The study’s goal was to know the most important physical and agility of (60) metres young riders and to know how the most important physical and motor skills lead to the end of the (60) metres of competition for young riders. The research community identified young runners for the (60) m competition in the central Euphrates provinces, whose number is (13) runners. A sample of (12) runners was randomly selected from them, and each runner was given (6) attempts so that the sample size becomes (72) attempts.       After completing the process of testing and measuring the search variables, the research results were extracted after statistical treatment. From them, the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which were the following:     - The achievement of five physical and motor skills most necessary for young riders (explosive capabilities of both men, distinctive strength of both legs of the speed and distinctive strength of the speed, versatility of both legs of the arm, agility) out of (9) physical and engine abilities) to complete the (60) metre competition. The researchers came up with recommendations, the most important of which are: It is necessary to know the most important physical and motor abilities to accomplish the young runners of the 60-meter Sprint competition.   - It is necessary to focus on developing the essential elements of runners, especially the most important in performing speed competitions, including (the explosive ability of the two men, and the distinctive strength of speed of the legs and arms, flexibility of the legs, agility).

The study aimed to assess the influence of instructional and administrative supervision on institutions' performance in private higher education in South Central Mindanao in terms of program accreditation and passing the national licensure examination. This research utilized ex-post facto research and the descriptive-correlation method. The research respondents were the 410 school heads. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. School heads demonstrated adequate instructional and administrative supervision of the teaching-learning process in private higher education institutions. Moreover, higher education programs are primarily level 1 and level 2 accredited. Many of these programs are primary education, engineering, accountancy and business, nursing, and graduate degree programs. The majority of the HEIs had 50% and below the passing rate in the various programs that require licensure examinations for the last three years (2014, 2015, and 2016), while few HEIs had a passing rate of more than 50%. HEIs passers were mostly graduate in education, accountancy, nursing, medical technology, engineering, radiologic technology, pharmacy, social work, physical therapy, nutrition, and dietetics. Although higher education institutions obtained lower accredited programs, instructional and professional development supervision are good predictors of accreditation programs and licensure examination. Monitoring and leading activities are good predictors of program accreditation, while monitoring and organizing are good predictors of the licensure examination. It is recommended that supervision must be sustained and strengthened among regulated HEIs to get their programs accredited and improve performance in the licensure examination.

To enhance the damage and corrosion behaviour for alloys, the coating is found because of the maximum fitted technique. Mg-based alloys have a good range of business application. These alloys show a high specific strength but bad attire and corrosion resistance. A standard coating of Cu, Ni & Zn etc. provides a physical barrier against the wear and tear rate and corrosion attack of magnesium substrate.  In the recent study, plating Ni-P was thru going on AZ91 composite by immersing samples into Nickel sulphate bath in the existence of surfactants. The study of the mechanism of Ni-P deposits was studied utilizing SEM. Ni-P coating was coated consistently within the existence of surfactants. Result of surfactant and Result of Nano-additives ZnO, Al2O3 and SiO with various quantities were examined. 0.5 g/l Nano Al2O3 additive-enhanced the deposition of Ni-P on AZ91 magnesium composite and hereafter the similar consequences are detected just in case of SiO accumulation. Effect of ZnO was also noticed. So is extremely clear that Ni-P coating is extremely effective to scale back the corrosion and rise the wear and tear behaviour if it's used together with Nano additive and therefore the surfactants.

Volleyball is characterized by the activity of vertical jump performance in the technical elements of attack, block and service. The study focuses on young Female & Male players during the 12-week plyometric training. The objective of this study  is  to  evaluate  the  effects  of  12-weeks  plyometric training  performance  in volleyball players M & F in Albania to see the differences between them. Methods; 40 young players (F & M) participated in this study. N=10 M & N=10 F volleyball players considered as Experimental and the same number as Control. The average age of players included in this study is 17-18 years old. The players of both groups were evaluated before and after 12 weeks. The F&M Experimental groups conducted 12 weeks of plyometric training with 2 sessions for a week. The F&M Control groups conducted the training according to the method of their trainers. Besides anthropometric measurements they developed Drop Jump tests by jumping from the cube in height 40 cm and 60 cm. Results; The results showed a high correlation coefficient (r = 0,924) and statistically significant (p <0,05). Data obtained from two groups GRFP show that the relationship between the contact time and the time air changes between the two tests DJ 40-60cm. Conclusions. The methodology used helps us compare the high and poor performances that help coaches to program more detailed plyometric training for the development of jumping skills in young volleyball players. The effect of plyometric training developed on M&F volleyball players and according to data obtained from GRFP, showed that male volleyball players had a better performance in vertical jump than female volleyball players. Vertical jumping may be assessed not only by the height of its development but also by the phase of residence in the air.

This paper discusses the ways in which Nadeem Aslam’s novels – Maps for Lost Lovers and The Wasted Vigil – highlight the need for a re-conceptualisation of immigrant identity, in post-9/11 world, by linking traumatic experiences of an individual to the collective memory of a community or nation. Taking cue from Sigmund Freud, Judith Butler, Nicolas Abraham and Maria Torok’s concepts of mourning and melancholia, an interface between transnational movement and mourning will be investigated in order to emphasise how private grief becomes a metaphor for public grief. With reference to Aslam’s novels (that are set against the background of post-9/11 rhetoric of war on terrorism), I discuss how an endless process of diasporic nostalgia and mourning interacts with immigrants’ efforts to deal with different ‘others’ in their adopted homelands.
