Abstract: Now a days we are living in this world where everything is automated and linked online. Internet are the things discover and it is used all over a world very beneficially.in human body face is the crucial factor for identifying each person. It can be identified by using different method like biometric for taking attendance. But in this method many more time are required to take attendance and also people are in contact with each other while marking their attendance in this pandemic situation we are introducing new technology student attendance system using face reorganization. Generally in a classroom the attendance was taken manually at ending or beginning of the class. The problem is that they required a lot of time to be taken and some manual and paper work will make a chance of mistake. To overcome from this problem we are introducing face recognition base attendance system. It is used in many application for identification of human face in a digital image or live video stream video. The proposed system make used of Haar classifier, KNN, CNN, SVM and global filters. After this recognition attendance report will be generated in excel format. The overall accuracy and complexity are calculated after testing this system it is cost efficient and need less installation time. Keywords: Face recognitions, Face detection, Haar classifier, CNN, KNN, SVM, LBPH, Automatic Attendances and image processing.

Abstract. This paper presents a user tracking algorithm in an IoT-5G Network (or IoT-5GN). Hereby, we aim at studying and evaluating the sensing performances of the IoT-5G Access Point (or IoT-5G AP) primary signal by the IoT-5G user in a cluttered indoor environment using an energy detector (or ED) algorithm and an Alpha-&-Beta Filter (ABF or α-β-F) estimator. The 5G primary signal (or 5G-PS) frequency that we would like to detect is: 60 GHz. As a result, the 5G-PS sensing via the proposed ABF-ED algorithm, enabled us to track the IoT-5G user inside of the IoT-5G AP coverage area. The performances of the proposed ABF-ED algorithm in this paper work is evaluated by the probability of total detection error (or PTDE) measure. Through different scenarios simulations, the performances and robustness of the proffered algorithm are demonstrated.

Abstract The TTM (Total Traceability Management) is becoming a mandatory process requested by all OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturing) as a system to be deployed by the relevant suppliers. Process parameters from the machines are gathered by the TTM software and based on a defined algorithm the product is receiving new statuses, as physical and software characteristics. Given the high complexity of the current process flows, the highly automated lines and cells, the increased amount of process parameters, the necessity of synchronizing various production steps, it is needed that a simulation process to be done in advance of the full process deployment. The paper work reviews both the mathematical apparatus that underlies the simulation, and one of the various available simulation programs in academia. It is used one of the most usual software for simulation SIMQuick which is based on statistical methodologies. SIMQuick performs a virtual simulation of the process being used in various areas of activity including production in automotive, automation, supply chain processes and services, providing the valuable data for the behavior of the process and providing the premises for layout, flows, and resources improvements. The supply chain software ERP requirements with TTM technical inputs and outputs are the data pillars for the simulation which are presented as a result of the research.

The essence of banks’ capital lies in the protection against potential risks or losses and represents a protective layer for their creditors. Confidence in the banking system generally results from setting the conditions for its regulation. The purpose of regulation is to limit the riskiness of banks in their activities by setting capital requirements that banks must maintain given the volume and structure of their assets. The aim of the paper work is to determine the impact of capital regulation on the profitability and lending behaviour of the Slovak banking sector with a focus on the countercyclical capital buffer. The work is divided into the five parts. It contains two pictures and six tables. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical definition of the nature and need for regulation of the bank's capital. Within the chapter it‘s characterized the current situation that persists in the Slovak banking sector. The content of the second chapter is a brief review of the literature which studies examined the impact of the introduction of a countercyclical capital buffer on the profitability of commercial banks as well as their lending behaviour. The next part characterizes the aim of the work, used the methods and the methodology of researching the issue. The fourth part deals with the econometric analysis of the change of selected variables with respect to the level of the countercyclical capital buffer in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. The final part is used to evaluate the results and drawing conclusions.

AbstractCurrently, the Lucerne tree is becoming well-established and adapted in many parts of the world. It can be grow in and around apple trees, near Rahminus prinoides, and within the vegetables. According to African Rising Stations project on Tree Lucerne, line planting, cutting, periodic pruning, and reduce the height by 1.5 m is that the simplest caring mechanism. It has also been shown that this care can result in a 20% increase in DM production on grazing alone. It store about 6 tonnes CO2 equivalent per hectare per year and highest N-fixer among legume, it fixes about 590 kg of N2 per year per hectare. It is mainly used for animal husbandry, treat degraded ecosystems and to have good nutrients. Beyond the nutrients, it is an alternative food guarantee as it can withstand drought and stay green during the summer, especially when there is a shortage of food. Lucerne tree is used as a raw material for pulp and paper work as a group of eucalyptus, holocellulose, lingin, xylan and acetyl groups. However, in addition to fodder, there are significant limitations on energy, paper, tissue and chemical use. The leftovers should be converted into useful products. Therefore, these plants should be used for good quality of wood trim for grain and paperwork.

Gajewski offers a formal comment on Griffiths et al. (2017), a paper that explored how microclimates and their varying ice cover regimes on lakes and ponds in Arctic regions modified the diatom assemblage responses to recent warming. One of Gajewski’s main criticisms is that the microclimate classification scheme used in Griffiths et al. (2017) is merely anecdotal; a claim which ignores the value of observational evidence and misunderstands the frequency that each site was visited or surveyed. We clarify that the study sites were visited multiple times via recurrent aerial surveys and ground observations dating back to the 1970s, which supports our microclimate classification scheme. Many of Gajewski’s claims regarding climate, catchment characteristics, and ice melting properties from field locations he has not visited were refuted by veteran Arctic scientists with long-term field experience in these regions. In addition, Gajewski makes several criticisms concerning radioisotopic dating, core chronology, sediment mixing, diagenesis, and preservation of bioindicators that relate more to general paleolimnological assumptions than to conclusions reached by Griffiths et al. (2017). Research from the 1980s and 1990s, when scientific consensus on these issues was first reached, readily show that the methodologies and data interpretation of Griffiths et al. (2017) are sound. We appreciate the opportunity to expound on the finer details of the Griffiths et al. (2017) paper, work based on field research by the study’s co-authors spanning almost three decades, with additional observations from colleagues dating back to the 1970s. We address Gajewski’s criticisms with relevant literature, expert statements, and a few clarifying comments.

This paper presents the results of a referendum-style contingent valuation survey conducted in one of the richest milking states of India. 200 households were surveyed to study the farmer’s preferences and choices for the health, breeding and insurance services. The objective of the survey was to assess the preference structure and the willingness of poor farmers to pay for veterinary health and insurance services. It is a comparative study between the existing situation and improved situation, that how the willingness to pay (WTP) will change if the quality of the health, breeding and insurance services will improve. The results show that farmers are willing to pay for assured access to veterinary services. Majority of the households value these services tremendously and are not looking for subsidies provided by the government institutions. It was noticed that farmer’s willingness to pay was much higher than the amount government institutions were presently charging for improved livestock support services, e.g. health and AI services. Though the coverage of Livestock insurance was low but it was found that farmers were ready to pay high amount of premium charges if the insurance services are easily available to the farmer’s door step with very less paper work and other formalities. Combining the findings of this survey with other closely related studies and the changing structure the input and output markets for livestock sector, the paper suggests specific policy measures to more effectively meet the expanding livestock services needs of poor livestock farmers.
