Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a prevalent non communicable disease. Aims & objectives: Aim of the present study is to evaluate the efcacy of Omega-3 Fatty acids and Fenobrate in the treatment of dyslipidemia in the patients of Type-II Diabetes Mellitus with an objective to provide guidelines for better treatment of dyslipidemia in patients with Type-II Diabetes Mellitus. Material and method: Estimation of HbAlc was be done before starting therapy and thereafter every 12 weeks upto 24 weeks. the Department of Pharmacology, Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasaria, with all facilities such as was furnished laboratory, necessary equipments and infrastructure. Conclusion: Fenobrate effectively controlled the total cholesterol and TG levels, increased the HDLcholesterol level, especially in its small fraction, and improved vascular function of patients with type 2 diabe
