Premium price is an indicator of certification market effectiveness. But its existence depends on the eco-consumers in the markets. Ideally, certification is in line with benefits obtained from the market. This research aims to analyze whether the SVLK certification is capable to generate premium price of Indonesian mouldings exports and see if there is a different effect between EU and Non-EU export destinations. The analysis base on transactional exports data from 2006 to 2017 using the hedonic model approach. The regression results show that the price of SVLK certified products is 7% more expensive than non-certificate products. However, there is no significant influence of the export destination to EU or Non-EU to the prices.

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing cocoa export performance to economic growth in South Sulawesi. The factors include foreign direct investment (FDI), real exchange rate (RER), and the growth of GDP in export destination countries. The research was completed by processing quarterly data about export trading from South Sulawesi in 2008 – 2015 to top ten main destination countries of cocoa export. Path analysis method was used in this research; export performance as an intervening variable; and economic growth is an endogenous variable. The results reveal that the export performance has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth. Furthermore, the growth of GDP in partner countries has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth indirectly through the export performance, while both FDI and RER variables does not have a significant influence.

This study aims to determine the level of employee satisfaction with a structural model approach that can clarify the relationship between the variables of satisfaction, leadership work environment and employee performance. This research was conducted in a multinational company engaged in the multifinance sector, located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia In this study, the sample was taken using purposive sampling with a total sample of 235 people from various existing departments. The analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study found that (1) the SEM model has met the standards of the Goodness of Fit Index, (2) the employee satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employee performance because it provides a CR value > 1.96 and a probability value < 0.05, (3) The work environment variable has an effect on significant on employee performance and satisfaction because it provides a CR value > 1.96 and a probability value < 0.05, (4) the leadership variable has a very significant influence on employee performance and satisfaction because it provides a CR value > 1.96 and a probability value < 0.05.

It’s supported by the resources cost ratio (DRCR) : 0,86. It’s mean that, domestic costs to achieve 86% positive different betweem income for tredeable input cost. So, if we want to create income of product sale Rp. 1,00, we only need sacrifice domestic cost Rp. 0,86. Privat Cost Ratio (PCR) : 0,86 to strengthen the statement that Java “A” Cocoa hame high competitive. It mean, to get income of sale Rp. 1,00, we need domestic resources Rp. 0,84. In multiple regression analysis, premium priice as dependent variable, and cost of : fermentation and drainage, sortasion, package, storage, sanitation, and terminal price as independent variables. All independent variables had influence into premium piece, and the partial influence only several independent variable had significant influence toward premium price for each p;antion. Fermantation and drainafe for PTPN XII and Kendang Lembu pantation, sortation for Jatirono plantation, sanitation for Kalitelepak, and Kalikempit. For general, consumer preferention into production Java “A” Cocoa PTPN XII is fermentation and drainage. Kata Kunci : Daya Saing, Strategi Pemasaran  dan Java “A” Cocoa

Objective: This study examines retrospective correlates of nonshared family environment prior to onset of disease, by means of multiple familial informants, among anorexia and bulimia nervosa patients. Methods: A total of 332 participants was included (anorexia nervosa, restrictive type (AN-R): n = 41 plus families); bulimic patients (anorexia nervosa, binge-purging type; bulimia nervosa: n = 59 plus families). The EATAET Lifetime Diagnostic Interview was used to establish the diagnosis; the Subjective Family Image Test was used to derive emotional connectedness (EC) and individual autonomy (IA). Results: Bulimic and AN-R patients perceived significantly lower EC prior to onset of disease compared to their healthy sisters. Bulimic patients perceived significantly lower EC prior to onset of disease compared to AN-R patients and compared to their mothers and fathers. A low family sum – sister pairs sum comparison – of EC had a significant influence on the risk of developing bulimia nervosa. Contrary to expectations, AN-R patients did not perceive significantly lower levels of IA compared to their sisters, prior to onset of disease. Findings of low IA in currently ill AN-R patients may represent a disease consequence, not a risk factor. Conclusions: Developmental child psychiatrists should direct their attention to disturbances of EC, which may be present prior to the onset of the disease.
