The COVID-19 pandemic has detrimentally affected people’s lives and the economies of many countries, causing disruption in the health, education, transport, and other sectors. Several countries have implemented sanitary barriers at airports, bus and train stations, company gates, and other shared spaces to detect patients with viral symptoms in an effort to contain the spread of the disease. As fever is one of the most recurrent disease symptoms, the demand for devices that measure skin (body surface) temperature has increased. The thermal imaging camera, also known as a thermal imager, is one such device used to measure temperature. It employs a technology known as infrared thermography and is a noninvasive, fast, and objective tool. This study employed machine learning transfer using You Only Look Once (YOLO) to detect the hottest temperatures in the regions of interest (ROIs) of the human face in thermographic images, allowing the identification of a febrile state in humans. The algorithms detect areas of interest in the thermographic images, such as the eyes, forehead, and ears, before analyzing the temperatures in these regions. The developed software achieved excellent performance in detecting the established areas of interest, adequately indicating the maximum temperature within each region of interest, and correctly choosing the maximum temperature among them.

Reconstructive defects of the human face pose unique challenges to even the most experienced surgeon given their myriad of presentations and the individuality of each patient’s anatomy, clinical presentation, and perspective or preferences. A robust armamentarium of reconstructive options must be cultivated for each facial subunit so that experience and artistry can be best utilized to rebuild the patient’s structure and function. This review will outline a subset of local rotation and transposition flaps that are most useful for facial reconstruction, organized by facial subunit.

Abstract: Now a days we are living in this world where everything is automated and linked online. Internet are the things discover and it is used all over a world very beneficially.in human body face is the crucial factor for identifying each person. It can be identified by using different method like biometric for taking attendance. But in this method many more time are required to take attendance and also people are in contact with each other while marking their attendance in this pandemic situation we are introducing new technology student attendance system using face reorganization. Generally in a classroom the attendance was taken manually at ending or beginning of the class. The problem is that they required a lot of time to be taken and some manual and paper work will make a chance of mistake. To overcome from this problem we are introducing face recognition base attendance system. It is used in many application for identification of human face in a digital image or live video stream video. The proposed system make used of Haar classifier, KNN, CNN, SVM and global filters. After this recognition attendance report will be generated in excel format. The overall accuracy and complexity are calculated after testing this system it is cost efficient and need less installation time. Keywords: Face recognitions, Face detection, Haar classifier, CNN, KNN, SVM, LBPH, Automatic Attendances and image processing.
