In the article were reflected important issues of ethiopathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of false aneurysm of brachial artery. Literature view and personnel experience of authors are shown that main causes of developing false aneurysm of brachial artery are non-revealing vessels injuries due to diagnostic-treating mistakes. Despite of using modern methods of mini-invasive treatment of aneurysm treatment till now the open surgery is continued to be a gold standard. In the clinical case are shown all features of diagnostics and successful treatment of false aneurysm of brachial artery with good middle-remote results.

Abstract Emphysematous cholecystitis (EC) is a severe and rare variant of acute cholecystitis characterized by ischemia of the gallbladder wall with gas-forming bacterial proliferation. Open cholecystectomy is traditionally the gold standard approach to treatment due to difficulty in isolating Calot’s triangle in the setting of intense inflammation. We present a case of EC successfully and safely treated by laparoscopic surgery.

Electrophysiological methods, such as electromyography and neuromyography, are traditionally recognized as the "gold standard" for detecting pathology of the peripheral nervous system. It should be noted, however, that the information obtained during the above examinations does not give an idea of the state of the surrounding tissues, does not indicate the nature and cause of damage to the nerve trunk, and does not always accurately reflect the localization of changes. At the same time, it is this information that helps to determine the tactics of conservative or surgical treatment of the patient. Ultrasound scanning is quite successfully used in the diagnosis of damage and diseases of the peripheral nerves. The article presents a clinical case of a diagnostic search for a causative disease in a patient with clinical symptoms of neuropathy of the peroneal nerve.

The article presents a clinical case of the successful treatment of a patient with traumatic separation of the upper limb and massive damage to the soft tissues of the upper shoulder and chest. The effectiveness of applying the damage control principles and the method of local negative pressure for the prevention of local and systemic infectious complications is emphasized.

A clinical case of successful surgical treatment of a patient with chronic pancreatitis, complicated by suppuration of a postnecrotic cyst and the formation of a cysto-gastric fistula. As a result of the conservative and minimally invasive treatment, the pseudocyst was drained, and the cystogastric fistula was closed. The staged treatment was completed by resection of the head of the pancreas with the formation of an anastomosis.

Introduction: Diagnostic Laparoscopy is considered to be the gold standard for the evaluation of the pelvis and is considered asafe procedure. Diagnostic Laparoscopy is a technique in the routine investigation and treatment of infertility as well as other gynecologicalproblems. Objectives: To determine, Laparoscopic findings in different gynecological conditions, different causes of infertility andcomplications of laparoscopy Design: Retrospective, descriptive study. Material And Methods: We reviewed case records of all patients whounderwent laparoscopy for their different Gynecological problems. Data were collected from patient case records in a data entry sheet Results:In our study a total of Thirty patients under went laparoscopy for investigation of different gynecological problems. There were 17 patients whohave primary infertility and 6 have secondary infertility while 7 presented with Lower abdominal pain. In our study the leading cause of primaryinfertility was Polycystic Ovarian Disease(29%).Other causes were bilateral tubal blockade (23.53 %) ,17% has PID and fibroid uteri, While onepatients shown Endometriosis as well as one patient had no obvious pathology.(5.88 %).On laparoscopic examination of secondaryinfertility 50% shown Tubal blocked while 16.67 shown Fibroid uterus and PID.One patient had normal pelvic findings(16.67). Regardingpatients presented with pain lower abdomen 57.15% has ovarian cyst,28.58% has Ectopic pregnancy while one case(14.29%) had hetrotropicpregnancy. In 24 patients had no complication and recovery was smooth. laparoscopy had to be converted into Laparotomy due to significanthemorrhage in two patient and wound infection was observed in two patients. One patient presented with post operative fever and onepresented with abdominal pain. Conclusions: Laparoscopy is a valuable diagnostic tool for females in different gynecological problems. Thebenefit of the laparoscopy to open surgery include less pain, less scarring, less disability and quicker recovery.
