The paper presents possible problems in the construction of houses for the disabled and the elderly. The relevance of the construction of these real estate objects and the consideration of this issue of the article is displayed. The possible main hazards during capital construction are given. The economic aspect of the construction issue, its nuances, and methodology are considered in detail using the examples of two objects of houses for the disabled and the elderly of various forms of ownership. For each of the potential planned objects, the necessary data collection was performed, calculations of possible income based on the activities of the house for the disabled and the elderly, expenses, both at the construction stage and at the exploitation stage, which are shown in this article. Graphically, the result of the comparative analysis of the two objects for economic efficiency is shown and the conclusion is made about the choice of the most profitable form for performing specific tasks.

One key element in improving economic efficiency is corporate governance which involves a set of relationships between a company’s management, its board, its shareholders and other stakeholders. If countries are to reap the full benefits of the global capital market, and if they are to attract long-term ‘patient’ capital, corporate governance arrangements must be credible and well understood across borders. One aspect of the relationship between the company’s management and its shareholders is far from being well understood: How is this relationship affected if the single company is transformed into a parent company of a corporate group? In Germany, this topic has attracted the most vivid legal interest for some decades, but it is not even considered in other countries - neither in the context of corporate governance nor in the one of corporate groups. One reason might be that provisions concerning corporate groups are not perceived as a distinct body of law in most of these countries

In the early 1990s, when state and collective farms were undergoing a reorganization procedure, the most heated debate was about which organizational and legal forms are most suitable for agricultural organizations in a market economy. The article examines the dynamics of the development of such structures in the context of organizational and legal forms. In the course of the study, using materials from the Altai Territory, an assessment was made of the presence of animals belonging to various agricultural producers, the dynamics of their products and the level of production efficiency. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the activities of agricultural organizations in the Rodinsky and Romanovsky districts of the region is given. As a result of a comparative analysis, it was revealed that the most effective organizational and legal form is production in subsidiary plots of the population (citizens).

The article analyzes the changes in requirements for oxide emissions resulted from fuel combustion in accordance with the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships MARPOL 73/78. The problem of improving the energy efficiency of large-capacity gas tankers is studied by using different types of marine fuel. An energy audit was carried out on board a gas carrier with deadweight of 54,354 tons and propulsion system power of 12,400 kW. The energy audit relied on data of six voyages of a gas-carrier from July 14, 2016 to January 19, 2017. The Energy Efficiency Operational Index defined as carbon dioxide emissions per ton-mile of cargo movement, was used as a tool for assessing the energy efficiency of the ship. The research included the methods of comparative analysis of fuel change during the voyages. The comparative analysis was applied to calculate changes of consuming fuels with different lower caloric value. There have been given general characteristics of heavy fuel RMG 380 and diesel fuel DMA. Values of all parameters for analysis of operational coefficient of power efficiency were taken from the engineer’s log, cargo record book and oil record book, as well as from energy efficiency operation indicator reports of the company after each voyage. Based on the results of the assessment, the conclusions were drawn and perspectives were developed concerning the use of marine fuels and modification of the ship power plant. It has been inferred that using liquefied natural gas as main fuel increases power and economic efficiency of a ship and meets new requirements of MARPOL 73/78 to 2020 on sulfur content in fuel. The conducted research and preliminary calculations make it possible to predict an increase in the economic efficiency of a large-tonnage fleet while maintaining a high environmental friendliness.
