Peat soil is widely distributed in more than 500 countries around the world, covering an area of over 4 million square kilometers, among which the distribution area in China is about 40000 square kilometers, and most of Peat soil is distributed in swamps and forests. Peat soil is with high content of organic matter, poor engineering properties and low bearing capacity, which is very unfavorable to the safety and functionality of infrastructure construction. The Belt and Road, and the other two parts of the peat soil are studied in this paper. The key technologies of peat soil foundation are studied through literature review and comparative study. This will provide theoretical and technical support for repairing bridges, roads and houses in the distribution area of peat soil, and provide the theoretical basis and technical foundation for the construction of the “peat” Road area. In order to improve the rationality and fairness of Teachers’ “Double-qualified” Ability, the article establishes an evaluation model based on 14 evaluation indexes of teachers’ “double-qualified” ability. it adopts Delphi - entropy weight method to weight the evaluation index, and then combines TOPSIS method to evaluate the evaluation object. In the evaluation of TOPSIS method, the traditional TOPSIS weight method was improved, and the entropy weight-delphi method was used to determine the index weight, which was a combination of subjective and objective, making the evaluation system more objective, scientific and reasonable.It not only avoids the subjectivity of decision makers and limitations, but also eliminates the phenomenon of indexes in common impact assessment results and finally applies it to a university teacher “Double division and triple energy” evaluation system, to provide theoretical basis and feasibility analysis for the “double type” teachers team construction. It provides all kinds of resources and energy needed for social production, and plays an irreplaceable role in species diversity and ecological balance. However, the weakening of self-purification ability of marine ecosystem, the decline of pollution purification ability, the deterioration of marine ecological environment, and the decline of biological resources and biodiversity ,etc. all these bring fatal impact to coastal areas and even the whole terrestrial ecosystem, it is imminent to strengthen ecological protection. It is our bounden duty to protect the living environment of human. currently, more and more following-setting compensation arc suppression coils are applied. When the power distribution network is operated in a loop closing mode, the problems about the parallel operation of the following-setting compensation arc suppression coils are caused. On the basis that the operational characteristics of the following-setting compensation arc suppression coils are analyzed, the improved master-slaved type automatic control technology of the parallel operation of the multiple following-setting compensation suppression coils is proposed. When the capacitive current is calculated, all slave arc suppression coils should go into service with the respective compensating capacity of each when operated on the respective shunt, then the master arc suppression coil is adjusted, and therefore the calculation accuracy is guaranteed. After the calculation of the capacitive current is completed, the compensating current should be proportionally distributed according to the capacity of the arc suppression coils so that the loads of all the arc suppression coils are balanced. Linear servo system is an important part of numerical control machine tool, and its performance and quality will directly decide and affect the rapidity, stability and accuracy of numerical control device. The servo system made up of linear motor can realize zero transmission between motor and worktable with various advantages as fast response, high efficiency and position tracking precision. In this paper, the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is used as actuator, and according to the idea of space vector decoupling control, the linear servo control structure is established based on position proportion adjustment and speed IP adjustment. On such backgrounds, the paper studies the iterative learning control method so as to realize the perfect position tracking ability and robust performance of the system.
