Land acquisition for Cinere-Jagorawi toll road section II B should be completed in 2010, but till now (status 15 June 2017) from the need of 17.6 HA, only 16,1353 HA or 91,677% are free. Progress of land acquisition resulted in progress deviation of construction. This study aims to analyze the effect of land acquisition which is resulted in the performance of Cinere-Jagorawi toll road project of section II B late. Data was collected by spreading questionnaires related to the stages and technical implementation of land acquisition, internal factors and external factors inhibiting land acquisition to respondents from Ministry of PUPR, BPN Depok, and community. The result of analysis using regression analysis obtained X15, X17, and X33 as the best variable. The conclusion is, X15 (Funding for public procurement is sourced from the State Budget) with a coefficient of 0.34 as the first influential factor, X17 (Data collection of land status and its document) with the coefficient of 0.257 as the second influential factor, and X33 (Limitations of time for BPN in handling land procurement due to the amount of land to be acquired) with the coefficient of 0.146 as the third influential factor.

Abstract The article deals with the problems of studying folk hagiography, a complex of peasants’ written and oral texts, which contain information about saints or revered non-canonized devotees and express the very specifics of the popular understanding of holiness. The first half of the article discusses the phenomenon of folk hagiography, defines the range of folklore genres, reflecting folk beliefs about saints, and investigates the mechanisms of interaction between the written and oral traditions. The second half analyzes texts and religious practices related to the folk worship of the non-canonized elder Judas Koneschelsky (Archangelsk North). There are following sources for the study of this cult: judicial documents of the turn of the 19th and the 20th centuries, a peasant’s diary of the turn of the 19th and the 20th centuries, local priests’ notes from that time, and field data, collected by folklorists at the beginning of the 21th century. On the basis of these sources, the authors, considering a specific case, make an attempt to study the mechanisms of functioning of folk hagiography. A large time span between the early and late data records and various texts about Judas make it possible to trace evolution of this cult.

Abstract Objective Enormous amounts of healthcare data are becoming increasingly accessible through the large-scale adoption of electronic health records. In this work, structured and unstructured (textual) data are combined to assign clinical diagnostic and procedural codes (specifically ICD-9-CM) to patient stays. We investigate whether integrating these heterogeneous data types improves prediction strength compared to using the data types in isolation. Methods Two separate data integration approaches were evaluated. Early data integration combines features of several sources within a single model, and late data integration learns a separate model per data source and combines these predictions with a meta-learner. This is evaluated on data sources and clinical codes from a broad set of medical specialties. Results When compared with the best individual prediction source, late data integration leads to improvements in predictive power (eg, overall F-measure increased from 30.6% to 38.3% for International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM) diagnostic codes), while early data integration is less consistent. The predictive strength strongly differs between medical specialties, both for ICD-9-CM diagnostic and procedural codes. Discussion Structured data provides complementary information to unstructured data (and vice versa) for predicting ICD-9-CM codes. This can be captured most effectively by the proposed late data integration approach. Conclusions We demonstrated that models using multiple electronic health record data sources systematically outperform models using data sources in isolation in the task of predicting ICD-9-CM codes over a broad range of medical specialties.

By means of specific breeding programmes, it is possible to select antioxidant-enriched fruit varieties. These features are susceptible to be improved through generations in order to release fruits with enhanced nutritional features.ConclusionsThe availability of high quality and nutritionally enriched fruit at competitive costs may be a useful tool in the planning of healthy diets.
