Solving Problems is the ultimate task of architectural creation. From the point of problem types being Solved, it can boil down to three kinds which are condition problems, contradiction problems and value problems. Architectural creation thinking is systemic thinking which unifies the rational thinking and irrational thinking together. Rational thinking is the dominant thinking mode that solve many kinds of problems of architectural creation, and there are some keys to solve the architectural creation’s value problems base on rational thinking, Such as to develop the function, technology and form of intrinsical creation objects through exhuming the potential properties and expanding possibilities of creation interrelated elements . The basic goal of architectural creation that solving the value problems base on rational thinking is exalting the value of creation objects. It can improve the systematicness, efficiency and stabilization effectively to architectural creation.

The aim of the research is to identify the role of strategic thinking patterns (holistic, abstract, diagnostic, schematic) among the university leaders in the faculties of the University of Salahuddin / Erbil. In order to reach this goal, (The type of holistic thinking, the pattern of abstract thinking, the pattern of diagnostic thinking, the pattern of schematic thinking), while the third axis of the dependent variable relates to the quality of administrative decision making. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents Aclasia and the meanings of the deans and heads of scientific departments, has been pursuing the analytical descriptive approach as a way to research was the use of statistical methods SPSS to get to the search results, and research found a set of results 1-There are levels of (types of strategic thinking and quality of administrative decision-making) among the university leaders in faculties of Salahuddin University / Erbil. 2-There is a positive positive relationship between all types of strategic thinking and the quality of administrative decision-making 3- There is a significant impact of the types of strategic thinking in the quality of administrative decision - making. Based on the findings, the researchers recommended that the university leaders at the university be given an interest in strategic thinking as an important factor in the quality of managerial decision making

In the era of big data, with the development of computer technology, especially the comprehensive popularization of mobile terminal device and the gradual construction of the Internet of Things, the urban physical environment and social environment have been comprehensively digitized and quantified. Computational thinking mode has gradually become a new thinking mode for human beings to recognize and govern urban complex system. Meanwhile computational urban science has become the main discipline development aspect of modern urban planning. Computational thinking is the thinking of computer science using algorithms based on time complexity and space complexity, which provides a new paradigm for the construction of index system, data collection, data storage, data analysis, pattern recognition, dynamic governance in the process of scientific planning and urban management. Based on this, this paper takes the computational thinking mode of urban planning discipline in big data era as the research object, takes the scientific construction of computational urban planning as the research purpose, and adopts literature research methods and interdisciplinary research methods, comprehensively studies the connotation of the computing thinking mode of computer science. Meanwhile, this paper systematically discusses the system construction of urban computing, model generation, the theory and method of digital twinning, as well as the popularization of the computational thinking mode of urban and rural planning discipline and the scientific research of computational urban planning, which responds to the needs of the era of the development of urban and rural planning disciplines in the era of big data.

ABSTRACT Objective: to reflect on the contributions of Jean Watson's theory to the nurses' holistic critical thinking. Method: This is a theoretical reflection article, on which scientific productions about Jean Watson's human care theory, published in national and international periodicals, were based. Results: Jean Watson's theory and its contribution to the nurses' holistic critical thinking; the interface of critical holistic thinking in teaching the nursing diagnosis process according to Watson's theory; contributions of critical holistic thinking to the nursing field. Final considerations: Jean Watson's theory is based on the humanistic aspects and on the ethical and spiritual dimensions of care, considering the characteristics of each individual and their bio-psycho-spiritual-social needs, which can contribute fundamentally to the development of holistic critical thinking and to the role of the nurse in care, teaching and research fields

This article investigates the complex nature of information in information systems (IS). Based on the systems thinking framework, this study argues that information in IS is a system in its own right. A conceptual model of information-as-system is built on the systems thinking perspective adopted from Gharajedaghi’s holistic thinking rooted from Ackoff systems approach, which is developed through Peirce’s semiotics with the validity support of Metcalfe and Powell’s perspective of information perception, Mingers and Brocklesby’s schema of situational actions, Toulmin’s theory of argumentation and Ulrich’s theory of systems boundary. The proposed model of information-as-systems is described in terms of triads–on the structure, function, and process, all interdependent–in a context of information-as-system in IS.
