Creative Introductory Test in a Remote Format: Experience of Planning Within the Framework of a Competence-Based Approach

the article presents the experience of planning the content, forms, conditions and procedure for conducting entrance tests of the admission campaign of 2020 for educational programs of a creative orientation in the context of preventing the spread of a new coronavirus infection – in a remote format. This format of the introductory tests is new for educational organizations and requires detailed study. As a methodological tool for solving the problem, a competent-oriented approach was made, which made it possible to determine the content and provide for an objective assessment of special competencies that ensure the incoming success of the educational program of a creative orientation. Within the framework of this approach, it is proposed to divide the creative test procedure into two periods, allowing the applicant to do creative work offline without interaction with members of the examination committee and in real time online, with indirect (at a distance) interaction between applicants and members of the examination committee. The results of this work enrich the experience in the implementation of the educational process using e-learning and distance learning technologies and can be used during the period of intermediate certification in the implementation of educational programs of any level related to the implementation of creative work.

Assigning Examination Invigilator's Schedule Problem: An Approach of Programming Techniques Using Simple Sequential Assignment

Preparation of examination invigilation schedule is a tedious and challenging tasks. It is impossible to satisfy all invigilators or proctors with the invigilation schedules prepared. The examination committees have to analyze and thoroughly checks all constraints submitted by the invigilators. Formerly, the process of assignments and deciding the best slot for invigilation will usually take a couple of weeks and all these processes are done manually. This paper proposes a programming technique using simple sequential approach to assign the invigilators on the proper examination slot without any conflicts or clashes aligned with the list of constraints and parameters. This simple tools or systems has been developed to help the examination committee to reduce the time taken for invigilation schedule preparation, avoid erroneous of incorrect assignment of invigilators and increase the satisfaction amongst invigilators with the invigilation schedule assigned. However, this tool is only a supplementary support in invigilation assignment process and the manual changes by considering human touch factors are still considered to produce friendly and empathy worthy invigilation schedules.

Conditions and Prerequisites for the Establishment of Environmental Forensics in the Republic of Belarus

The article considers the prerequisites and conditions for the establishment of environmental forensics as a new branch of forensic science in the Republic of Belarus. The authors advocate conducting this type of examinations at special competency centers, such as the Scientific and Practical Center (SPC) of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus

ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian: Artikel ini akan menjabarkan pencapaian uji kompetensi nasionalkeperawatan di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang telah diterbitkanoleh panitia uji kompetensi nasional. Data secara keseluruhan yang diambil adalah periode ujiantahun 2015. Data disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Pada tahun 2015, terdapat 66.687 lulusan(Diploma III dan Profesi Ners) menjalani ujian, 35.892 (53,8 persen) dinyatakan lulus. Diskusi: Studiselanjutnya perlu lebih mengeksplor indikator kuat pada instansi pendidikan untuk meningkatkanpresentasi keluluasan. Simpulan: Tingkat akreditasi memiliki hubungan kuat terhadap persentasekelulusan.Kata Kunci: uji kompetensi nasional, keperawatan.ABSTRACTObjective: This article will describe the achievement of the national examination in nursingeducation in Indonesia. Methods: This study employed secondary data published widelyby the national examination committee. Data were taken from the 2015 examination. Datawere presented descriptively. Results: In 2015, there were 66,687 graduates of Diploma IIIand Professional Nurse who took examination, 53.8% of them (35,892) passed. Discussion:Further study is needed to explore the strong indicator in educational institutions to improvethe passing percentage. Conclusion: Level of accreditation has strong correlation with thepassing percentage.Keywords: national examination competency, nursing.
