Use of Decision Support Systems (SPK) can help someone in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved by using SPK. This study aims to design SPK with SAW Method for the determination of English instructors. This system utilizes criteria and weights. There are 6 main criteria for gauges. Based on the SPK analysis using the SAW method the results of performance effectiveness are obtained. Based on the SAW method the effectiveness of the determination of the English instructor is influenced by many factors that are the criteria of the decision support system.

Decision support system is a way to help decision maker to choose the best decision from several available alternatives. In the process of decision support system required criteria and weights to be used in the calculation process. Simple additive weighting (SAW) and Weigthed product (WP) are methods in decision support systems that have a search method taking into account the weights held by the criteria. comparison analysis is performed to look at between the WP and SAW methods, methods that have a higher level of accuracy and are in accordance with the conditions. The SAW method uses a weighted weaning system whereas the WP method uses multiplication in calculating the attribute rating. From the weight of each criteria there will be used in the calculation to produce several alternatives. The object of the case study in this study is the determination of people’s business credit in the banking world using seven criteria. the criteria used are personal character, credit status, business condition, income, guarantee, guarantee condition and installment. Results of testing using SAW method and WP method, it can help compare the best alternative level results by using the same data and criteria, so both methods can be used as consideration in decision making. WP method gives clear cost and benefit value compared to SAW, but in SAW result gives more clear result because it is based on predetermined value and weight.

Sistem pendukung keputusan (decision support systems) merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer termasuk sistem berbasis pengetahuan/manajemen pengetahuan yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Guru adalah faktor pendidik yang paling penting dalam sebuah lembaga kependidikan. Dengan harapan seorang guru tidak hanya mengajar namun juga dapat memberikan pendidikan serta prestasi yang membanggakan bagi dirinya, siswa dan lembaga. Lembaga akan memberikan penghargaan atau reward pada guru yang berhasil tersebut. Kendalanya adalah lamanya waktu untuk menyeleksi guru-guru yang dianggap berprestasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dikembangkan adanya sebuah perangkat lunak agar bisa melakukan tugas–tugas secara mandiri sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan data maupun mempercepat proses penyeleksian guru berprestasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah FMADM (FuzzyMultiple AtributDecision Making) dan SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengkajian, analisis dan pengembangan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan pencocokan profil yang bersifat mandiri supaya bisa membantu institusi atau lembaga untuk memberikan reward sebagai penghargaan atas prestasi dari guru pada institusi atau lembaga bersangkutan.

Operational Vehicle is one of the assets owned by the company to help transportation that aims to facilitate the carrying out of a job. With the existence of operational vehicles can increase company productivity. The problems that exist in the process of selecting the best operational vehicles are still simple or depend on the company's budget. The purpose of this study is to obtain a decision in determining the selection of operational vehicles using several criteria and can provide solutions to determine the best choice of operational vehicles for company management. The method used by the author is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which can help in making decisions to overcome a complex problem. The results of this study are the decision support system can be used as a tool for decision making recommendations for companies in determining the selection of operational vehicles using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, in addition to providing an alternative form of decision support systems to help and facilitate the company's stakeholders in decide on operational vehicles.Keywords: Decision Support System, Operational Vehicle, SAW Method.

Abstract— The software house business is one of the businesses that are developing in the 4.0 industrial revolution era, both globally and locally. There are many software houses that need programmers with various qualifications to be accepted as employees both contract and permanent employees. One of the problems that arises is the frequency of employees leaving (resigning) from the software house for various reasons such as meeting deadlines, difficulty in working in teams, and also limited ability of programmers (low-skilled). many components of test results to test the ability to make programs. This study aims to build a decision support system in the selection of software house employees who can rank the results of prospective applicants' tests quickly based on the weight of predetermined criteria. Decision support systems made in this study can process test score data, prospective programmer data, and criterion data. The software house programmer acceptance decision support system created in this study successfully implemented the SAW method and was able to display the results of the ranking ranking starting from the score with the highest value to the score with the lowest value. Keywords—: decision support systems; software house programmer acceptance; simpe additive weighting; SAW.

AbstrakDalam banyak kasus informasi ini kurang memadai untuk membuat sebuah keputusan yang spesifik guna memecahkan permasalahan tertentu. Oleh karena itulah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dibuat sebagai suatu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ini. Konsep sistem pendukung pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis komputer (computer based decision support system) saat ini sedang berkembang sangat pesat. Didalam proses pengambilan keputusan terdapat benyak kriteria yang digunakan, serta banyak juga metode yang bisa dipakai untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah fuzzy simple additive weighting, yang merupakan metode gabungan antara teori fuzzy dan metode penjumlahan bobot dalam system pendukung keputusan. Dalam metode ini terdapat dua bagian utama yang akan dibahas, yaitu proses pembobotan dan proses perengkingan. Dimana didalam proses pembobotannya terdapat proses normalisasi data yang membagi setiap variabel inputnya menjadi variabel benefit dan variabel cost. Adapun data uji yang akan digunakan sebanyak 120 buah data. Hasil perengkingan yang didapatkan dari metode ini nantinya akan dibandingkan dengan mengalikan nilai kepentingan data dengan data itu sendiri. In the decision making process there are a number of criteria used, as well as many methods that can be used to obtain solutions to these problems. The method that will be used in this research is fuzzy simple additive weighting, which is a combined method of fuzzy theory and weight sum method in decision support systems. In this method there are two main parts to be discussed, namely the weighting process and the cracking process. Where in the weighting process there is a data normalization process that divides each input variable into benefit variables and cost variables. The test data will be used as many as 120 pieces of data. The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. Проанализированы компьютерные средства для реализации адаптивной системы поддержки принятия решений; показано, что в качестве основных элементов обслуживания используются контролируемые серверы, в качестве основных инструментов обработки информации - запросы. Сформулирована целевая функция адаптивной системы поддержки принятия решений, направленная на максимизацию количества обрабатываемых в единицу времени запросов при различных меняющихся внешних и внутренних воздействиях. Методика расчета параметров исследуемой системы строится на основе предложенной математической модели. Computer tools are analyzed for implementing an adaptive decision support system; It is shown that controlled servers are used as the main service elements, and requests are used as the main information processing tools. The objective function of the adaptive decision support system is formulated, aimed at maximizing the number of requests processed per unit time under various changing external and internal influences. The methodology for calculating the parameters of the studied system is based on the proposed mathematical model.

Most infrastructure project developments are complex in nature, particularly in the planning phase. During this stage, many vague alternatives are tabled - from the strategic to operational level. Human judgement and decision making are characterised by biases, errors and the use of heuristics. These factors are intangible and hard to measure because they are subjective and qualitative in nature. The problem with human judgement becomes more complex when a group of people are involved. The variety of different stakeholders may cause conflict due to differences in personal judgements. Hence, the available alternatives increase the complexities of the decision making process. Therefore, it is desirable to find ways of enhancing the efficiency of decision making to avoid misunderstandings and conflict within organisations. As a result, numerous attempts have been made to solve problems in this area by leveraging technologies such as decision support systems. However, most construction project management decision support systems only concentrate on model development and neglect fundamentals of computing such as requirement engineering, data communication, data management and human centred computing. Thus, decision support systems are complicated and are less efficient in supporting the decision making of project team members. It is desirable for decision support systems to be simpler, to provide a better collaborative platform, to allow for efficient data manipulation, and to adequately reflect user needs. In this chapter, a framework for a more desirable decision support system environment is presented. Some key issues related to decision support system implementation are also described.
