Purpose: This research examines the effect of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), religiosity, and company image on intention to use Sharia fintech for donation among Indonesian young consumers. Methodology: This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire. Respondents filled out the questionnaire based on the Likert scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 4 (strongly agree). The questionnaire was distributed and collected in less than one week, from 26th March 2021 to 29th March 2021. The ideal sample is five times higher than the number of indicators. The number of indicators is 20, so the ideal sample is 100 or more. This study has successfully collected 206 respondents. However, 13 respondents filled the same scale for all questions, so 193 is chosen as data analysis. The valid data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Findings: This research shows the intention to use Sharia fintech to pay donations influenced by perceived usefulness (PU) and religiosity. In contrast, perceived ease of use (PEOU) and image are not positively related to the intention of using Sharia fintech for donation. Practical Implication: Religiosity and PU positively influence the interest in using Sharia fintech to pay donation. So, it is expected for fintech to comply with Sharia compliance and still comply with regulations from the OJK and DSN related to legality aspects. Furthermore, fintech startups and developers can build a more user-friendly application. Originality: This research is a replication-based model and is adapted from published research. The originality in this research is in the respondent who young generation. Intention to pay donation using fintech Sharia is the main focus to be researched. This primary focus has not been being researched beforehand.

The goal of this study is to investigate the underlying factors that influence an employees’ decision to use robots at work. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was used in this study. This theory assumes that people’s actual behaviour and willingness to utilise technology is influenced by four underlying elements, namely performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI) and facilitating conditions (FC). Based on this assumption, the specific objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between these factors and a fast-food restaurants employees’ intent to use robots at work. The role of gender as a moderator in each of these interactions was also considered in this study. Based on data acquired from an online survey, the stated hypotheses were tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings revealed that performance expectancy and social influence enhances an employees’ intention to use robots at work. It also showed that there was no moderation effect in the proposed model. This study presents empirical facts and direction to managers in the fast-food industry in Malaysia, researchers and practitioners regarding the adoption of robots or technology-based services at work. Theoretical advances as well as prospective research directions are also explored.

The present study has aimed to understand the customers’ behavioural intention to use electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) in the banking industry, using the technology acceptance model (TAM). Purposive sampling technique is used to collect data from 300 banks that included customers from Delhi (India), and partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was employed. The reliability and the validity of the overall model were evaluated using the measurement model, and the hypotheses were tested using the structural model. The results reveal that E-CRM had a positive impact on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which, in turn, had a positive impact on the attitude towards using E-CRM, which ultimately led to a positive behavioural intention of customers towards using E-CRM. This study reveals that there is a large potential for policymakers to raise awareness and acceptance of E-CRM services among the customers.

Although the government of Indonesia is building the cashless society, the number of e-wallet users are increasing slowly. E-wallet is becoming a common instrument of payments from the paper-based instruments to server-based electronic money. The aim of this research is to investigate the perceived usage of the Y Generations on e-wallet based on Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) which is a powerful model to describe single approval to the usage of a new information technology system. As a quantitative research, the data analysis is using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use brings impacts positive significant impacts to behavioural intention to use, then, the behavioural intention to use affect a positive significant impact to perceived usage. However, a direct effect from perceived usefulness to perceived usage shows a negative and no significant impact, meanwhile an unintended effect from perceived usefulness to perceived usage through behavioural intention to use show a positive significant impact. Finally, a direct effect from perceived ease of use to perceived usage shows a lower t-statistic value than an indirect effect from perceived ease of use to perceived usage through behavioural intention
