Sending emails in large quantities can be tediousconsidering free services do not cover bulk email and paidservices can be costly and are not easy to customize. Traditionalemail client used for basic emailing services fail to be useful inlarger volumes of emails to target people or spread informationto consented individuals. This paper proposes a serverless archi-tecture to tackle such problems by using one such offering fromthe Amazon Web Services(AWS) which can be easily replacedby a software architects choice of service. The constraints helpto make an architecture using components that can fit most ofthe needs of a serverless backend and extend it to scenariossuch mobile notifications, One Time Password (OTP) systems orother means of communication to minimize single point of failureand also decrease the dependency on physical servers for suchoperations offering a comparable solution within the cloud. Thearchitecture proposed is tested to find the time taken to sendthe emails of various quantities and see how it affects the cost. The architecture was successful able to send multiple emails in aquick and single invocation and has demonstrated a higher levelof scalability compared to conventional methods.

Email sending is an important tool to broadcast messages to many people to convey information. bulkemails in magnitude of thousands of emails is needed for large organization or company reaching outto its customers.Creating and maintaining a server to accomplish this is not only time-taking but notcost-effective. Products such as Gmail and Outlook are useful in basic emailing services but fail to beuseful in larger volumes of emails to target people or spread information to consented individuals.Thispaper tries to achieve bulk email management throught the use of serverless architecture to sendemails through a service from the Amazon Web Services(AWS) ecosystem.

Abstract : Google Apps is a service provided by Google that allows users to use Google products with their own domain names. Among the products offered by Google Apps are email (Gmail), Docs (Google Drive), and Classroom services. In addition, Google Apps also provides Application Programming Interface (API) services that can be used by developers to take advantage of various features provided by Google. Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia (UUI) is one of the universities that use Google Apps service for managing student emails. At present, UUI student email management through Google Apps is still not integrated with academic information system data. As a result, UUI must allocate special resources for managing student emails manually. Based on these problems, this study proposes an integration system for UUI student email management using the Google Apps API. This system is designed using PHP programming. The Google Apps API authentication method uses OAuth 2.0. The results of this study indicate that student email management on Google Apps can be done through campus academic information systems. With this system, students can activate email independently without having to be registered manually to the Google Apps page by the campus email managers.

Send news or documents into individual or group communication media. The nature of news or documents are also used to be very secret. Increasingly sophisticated technology makes it increasingly easy to send a message or document. For example, in the advancement of the internet many parties that provide email management services, from sending or receiving also in terms of archiving. Convenience offered technology is not no risk. News or documents sent over the Internet are vulnerable to crime. In order for news or document can be up to the recipient safely and intact then takes the role of cryptography. Cryptography is the science to encrypt a message to make it more secure. In this study, using algorithms and Base64 Cipher Caesar. Caesar algorithm is an algorithm that is old and easily. While Base64 using ASCII format. So that the two algorithms can be used as it is complex. As a result, the security level is higher than not using cryptography. The encryption process and decryption not complicated and does not require a long time. If there are those who are not responsible to know the content of news or documents then he should know the key to reading and ensured key that only the sender and receiver know.

Purpose – The aim of this paper is to construct a systematic way of thinking about correspondence as a documentary form and discuss the role its persistent representation features play in management, preservation and access of email correspondence. Design/methodology/approach – Using the method of diplomatic analysis as a guiding theory, the paper conducts a historical review of correspondence recordkeeping and email systems in the American context, analyzes the evolution of its persistent representation features and discusses the implications on current email management and archival practices. Findings – Correspondence as a document form and its persistent representation features have played an important role in traditional correspondence recordkeeping and electronic mail management. The design of systems to manage, preserve and access email records should reflect the characteristics and functionality of email records, capable of retaining email correspondence as a documentary form supported by its persistent representation features. Research limitations/implications – The research in this paper mostly covers secondary sources with a regional focus. The analysis covers important historical developments in correspondence and email recordkeeping and archival practices. The study uses examples of email archives available online, and further research can be developed when more email archival collections are processed and constructed. Originality/value – A systematic analysis of persistent representation of traditional correspondence and electronic mail provides a useful perspective to reflect on the characteristics of correspondence as a document form and offers some food for thought for records management and archival professionals and assists them in developing systems to better manage, preserve and provide access to email correspondence.
