Analysis of the electromagnetic processes is organized in this article in electric circuit with semiconductor commutator. Mathematical model twelve pulses of the converter is created for analysis of the electromagnetic processes in semiconductor converter with width-pulse regulation of the output voltage. The broughted graphs, which reflect the electromagnetic processes in electric circuit. Method multivariable function was used when performing calculation. The mathematical model of the converter is created for five zoned regulations of the output voltage. Using method multivariable function was found current and voltage of the load, as well as input currents of the converter. The load of the converter has actively inductive nature. Article is devoted to the development of a method of multi-parametric modulating functions by means of working out of new mathematical models and definition of functions and the algorithmic equations for the analysis on sub-system components of electromagnetic processes in electric circuits of variable structure with sinusoidal, direct and pulsing voltage. Introduction of functions with discrete parameters in the algorithmic equations for analysis of processes in circuits with semiconductor commutators simplifies modeling on subsystem components. The mathematical model of steady-state processes and transients in electric circuits of semiconductor converters of modulation type with multi-channel zonal use of phase and line voltages of a three-phase network of power supplies is developed. The mathematical model of electric circuits of thyristor shapers of electro-discharge pulses for the analysis and the matching of capacitors charging modes with decrease several times of electric resistance of technological load is also created. The obtained results have a great value for development theoretical electrical engineering in a direction of simplification of calculations of electromagnetic processes in electric circuits with semi-conductor converters of the electric power. The electromagnetic processes in electric circuit under width-pulse regulation possible to analyse with use the algorithmic equations multivariable function, which argument are a system parameters semiconductor commutator, signal of control, phases to network of the power supply and time. Introduction multivariable function with discrete parameter in algorithmic equations of the analysis formed and connecting processes in electric circuit of the variable structure allows to reflect change of this structure under system components, simplifying modeling and analysis of such processes to account of the generalization of the got equations. Except specified correlations and diagrams designed model allows to analyse forms of the output voltages and current of the separate power modules.

The paper analyzes the methods of starting an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor. The control system used on the object under consideration, the mechanism of cargo movement, is obsolete. Current problems in modern production are measures aimed at energy saving at all stages of production, as well as ensuring the necessary dynamic indicators of control systems. In this paper, several control systems for the mechanism of cargo movement are considered and investigated. The optimal control system for several indicators is proposed. The Matlab Simulink package simulates various start-up methods, namely: direct start-up from the network, rheostatic start-up of an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor, pulse start-up of an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor, asynchronous-valve stage and asynchronous-valve stage with pulse regulation. According to the obtained graphs, a comparison is made and conclusions are drawn about the advantages and disadvantages of each of the start-up methods, as well as graphs of the consumption of active and reactive energy of each of the methods and the most energy-efficient control method is identified.

Worldwide renewable energy resources, especially solar energy, are growing dramatically in view of energy shortage and environmental concerns. The main objective of this study the design of a solar photovoltaic system in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment so as to enhance its output capacity before its integration with the grid. And to stabilize and improve the active power output from the solar system by designing an efficient controller for the inverter for DC to AC conversion based on AI optimization technique. Enhance the system reliability and efficiency by integrating it with the grid via a transformer with the desired grid voltage and frequency and studying its performance at different loads. This work provides a comprehensive design and implementation of power regulatory per phase inverter with proposed differential evolutionary pulse regulation control. Finally the work is made efficiently integrating it with the grid. The designed system is also capable of feeding reactive power to the grid when required. The computational methodology of the proposed modulation technique is very easy and the technique can be applied to the multilevel inverter with any number of levels.

The result of the effect of stress-pulse regulation on the process of manual arc welding with the connection of pulse generator is presented. Technology of stress-pulse regulation is accessible and easy to use: the equipment is so small that it can be applied in any convenient place. At the same time, there is a practical alignment of the microhardness of the zone of the base metal of the welded plates, the transition zone and the zone of the weld, which indicates the absence of residual stresses of the welded parts. The results of the research confirm the effectiveness and prospects stress-pulse regulation in any production.

The paper considers methods of improving technical and economic indicators of direct current electric rolling stock. The authors propose a scheme of electric drive with pulse converters that are controlled by instantaneous values of armature and exciting currents. The scheme provides the realization of regenerative and resistance braking on almost the entire speed range. The paper also presents frequency characteristics of converters at speed from 5 to 100 km/h and proposes a scheme of direct current electric locomotive with pulse regulation of voltage on three connections of traction motors. Moreover, the authors discuss a structure of autonomous voltage inverter with group switching and reduced number of fully controlled semiconductor devices and present methods to prevent wheelspin through changing their load on rails and excitement of traction motors.
