The study involved 14 volunteer students. Situational anxiety was determined, tests were carried out to determine simple and complex sensorimotor reactions, the cardiac rhythm of the subjects was recorded. Oxygen saturation was determined using an oximeter. Dynamic parameters were recorded: lying in a state of functional rest (background 1), vertical at 65-70° (vertical), lying after verticalization (horizontal), lying in a state of functional rest (background 2). The analysis of the data obtained was carried out using the Excel and StatPlus Pro programs. It was revealed that during verticalization, changes in the regulation of the heart activity of the subjects are carried out mainly due to the central mechanisms of regulation through the sympathetic nervous system. The transfer from a vertical to a horizontal state is accompanied by a restructuring of the regulatory system towards the activation of subcortical nerve centers and a shift in the balance of the SNS/PSNS towards the parasympathetic nervous system. There were performed studies of reovasography of the lower leg and foot pools to identify possible mechanisms of various reactions from the heart and Central hemodynamics in hypoxia to orthostatic load. The dependence of changes in the parameters of Central hemodynamics in response to various environmental factors on the properties of resistive vessels is shown. The cardiovagal branch of the baroreflex is of high clinical relevance when detecting disturbances of the autonomic nervous system. The hysteresis of the baroreflex is assessed using provoked and spontaneous changes in blood pressure. We propose a novel ellipse analysis to characterize hysteresis of the spontaneous respiration-related cardiovagal baroreflex for orthostatic test. Up and down sequences of pressure changes as well as the working point of baroreflex are considered. The EuroBaVar data set for supine and standing was employed to extract heartbeat intervals and blood pressure values. The latter values formed polygons into which a bivariate normal distribution was fitted with its properties determining proposed ellipses of baroreflex. More than 80% of ellipses are formed out of nonoverlapping and delayed up and down sequences highlighting baroreflex hysteresis. In the supine position, the ellipses are more elongated (by about 46%) and steeper (by about 4.3° as median) than standing, indicating larger heart interval variability (70.7 versus 47.9 ms) and smaller blood pressure variability (5.8 versus 8.9 mmHg) in supine. The ellipses show a higher baroreflex sensitivity for supine (15.7 ms/mmHg as median) than standing (7 ms/mmHg). The center of the ellipse moves from supine to standing, which describes the overall sigmoid shape of the baroreflex with the moving working point. In contrast to regression analysis, the proposed method considers gain and set-point changes during respiration, offers instructive insights into the resulting hysteresis of the spontaneous cardiovagal baroreflex with respiration as stimuli, and provides a new tool for its future analysis.

This article presents a two-stage study result of the author's method of vibroacoustic massage using singing bowls application. At the first stage, the effect of vibroacoustic massage single application over psycho-emotional characteristics was studied. 19 studied volunteers took part in our study. The testing results before and after exposures were compared according to the WAM (Weighted average mark), Zung, and Spielberg-Khanin tests. The study of the psycho-emotional sphere showed that after the vibroacoustic massage procedure, the indicators of "well-being" and "activity" of the WAM test significantly improved (p = 0.002). In addition, the depression level determined by the Zung test, personal anxiety indicators (p = 0.004), and situational anxiety ones (p = 0.028) decreased. At the second stage, 62 volunteers were divided into two groups. The first group underwent a vibroacoustic massage session according to the patented author's method. The second group received only acoustic exposure using only singing bowls. Differences in the Kerdo index were revealed in the dynamics, and in the first group, the changes were less significant than in the second one. Changes in heart rate variability characteristics for both groups were similar: there was an increase in parasympathetic influences at rest and during the orthostatic test (increased levels of RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences), NN50, pNN50) and a decrease in sympathetic effects at rest and their slight increase with orthostatic loading (TINN, RR triangular index). The dynamics were more significant in the first group that received a vibroacoustic massage session. When assessing changes in the neurovegetative regulation levels activity of the heart rhythm, the main difference was associated with very low-frequency waves power dynamics during the orthostatic test. Thus, vibroacoustic massage using singing bowls improves the psycho-emotional state, reduces depression and anxiety, and increases Parasympaticus (autonomic nervous system) activity.

Falls predict functional status declines in old age and institutionalization. Among the causes of the falls are sensory deficits, cognitive impairment, chronic diseases such as cardiovascular, endocrine diseases, musculoskeletal system pathology, the use of sedatives, antihypertensive drugs, neuroleptics and diuretics, as well as external causes, including inappropriate aids. The optimal diagnostic method in this case is a comprehensive geriatric assessment, which allows for focused history taking, detailing the circumstances of the fall, identification of risk factors and assessment of consequences, the gait and balance testing, determination of the lower limbs and joints functions are hold in the course of CGA along with orthostatic test that detects sensory deficits. Additional measures of mandatory recommendations should be a discussion of rational nutrition, with an emphasis on adequate intake of protein with food and fluids as prevention.

The scientific article is devoted to the study of indicators of the cardiovascular system in students under examination stress. As a result of our research, we recorded that before the start of the exam and after its completion, the students experienced severe stress, which negatively affected the results of the hemodynamic parameters study that showed high values indicating an overstrain of the adaptive mechanisms.
