This paper mechanically applies the thought of recursive hierarchical structure in analytic hierarchy process, by means of fuzzy mathematics, with the investigation, analysis, induction, the fuzzy relation matrix has been found, at the same time, the assignment weight of index is merged into that. Then the integrated condition assessment results of bridge are gained finally. This method greatly reduces the happening of ill-considering the influencing factors, make the results more real, specific and comprehensive, avoid effectively great loss which is caused by the defects of safety and service performance.

Green building is the inevitable trend of future building development, many countries have formed their own green building assessment system. For now at stage of rapid development of urbanization in China, the establishment of green building assessment system and its further improved are of great significance. As a scientific evaluation system, the index of green building assessment system should have a sound weights system. This article attempts to apply the Analytic hierarchy process method to the Green Building evaluation standards of China, which intend to explore the method of constructing the weight system of China Green Building Evaluation standards.

Supply chain finance refers to one or more companies upstream and downstream of the industrial supply chain. According to the core company of each node, based on actual transactions, use customized and standardized financing transaction methods to control capital flows or control assets. The right to provide comprehensive financial products and services between supply chain nodes. This article only needs to introduce the financial risk analysis of the enterprise supply chain based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. This paper proposes a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methods to assess financial risks, and designs a financial risk assessment system by constructing a fuzzy judgment matrix. It also proposes a comprehensive judgment of the financial risk assessment method. The impact of various risk factors on financial services provides a basis for risk prevention. The experimental results of this paper show that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process evaluation method is relatively objective and can effectively evaluate the financial risks of the enterprise supply chain. From the weight analysis, it can be concluded that the technical risk weight value is 0.47, which accounts for the largest proportion and is the most important risk.

Inner Mongolia, as a fragile ecological zone in northern China, is prone to severe fires due to natural forces and intensive human disturbances. The development of a fire risk assessment system at the finer spatial scale is not sufficient in this region. In this study, we obtained the data of burned areas and fire hotspots numbers for Inner Mongolia from the Terra/Aqua Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer data (MCD45A1 and MOD14A1/MYD14A1, 2002~2016). These fire maps were used to determine the fire spatial and temporal variability, as well as the interactions with environmental controls (climatic, vegetation, topography, and anthropic characteristics) derived in geographic information system (GIS) layers. Based on this, the fire-causing variables were selected as the dependent variables for model building, whereas data on burned area and number of fire hotspots were used for model validation. The fire risk assessment map was then generated in a 500 × 500 m grid cell using an analytic hierarchy process approach and a GIS technique. This work could be easily used for the ultimate aim of supporting fire management.

The status of auto industry is enhancing in our national economy with the economic boom of China and rapid growth of economic globalization. Meanwhile, automobile manufacturing industry also has to faced with the increasingly fierce global competition. Based on this opportunities and challenges coexist situation, comprehensive evaluation of automobile manufacturing enterprises’ performance has more and more realistic significance. This paper utilized the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises. In this assessment system, we considered the financial indicators and non-financial indicators which related to the performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Based on the systematically analysis, we summarized the influence degree of each evaluation index and provided the basis for automobile manufacturing enterprises to make scientific decisions.
