The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior. The study was a case study on employees of local water company “Tirta Mahakam” located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Quality of service will always be a significant factor for organizations that focus on customer satisfaction. It is done to improve business activity and organizational performance. To have excellent quality services depends on the human resources of the organization. The organization needs human resources that are performing well. Human resources/employees who show strong OCB are believed to be able to perform better. That is why organizations need to create employees with strong OCB. This study was a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a total sample of 83 respondents, and the selection of respondents chosen using simple random sampling. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously affected organizational citizenship. Job satisfaction partially influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment partly influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction was proven to have the most significant influence.

The manufacturing sector is one of the major sources contributing towards economies as well as environmental pollution. Contributing to the theory of ability motivation opportunity theory, the aim of the current study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment on the relationship between green human resources management (green recruitment and selection, green training, green rewards, and green performance evaluation), corporate social responsibility, and sustainable performance (economic, social, and environmental performance). The quantitative survey research design was used in the current study and structured questionnaires were distributed for the collection of data. The cross-sectional data were collected from 150 firms. Sample of the study was consisted of HRM managers, directors. Total 200 questionnaires were distributed but 150 completed responses were received and analyzed. A structured questionnaire was used. For data analysis, smart partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used. The measurement model and the structural model were developed and tested in the study. The measurement model aim was to investigate and establish reliabilities and validities of the instrument while to test hypotheses structural model was formulated/developed. Results revealed that the instrument was found reliable and valid; the instrument has met all standard criteria for average variance extracted, composite/construct reliability factor loadings, and alpha values. While structural models illustrated that all hypotheses are accepted. It is concluded from the results that organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment significantly mediated the relationship between corporate social responsibility and green human resource management practices. This implies that organizational citizenship behavior towards environment significantly effects sustainable performance. The originality of the current study lies in highlighting corporate social responsibility, green human resources management practices to enhance sustainable performance through organizational citizenship behavior towards environment.

This study aims to the find out significant effect of: (1) Job Satisfaction on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction on OCB through Organizational Commitment as an intervening Variable. This is as case study conducted on Civil Servant of Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. The research design in a causal associative research. The population in this study were 66 Civil Servant. While data collection techniques are documentation, interview, and  questionnaires to get answer as well as characteristics of respondents. This research then applies census method. In this research, to analyze the data, path analysis was used. The results shows that : (1) Job Satisfaction does not have significant effect on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on the Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment has significant effect on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on OCB through Organizational Commitment of Civil Servant Working at Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction.

This research attempts to present an approach for achieving the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and human resource empowerment (HRE) among staff at University of Isfahan. Statistical population of the study was all of the staff in administrative – financial, education-cultural, and research sectors at University of Isfahan. Among them statistical sample was selected randomly. Research method was descriptive – correlative and data was collected using two questionnaires: psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Mentioned questionnaires had content validity and their reliability was .88 and .86 respectively that were calculated through Choronbachُs Alpha. Findings showed that there was a positive and significant relation between total psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior.There was a relation between impact and meaning with organizational citizenship behavior. Also, there showed a significant relation between first pair of focal variables including competence with linear combine all of organizational citizenship behavior variables.

One of the factors that must be considered in managing human resources is the volunteerism of employees in helping co-workers outside of their responsibilities (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The symptoms of problems associated with low OCB are due to the low transformational leadership and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to OCB at Villa Kubu Manggala Seminyak. This research was conducted at Villa Kubu Manggala Seminyak by using census method that is 30 respondents. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 12 statement items. Tests conducted using the classical assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test and t test. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on OCB. To improve the OCB's behavior within the organization, companies should pay more attention to normative commitment and promotion opportunities.
