and roles across a college into a centralized database that can meet specific needs of all those departments. The information about campus interview will be sent to the placement officer and he will put information about the drive in the server. The system will check criteria from database for the list of individuals meeting the company criteria and the information will be sent to non-placed students.

Research purposes. This study aims to determine the proper cash management at Al Jihad Mosque, and to produce a computer-based Cash Management Application Program using Microsoft Visual Basic 2015 as the Front End, and Sql Server 2014 as a back end at the Al Jihad Mosque in Banjarmasin.  Theoretical thinking framework. In this study the theoretical framework is analyzing the cash management that runs on the Al Jihad Mosque in Banjarmasin, by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, accounting documents and records used, and flowcharts. The application program that was developed in the first step was carried out with relations between tables, designing interfaces, and designing outputs. Research result. The results of this study concluded that all cash records are semi-computerized. However, the author recommends using Microsoft Visual Basic 2015 as a Front End, and Sql Server 2014 as a back end so that it can help Al Jihad Mosque to record cash receipts and disbursements quickly and precisely.

With the revolution in the technology and lifestyle of human race, the need of easy life and faster result in the need of an hour. Due to complex life and fast growing technology it is always desired to obtain results for any query, problem or requirement with the speed of light. Only technology can satisfy human today and hence objective of the project is to design an Interactive Database System on a remote device, where the end-user can edit, search, manipulate and acquire relevant information from the database using predefined SMS formats. The aim of the project is to develop a server PC, which is equipped with two programming tools, namely, Visual Basic at the front end for implementing the behavior of the entire system and developing GUI and SQL server at the backend for maintaining the entire system’s database.

<p>Film merupakan salah satu sarana hiburan yang disukai banyak orang. Namun sayangnya banyak orang yang memiliki waktu yang sangat terbatas. Masalah lain yang timbul adalah seorang pelanggan terkadang merasa bingung dalam menentukan film film yang akan disewa. Maka dari itu dibuat suatu website yang menyediakan fasilitas rekomendasi film untuk pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan mendapatkan refrensi untuk menentukan film film yang akan disewa dan bisa memesan melalui internet.</p><p>Terdapat berbagai macam cara / algoritma yang dapat digunakan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam pembangunan tugas akhir ini bernama Collaborative Recommendations Using Item to Item Similarity Mappings. Kata “Similarity”  pada  nama algoritma  mengacu  pada tabel  yang  akan  dibentuk  yang  memetakan pasangan pasangan film yang ada dalam database, beserta nilai kemiripan pasangan film tersebut. Pelanggan akan diberikan rekomendasi film berdasarkan film film yang disukai oleh pelanggan tersebut. Kemudian akan dicari film film lain yang memiliki kemiripan dengan film film yang disukai pelanggan. Film hasil pencarian tersebut siap dijadikan sebagai bahan rekomendasi untuk pelanggan yang bersangkutan.</p><p>Website akan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan ASP.NET, dengan bahasa VB.NET sebagai front end. SQL Server akan digunakan sebagai back end, yang menyimpan data data website. Tujuan Penulisan adalah mengumpulkan informasi, dan menganalisis sistem berjalan, yang bertujuan untuk menemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh CV. Jaya Makmur Diesel terkait dengan sistem penjualan dan pembelian. Serta merancang suatu aplikasi data warehouse untuk menghasilkan laporan yang lebih akurat sehingga pihak eksekutif dapat mengambil keputusan strategis yang terkait dengan perusahaan secara cepat dan tepat. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis dan metode perancangan. Metode analisis dilakukan melalui survey langsung ke perusahaan, sedangkan perancangan menggunakan metode perancangan nine step methodology. Hasil yang dicapai adalah suatu aplikasi penjualan dan pembelian barang yang diimplementasikan dengan Microsoft SQL Server 2008 dan Visual Basic 2008 sebagai front end tool. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah aplikasi yang dibuat dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat waktu proses yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakses laporan penjualan dan pembelian, juga membantu pihak eksekutif dalam pengambilan keputusan yang bertujuan untuk kemajuan perusahaan di masa mendatang.

Abstract: The Online Discussion Forum system can be used for any sort of discussion. It is a web-based application. The goal of this system is to allow users to connect with each other online and to provide new users with discussion services. It enables users to sign up for our website. A registered user can create new posts and respond to existing ones. The current study uses two primary concepts to support the system at two distinct ends termed the front end and the back end to completely automate the Online Discussion Forum, removing all of the constraints of the manually managed Online Discussion Forum. The front end will be Visual Studio 2010 / ASP.NET, and the back end will be SQL SERVER 8. Other tools utilized in this research are Ajax Toolkit and Jquery. A more accurate system is created in the present study to reduce the manual efforts to achieve easy access to the required information.

Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk merancang suatu data warehouse yang mendukung pihak eksekutif dalam mengambil keputusan karena data warehouse menghasilkan tampilan laporan yang menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam membangun perancangan data warehouse ini adalah dengan metodologi Kimball yang terdiri dari beberapa fase-fase, antaranya memilih proses bisnis, menentukan grain dari proses bisnis, memilih dimensi-dimensi untuk setiap tabel fakta, dan mengidentifikasikan fakta-fakta numerik untuk setiap tabel. Dari hasil penelitian, dihasilkan suatu perancangan data warehouse penjualan dan persediaan barang yang diimplementasikan dengan SQL Server sebagai back end tool dan aplikasi dengan Visual Basic sebagai front end tool. Perancangan aplikasi data warehouse dapat membuat pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih cepat karena adanya penyajian tampilan laporan yang multi dimensi serta berupa grafik yang mempermudah laporan dipahami oleh pihak eksekutif.
