В статье рассматривается проблема этнокультурного неравенства в научной литературе и в массовом сознании студенческой молодежи Республики Дагестан в контексте гражданской идентификации. На основе анализа социологического исследования, проведенного автором в 2021 г., выявляется корреляционная зависимость между восприятием точек зрений о нарушении или обеспечении этнорелигиозного паритета в России и уровнем гражданской идентификации. Авторская точка зрения заключается в том, что сложность для гражданской интеграции современного российского общества представляет не «множество идентичностей» россиян, сколько их неравномерное положение в социально-политической структуре российского государства. Автор делает упор на важности формирования гражданской нации как надэтнической и надрелигиозной формации, но подчеркивает преждевременность успеха данного процесса без равноправия при учете этнокультурных особенностей российских народов. В связи с чем делается вывод о необходимости создания механизма согласования интересов этнических и религиозных сообществ в субъектах Российской Федерации в целях повышения гражданской идентичности населения, так как, по мнению автора, обеспечение условий для развития этнокультурных особенностей людей повышает чувство их гражданской лояльности, создает предпосылки к открытости и терпимости к представителям иных этнокультурных традиций. The paper deals with the problem of ethnocultural inequality in the scientific literature and in the mass consciousness of the students of the Republic of Dagestan in the context of civil identification. Based on the analysis of a sociological study conducted by the author in 2021, the publication reveals a correlation between the perception of points of view about the violation or maintenance of ethno-religious parity in Russia and the level of civil identification. The author's point of view is that the difficulty for the civil integration of modern Russian society is not the "set of identities" of Russians, but rather their uneven position in the socio-political structure of the Russian state. The author emphasizes the importance of forming a civil nation as a supra-ethnic and supra-religious formation, but emphasizes the prematurity of the success of this process without equality, taking into account the ethno-cultural characteristics of the Russian peoples. In this connection, it is concluded that it is necessary to create a mechanism for coordinating the interests of ethnic and religious communities in the subjects of the Russian Federation in order to increase the civil identity of the population. Since, according to the author, providing conditions for the development of ethno-cultural characteristics of people increases the sense of their civic loyalty, creates prerequisites for openness and tolerance to representatives of other ethno-cultural traditions.

The concern in this chapter is with how the Church constructed the religious as teachers and as school principals, with memories of how they concurrently constructed themselves. An informing assumption is that one needs to consider these matters to arrive at an appreciation of how the religious were able to operate to pursue the Church’s interests in the classroom. Notwithstanding the nature of their religious formation and the rules that governed their lives, members of the teaching religious were not automatons in their approach to their teaching. If they had been so, then Catholic schooling could possibly have collapsed since the teaching religious would have been unable to respond to challenges, to change, and to demands of them by their superiors. While ‘religious formation’ was very much designed to produce very rigid and largely unbending individuals, the teaching religious were able to execute a certain amount of agency and be leaders even if contained within the structures of the life they lived.

<p>Komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan oleh <em>da’i</em> dalam membinaan mualaf sangat penting bagi perrubahan sudut pandang dan perilaku komunitas mualaf dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, mengingat da’i sebagai tokoh sentral bagi pengetahuan keagamaan mualaf. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan da’i dalam pembinaan komunitas mualaf di kawasan pegunungan Karomba yang meliputi <em>da’i</em> sebagai komunikator, materi atau pesan ajaran Islam yang disampaikan, media yang digunakan dalam pembinaan dan perubahan sikap komunitas mualaf yang menerima pembinaan keagamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari studi pustaka pada berbagai sumber bacaan yang sesuai dengan tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, komunikasi dakwah dilakukan dengan tatap muka secara langsung dalam kelompok pengajian dan konsultasi syari’ah, ceramah keagamaan serta kelompok belajar mengaji. Kedua, materi yang disampaikan <em>da’i</em> berupa nilai-nilai dasar keagamaan, keutamaan Islam dan keindahan-keindahan Islam, shalat dan mengaji. Ketiga, media yang digunakan da’i dalam pembinaan adalah dengan cara tatap muka secara langsung. Keempat,  terjadi perubahan sikap pada diri mualaf setelah mendapatkan pembinaan, yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan komunitas mulaf tentang Islam, seperti pengetahuan tentang nilai-nilai tauhid, akhlak dan syariat.</p><p> </p><p><em>The da'wah communication carried out by the da'i in fostering converts is very important for changing the perspective and behavior of the converts community in daily life according to Islamic teachings, considering that the da'i is a central figure for converts' religious knowledge. This study seeks to identify and analyze the da'wah communication carried out by preachers in coaching the community of converts in the Karomba mountain area which includes preachers as communicators, the material or messages of Islamic teachings conveyed, the media used in coaching, and changes in the attitudes of the converts who accept religious formation. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach, primary data collection is done by interview and direct observation. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from literature studies on various reading sources in accordance with the theme. The results showed that first, da'wah communication was carried out face-to-face in recitation groups and shari'ah consultations, religious lectures, and Koran study groups. Second, the material presented by the da'i was in the form of basic religious values, the virtues of Islam and the beauties of Islam, prayer, and recitation. Third, the media used by da'i in coaching is face-to-face. Fourth, there is a change in the attitude of the converts after receiving guidance, namely increasing knowledge of the mulaf community about Islam, such as knowledge of the values of tawhid, morals, and sharia.</em><em></em></p>

The training in religious institutions in the Republic of Ecuador coexists with training in non-religious institutions. This implies, for first-class institutions, an additional effort in relation with the didactic and educational processes typical of religious education. It must be understood, therefore, that teachers require a specialized attention in terms of their demanding preparation in order to provide a high-quality instructive and training process, in consonance with the characteristics of this training and institution (Fernández, 1998; Navarro, 2010; Villarroel, & Quishpe, 2018). The professional ethics in religious education is not exclusive from the educational institutions, it is also practiced through the spiritual development processes of churches. But in the case of religious school training, its attention is a priority in educational institutions of a religious nature, even when they may develop as part of a religious order, as is the case of La Salle High School. The strength of the professional ethics of teachers in these institutions should be a constant concern in favor of the best pedagogical performance for the formative and didactic - methodological for the instructive in the preparation with thought and action according to the religious formation of the students. The importance of this research in the La Salle, refers to the educational teaching professionals developing, from axiological foundations in line with religious formation, a good methodology and teaching for "teaching-learning" is to raise awareness among teachers about the need to know and choose captivating strategies that keep children motivated , with depth in its theological conception and sensitivity to the needs and problems of others in the daily life.

<p>This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Muslim religiosity and innovation capability on firm survival. Also, this research investigated the moderation role of environmental uncertainty on the effect of Muslim religiosity and innovation capability on firm survival. The study was conducted during the covid-19 pandemic. The analysis unit of this research was the owners of processed food small enterprises fostered by the regional government of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The number of respondents involved in this research was 120 Muslim entrepreneurs. Data were collected using closed questionnaires distributed online, than processed using SEM-WarpPLS. The results showed that the Muslim religiosity and innovation capability significantly affected firm survival. Environmental uncertainty significantly weakened the effect of innovation capability on firm survival. However, environmental uncertainty insignificantly weakened the effect of Muslim religiosity on firm survival. These research results indicate the importance of religious formation for small entrepreneurs in this crisis time. Innovation is also important in increasing the firm survival of small companies during the covid-19 pandemic. </p>
