The article discusses the issues arising in the investigation of criminal offenses on the example of illegal search work at an archaeological heritage site, destruction, destruction or damage to cultural heritage sites. Conducting certain types of examinations is disclosed as the activity of experts who possess knowledge of certain branches of science. The issues of carrying out a comprehensive forensic technical examination of documents and art criticism are highlighted. The main methods used by experts of the above types of expertise have been determined. It was emphasized that the most promising and expedient procedure for carrying out a comprehensive examination of music literature is to first conduct a technical examination of documents, which will allow restoring the lost fragments of both the material and the text of a musical work, taking into account the methods that will then be used by an art expert. Activities for pre-trial investigation of crimes that encroach on cultural heritage, cultural values, where the objects of examination are music literature, in particular, is a complex multifaceted and multifaceted process to perform the tasks of criminal justice. The specific nature of the investigation of these criminal offenses makes the issue of organizing examinations quite relevant. The multifaceted investigation of these offenses is reflected in its organization, in particular through the use of special art knowledge in procedural and non-procedural forms. The practical purpose of the organization is to determine the optimal direction and content of the investigation, optimize its purpose, forces and means necessary to achieve it, the correct placement of forces and the creation of appropriate conditions. The growing needs of modern society in the use of knowledge in the field of art history does not bypass the field of justice. Understanding the importance of special knowledge for establishing factual data gives grounds to consider forensic science as an independent institution for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, legal entities and the interests of the state as a whole.

Aim. To investigate the distribution of a rare perennial species in Ukraine — Allium obliquum L. and prospects for the development of the plant as a vegetable and ornamental crop. Methods. Materials for the analysis of the state of distribution in the area of origin, problems and prospects of development of the species Allium obliquum L. in Ukraine have been studied and generalized based on the results of processing scientific sources of literature. On the basis of own researches of a species, the forecast concerning prospects of introduction of a species in domestic vegetable growing, and also as an ornamental plant, is made; the necessary scientific, practical and organizational measures are identified. Results. Non-traditional species of perennial bulbous plants have significant potential for development in the vegetable growing. These include Allium obliquum L. — a rare relict species of onion in Ukraine with a disjunctive range, now its status — endangered, listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, which has decorative and nutritional value. When used as a vegetable, Allium obliquum L. can grow in one place for 10–15 years. Development of this species in vegetable growing in Ukraine is possible through the introduction into horticulture and ornamental floriculture based on the results of a comprehensive and large-scale study of the species in nature and culture, a long process of acclimatization, reacclimatization and reintroduction. Conclusions. An important stage of the breeding process is the introduction and mobilization of genetic resources to form a collection of source material Allium obliquum L. of various ecological and geographical origins, selection of sources and donors of economically valuable traits and properties, their involvement in the breeding process. An urgent task in Ukraine is the development of methodological and regulatory documentation, which is necessary both at the stage of scientific and technical examination of potentially created varieties, and in the production of seeds and marketable products.

The Danish higher technical examination programme (HTX) is the only high school program in Denmark that specialises in technology and engineering. Central to the HTX curriculum are the profile subjects; technology and technical science. In this article, we take a closer look at these subjects, or more precisely, we examine the concept of technology embedded within them. The ministerial order regarding the subjects places the concept of technology within the ‘technology model’. We will examine the background for the model, its potential and limitations and the model's place in teaching through empirical findings from fieldwork in order to examine whether the technology model lives up to its described purpose. Overall, it can be argued that the model works but it can also be argued that the teachers should be aware of the model’s shortcomings and discuss these with students, so they obtain a more dynamic and dialectical understanding of technology.

AbstractGynecological sonography is the central and most frequently used technical examination method used by gynecologists. Its focus is on the clarification of masses of the uterus and the adnexa, fertility diagnosis, clarification of bleeding disorders and chronic and acute pelvic problems, pelvic floor and incontinence diagnosis as well as the differential diagnosis of disturbed early pregnancy. The indication for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, preoperative planning and postoperative controls are largely based on the findings of gynecological sonography. These examinations are particularly dependent on the experience of the examiner.Based on the proven multi-stage concept of obstetric diagnostics, gynecological sonography should primarily be performed by an experienced and specialized examiner in patients for whom the initial gynecological examinations have not yet led to a sufficient assessment of the findings. So that the expert status required for this has an objective basis, the Gynecology and Obstetrics Section of DEGUM in cooperation with ÖGUM and SGUM implemented the option of acquiring DEGUM Level II for gynecological sonography. The effectiveness of the care in the multi-level concept depends on the quality of the ultrasound examination at level I. Quality requirements for the basic examination and the differentiation between the basic and further examination have therefore already been defined by DEGUM/ÖGUM. The present work is intended to set out quality requirements for gynecological sonography of DEGUM level II and for the correspondingly certified gynecologists.Common pathologies from gynecological sonography and requirements for imaging and documentation are described.

Industrialization can benefit individuals, communities or states as it opens new opportunities for economic, social and human development. The stream of globalization is impelling Bangladesh to adopt the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Bangladesh has pursued export-oriented industrialization, with its key export sectors include textiles, shipbuilding, fish and seafood, jute and leather goods etc. Communication system plays a very important role in accelerating the place of industrialization of a country. Along with the industrialization, communication system of Bangladesh has also been greatly improved. Various major projects have already been implemented and many more new projects have been under taken. Even then various unplanned developments are creating traffic congestion on our highways which become a big problem for us. Factories are being setup on both side along the highways in an unplanned manner to accelerate the pace of industrialization. As a result, roadways cause a slew of issues, including reduced capacity, increased travel time delays, queue length, increased fuel consumption, and roadway accidents, all of which result in unrecorded economic losses. So, it is vital to investigate and measure the traffic impact of industrial installations along highways in order to achieve long-term sustainability. Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) is a technical examination of traffic problems and safety concerns associated with a particular development. In this study, we have assessed the traffic impact due to setting up a new industry along the Dhaka-Aricha Highway(N-5). It is mainly focused on the impact of the new generated traffic will have on the Dhaka -Aricha highway’s traffic system after the installation of an industry.  Furthermore, the findings may be used to take the anticipatory role in the future for becoming a beneficiary to set up a sustainable industry along the highways.

Mat-Eater with Pennants, a rarely exhibited sculpture in Alexander Calder’s oeuvre, was commissioned by The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and installed in 1945. To exhibit the large standing mobile in Alexander Calder: Modern from the Start (2021), the derelict sculpture had to be remediated; this initiated a collaborative investigation with conservation scientists, conservators, curators, and the Calder Foundation into the original paint colors hidden beneath layers of repaint. XRF analysis was carried out to elucidate the paints’ composition, followed by sampling for analysis to assess the paint stratigraphy and binders. Scrapings were analyzed by µ-FTIR and Raman spectroscopies; cross sections were examined with optical microscopy and analyzed with SEM-EDS. Analysis differentiated between the original paints, which contain Prussian blue, parachlor red, chrome yellow, and the many layers of overpaint, which contain titanium white, molybdate orange, a variety of β-Naphthol reds, red lead, and ultramarine. A model for Man-Eater, Mobile with 14 Flags, is also part of the museum’s collection, and was first considered as a point of reference for the original colors. Similar analysis, however, indicates that the maquette was painted after the Man-Eater was first installed, therefore is not representative of the original colors. In addition to investigating an early primary palette for Calder’s outdoor sculptures, this study helped develop the plan for the restoration of the original color scheme of Man-Eater.

During the operation of natural and waste water treatment facilities, conditions may change in relation to those accepted in design decisions. As a result, the treatment facilities cease to perform the functions assigned to them. Before the reconstruction of such water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities, engineering and technical examination is the basis for making the right technical and technological decisions. The examination involves a decision-making algorithm aimed at achieving the goals set while designing. Through the example of one of the food industry enterprises, the authors considered the positive impact of an extended engineering examination for the acception of correct technical and technological solutions that provide the proper quality of wastewater treatment with optimal capital investments.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of integrated research during the judicial and technical expertise to establish the prostitution of documents. The attention is drawn to the fact that the forensic examination with the establishment of the preparation of documents is the most difficult among other species of this kind of examinations and to be complex. The authors consider the peculiarities of this type of expertise and emphasizes that such examinations have difficulty in carrying out the use of special equipment and physicochemical research methods. The paths of determining the preparation of the paperwork are emphasized: determining the specific time of manufacture of each of the details with a further comparison of the results obtained among themselves; establishing conformity between the time of signature and handwritten records; the printing time of printing and text printing time, establish a chronological sequence of details in the document. It was concluded that the decision of the expert problem with establishing the prescription of the document requires the use of so-called "destructive methods". The main complexity of the examination of the process of making the preparation of the document is that when conducting any actions with a document (cutting, selection of ink samples), the document can be fully or partially destroyed. In this regard, expert institutions that take an obligation to carry out such examinations, pay attention to the ability to damage the document and in this connection declare a relevant request for permission to carry out such actions. Such permission should be in the document on the appointment of expertise or in the letter. Attention is drawn to the fact that not the provision of information about the time of receipt of the document may lead to the impossibility of determining the prescription of the document. After a long time and complex research process, the expert is forced to give a conclusion "is not possible."
