The paper presents the process of 3D-printing and laminating a composite material driver’s seat for Silesian Greenpower’s electric vehicle. Silesian Greenpower is a student’s interfaculty project, of which aim is to design, build and race a small electric race car. Aerodynamics and lightweight construction play a major role, so each element applied in the car is optimized and customized to fit in the vehicle. For this purpose, 3D-printing technology is often used by the team. A seat model made on the basis of the driver's anthropometric model was presented in the paper. Subsequently, after the appropriate adaptation of the obtained surfaces to interconnect them with each other, the FDM technology was applied using PET-G material. To increase the strength of the connections of the printed elements and to strengthen the design and stability of the chair, the element was laminated using carbon fibre and epoxy resin. The lamination process is presented and discussed in the article.

Fibre composites are nowadays being used in various engineering applications to increase the strength and optimize the weight and the cost of the product. In engineering field, usage of composite material is gradually growing. Due to the vast concrns in natural composites made out from the natural fibre& resin is said to be one the new advancement in many fields. This gave the idea of this present work. In this paper, an experimental investigation has been carried out to utilize the fibre extracted from banana and convert it into valuable product which are to be used in our day to day life. A Specimen is fabricated by hybridisation of Natural fibres (Banana & Jute fibres) along with the epoxy resin. Another Specimen is fabricated by hybridisation of Fibre (Banana, Jute & Carbon Fibre) along with the help of epoxy Resin. Experiments are carried out as per American Standard of Testing and Materials (ASTM) to find the mechanical property of both specimens. In World wide, scientists have took the work of accessing the chracteristics of various fibres which are eaily accessible and cheaper in cost availability by using various ASTM standards. This work is one among the researches in accessing the low cost easily accessible fibre to make it feasible for the usage. Various effects of loading on the length of the prepared specimen and various mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength of the prepard specimens are studied.

In this work, we studied the radio technical characteristics of two-matrix composites made by combining thermoplastic, modified carbon nanotubes (CNTs), templates with a network and figured structure, and polymer compositions based on epoxy resin containing iron powders and CNTs. It has been established that the implemented approach makes it possible to flexibly regulate the radio-technical properties of a two-matrix composite material by varying the structure and size of the cells of the thermoplastic template and the type of filler for the polymer composition based on epoxy resin.
