Today, employers like to complain about the low efficiency of their employees. However, they do not take into account the fact that they themselves are not only unable to adequately organize the labor process, but also very often create their own non-working atmosphere, full of intrigue, harassment and violence. As a result, labor productivity is low, there is hatred for each other in the team, and the most promising employees can not withstand the pressure and are fired. For the most part, in post-Soviet labor collectives with a well-developed informal management apparatus, the rights of workers enshrined in the current legislation are leveled and the practices of “etching” or “surviving” people from work become acceptable. These may be workers with other socio-political views, those who do not succumb to the dominant practices of psychological or sexual oppression, aim to create an independent union, who prefer to work decently, rather than participate in the competition "who is closer to the throne" at regular banquets and meetings, gradually losing professional and personal dignity. The spread of mobbing in the field of labor shows the vulnerability of the most vulnerable categories of the population to increased labor exploitation, declining social status and lack of social support. Predatory laws of the market system dictate predatory behavior to labor market participants who are afraid of losing their livelihoods. Mobbing is a clear result of material stratification and marginalization of a large part of the population of Ukraine. It is to such consequences that global capitalism leads. And of course, we need to treat the causes, not the consequences. However, with adequate legal mechanisms to combat mobbing, one can hope to reduce the violent pressure on the employee. This will be facilitated by the "legal mechanism of counteraction" and not by the punitive pressure of law enforcement agencies, which stigmatizes victims of mobbing as informers and justifies the need for violence against them instead of protecting professional honor and human dignity.

Background and Aims: Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) can induce latency and evade the immune system. The latent virus can reactive later in older ages and due to immunosuppressive conditions. Sexually transmitted diseases and viruses can influence the male reproductive system, and members of the Herpesviridae family are one of these important viruses. Regarding the importance of herpesviruses, specially HCMV, this research aimed to evaluate the prevalence of HCMV in semen samples of infertile men. Materials and Methods: Semen samples were collected from infertility centers affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. The chromatin state was assessed by DNA fragmentation index. Nucleic acids were extracted from the semen specimens, and a real-time polymerase chain reaction assay was performed to detect HCMV DNA. Results: Enrolled patients were 82 infertile men. The mean age of participants was 37.3 ± 6.1 years, and the mean motility and DNA fragmentation index of the samples were 33.6 ± 2 % and 27.2 ± 1.2, respectively. The prevalence of HCMV was 11%, and there was no statistically significant difference between HCMV and sperm parameters except the motility. Conclusions: HCMV infection could be important in sperm motility, and HCMV prevalence in infertile patients was 11%. Further investigations in this field can be helpful for a clear result in the future.

In a 2020 constitutional referendum on the 20th and 21st of September 2020, Italians voted to reduce the number of members of parliament from 945 to 600 . With a turnout of 51 percent, 70 percent voted in favor of this proposal . The article describes the historical background, the process that led to the referendum as well as the election result and its consequences . The main focus is on the question of why this referendum produced such a clear result . The thesis is that this high level of approval came about because the climate of opinion had been on the side of those in favor of reducing the size of parliament for years . This climate of opinion is the result of decades of debate about and against the political “casta”, which led citizens to more and more lose trust in parties and parliament until even the parties agreed to the reduction . The opponents’ attempt to tilt this climate of opinion shortly before the vote in order to mobilize a majority against the downsizing of parliament was bound to fail because of the long-cemented opinion on the issue .

The paper points out that capital theory has always been a hotly debated subject, partly because the theoretical issues involved are very complex, and partly because rival ideologies and value systems directly affect the issues discussed. The focus is on the history, the main protagonists, and the relevant problems examined and argued about during the two Cambridges controversy on the theory of capital which was at its peak 50 years ago. Whereas one clear result of these debates is that neither Samuelson's surrogate production function nor Solow's rate-of-return concept could resurrect aggregate neoclassical theory, many other questions, such as the treatment of capital in temporary or intertemporal general equilibrium models or the empirical relevance of the reswitching phenomenon, are still discussed controversially.

Background. Operas for children-performers emerged almost two centuries ago. The first authors who began creative experiments in this field were amateur composers. In the second half of the 19th century opera for childrenperformers attracted the attention of music teachers who by education were often choir conductors. These authors created their works considering capabilities and needs of their students. The 20th century operas intended for children performance mainly were composed by professional composers, whose works have finally crystallized and sustained characteristic features of this genre. In the 21st century, professional composers are turning to the opera genre for children-performers as actively as their predecessors. At the same time, this area again attracts the attention of authors who are practitioners in choir conducting and are not composers by education but work closely with children groups and write operas based on practical experience with such choirs. The objective of this study is to introduce little-known operas by Ye. Karpenko and P. Stetsenko (both are choir conductors) for children-performers into the scientific discourse and to define their genre features. The methodological ground of the article is a complex approach that involves the following analytical methods: systemic, structural, comparative, historical. Research results. In 2006, Yevhen Karpenko created the opera “Sribna Divchynka” (“Silver Girl”; the libretto by Serhiy Diachenko after the fairy tale by Tamara Khvostenko). The work has the author’s genre designation “opera-fairy tale for children”, which specifies both, the target audience and the team of performers. There are four characters that have solo sayings. The opera features a personalized choir divided into groups, and the mimic character. The composition consists of two acts divided into completed separated numbers (8 in the first act and 7 in the second one). Between them are spoken scenes of varying length, which in this context perform a function similar to recitative in the traditional operatic model. The main form of solo, ensemble and choral expression in “Sribna Divchynka” is a song. The vocal parts do not fall outside of children voices diapason, except for the solo of Zirnytsa (the adult personage, the mother of Silver Girl) and completely correspond to their possibilities. The melody in the solo and in the ensemble-choral numbers is performed in unison allowing to absorb the material of the opera faster even for children without prior musical preparation. The piano part at “Silver Girl” is multi-functional; its level of complexity makes it possible to involve as accompanists even middle and high school students in music schools or studios. Yevhen Karpenko created the opera for children-performers, which organically combines established genre traits with modern genre and style techniques. “Sribna Divchynka” is the work of universal nature, because it can be performed by children without prior musical training, as well as by those who already have some musical and stage experience. “The Three Hermits” (2016; libretto by Tandy Martin based on the story by L. Tolstoy) by Paul Stetsenko reflects contemporary processes in the field of opera with moral and ethical coloring for children-performers. The author attributes the work to the genre of church opera. That affects both the nature of the drama collisions and the location of the action. The central part of the work retains all the main characters of the story. In Prologue, P. Stetsenko added the new personages: Teacher and the Children. The composer does not prescribe the timbre specialization of the protagonists giving freedom to choose within the available voices. The opera consists of six scenes, framed by Prologue and Finale (Stetsenko chooses a scene as a compositional and dramaturgical unit). The scenes are separated from each other in key and completed musically. Representing the heroes of the opera, the composer gravitates more to the dialogic scenes, where the plot develops, than to the solo statements. In “The Three Hermits”, the choir plays an important role. It is personified and participates in the action representing the Children in the Prologue, the Pilgrim in the main part and the Finale, and also functions as a commentator. The opera contains three leitmotifs: “motive of prayer”, “theme of the Bishop”, “motive of the waters”. The composition of the work has an arched construction that connects two spaces of action – the “real” one and the “parable” one. Stetsenko’s “The Three Hermits” proves that with the simplicity of the typological features of the opera genre for children-performers (relatively small length, piano accompaniment, the range of vocal parts that corresponds to the age of the performers) it is capable of embodying deep ideas, wisdom of a parable, stable characters, to involve children to the spiritual and religious experience of the past and eternal moral truths. Conclusions. Thanks to the practical experience of Ye. Karpenko and P. Stetsenko, their collaboration with real children’s groups (in particular, the Children Music Theater “Dzvinochok” in Sumy, Ukraine, and the choir of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Alexandria, Virginia, USA) operas created by them meet the capabilities and needs of young performers: parts have the appropriate for children’s voice range; the tunes are simple and easy to remember; the action develops dynamically, there are no stretched conversation scenes; there are a sufficient number of actors; the duration of the works is approximately 30–35 minutes. Thus, these two operas for children-performers are a clear result of the fruitful collaboration between children’s groups and choir conductors who have the composer vocation.

The purpose of the study is to solve a number of problems, including the need to: analyze the general concept of interaction and concepts of its scientific understanding; define interaction as a legal category; to form the author's vision of the legal category "interaction of administrative courts with bodies with public administration bodies and the public". The article defines that interaction as an object of administrative and legal support is a joint activity of two or more clearly defined subjects of law, regulated by the norms of administrative law, coordinated by purpose, task, place, time and method, aimed at a certain result, and namely – the achievement of the goal, the realization of goals, the solution of specific tasks and objectives, or the preservation and maintenance of the proper existence and functioning of someone or something. It is proposed to understand the interaction of administrative courts with public administration bodies and the public to carry out in the manner and within the limits set by current national legislation joint and agreed on a number of factors (purpose, tasks, time, place, form, methods, etc.) activities, on the one hand, administrative courts, and, on the other hand – public administration and/or the public, which is due to the competence of these entities and aimed at a positive result and consequences, which are to achieve the goals and objectives of such interaction. It was found that the main features of the interaction of administrative courts with public administration bodies and the public are: are joint activities; such activities must be regulated by law; activities must be coordinated; coherence occurs by choosing a clear goal, objectives, time, place, forms and methods of interaction; arises between clearly defined entities – administrative courts and public administration bodies and the public; a prerequisite for interaction should be the presence of an appropriate amount of competence that allows the implementation of such interaction; should be aimed at a clear result, which is to achieve the goals and objectives of such interaction; should be aimed at positive consequences.

Population growth and increased production demands on fruit and vegetables have driven agricultural production to new heights. Nevertheless, agriculture remains one of the least optimized industries, with laboratory tests that take days to provide a clear result on the chemical level of produce. To address this problem, we developed a tailor-made solution for the industry that can allow multiple field tests on key pesticides, based on a bioelectric cell biosensor and the measurement of the cell membrane potential changes, according to the principle of the Bioelectric Recognition Assay (BERA). We developed a fully functional system that operates using a newly developed hardware for multiple data sources and an Android application to provide results within 3 min. The presence of acetamiprid residues caused a cell membrane hyperpolarization, which was distinguishable from the control samples. A database that classified samples Below or Above Maximum Residue Levels (MRL) was then created, based on a newly developed algorithm. Additionally, lettuce samples were analyzed with the conventional and the newly developed method, in parallel, revealing a high correlation on sample classification. Thus, it was demonstrated that the novel biosensor system could be used in the food supply chain to increase the number of tested products before they reach the market.

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of organizing the private life, which is formed and changed in the complex interaction of the Self with the Other. It is claimed that in the present mode of production of subjectivity there has been a significant performance related to the extension of the “private self”. It is emphasized that the problem of our time is not in itself privacy or even the ease with which digital technologies facilitate access to the intimate, hidden aspects of our lives, but the loss of the individual’s ability to live in private as such, loss of privacy, autonomy, fear of remaining Alone with you, reducing the need to hide something. The consequence of this is the desire for a life «alone with everybody», which is a clear result of particular conflicts of individual and collective subjectivity. It is determined that the «scattering» of private semantics throughout the «social body» was a natural result of a specific ontology of the present time, which is denoted by the (re)configuration of the intersubjective connection of the Self - the Other, namely, the redefinition of the status of the Other (Great Other and various «real» others - authorities from the environment of the subject) against the background of «over-sufficiency» of the Self. The post-social, simulation, hyper-real order of constructing the I-Other relationship is emphasized. Such its properties condition a situation of potential (in)attention to the Other, (in)certainty of the Other, radical «liquidation of the Other». It is stated that in the situation of «missing Other», «statistical Other», «artificial / mediated Other», the limits and limits of one’s Self are questioned, that is, the sense of «secret life» disappears. It is said that private life is organized today in the format of a «publicly organized event» (in terminology by L. Theveno). It is determined that as the subject becomes involved in the most public mode of interaction, his attitude towards himself will find manifestation in the mode of expressive desire for self-expression, which can often acquire quite bold and frank forms of self-objectification. It is justified that in any case such a construction of privacy is marked by obvious redundancy. On the one hand, it turns out to be a kind of spectacle made up of various visually designed elements – personal stories, cases from private everyday life, personal emotional and physical representations aimed at creating an «impression». On the other hand, excess privacy, being the epiphenomenon of modern techno-capitalism of the neoliberal sense, emerges as an effective resource for utilitarian (self)exploitation and potential commercialization of self.
