Abstract The changes in the nature of the statistical distributions of the anisotropy of the temperature of CMB in the satellite measurements of the “WMAP” probe were analyzed for the presence of laws in them in changes within the adjacent periods of data accumulation. Statistical distributions of changes in anisotropy between adjacent data accumulation periods were analyzed. The probability of the occurrence of such unidirectional changes at different frequencies of satellite measurements was analyzed and the probability of their occurrence under the influence of non-random factors was estimated.

A student is a student who sits and is registered in one of the universities, both public and private, being a student is the dream of many students around the world and being a student is the starting gate to determine someone will be in the world of science in what field, be it computer science, medicine, world of education and others. However, there are many reasons why students decide to stop attending lectures suddenly due to several factors, both external and internal factors. This causes its own losses that will be faced by the campus, one of which is the reduction in the quantity of student data and resulting in data accumulation, it is necessary to predict students who have the potential to stop studying unilaterally by looking at several criteria and digging up information on the data of students who have the potential to quit college by applying the K-algorithm. NN. In this study, the K-NN algorithm records old data and sees similarities to new data in an effort to recognize patterns of students dropping out of college, the results obtained from new lecture data show that the data is similar to the old data of students who dropped out of college with the closest similarity of values from other cases, namely 17 .3815 with 19.98875 so that the results obtained by the new data student decision decided the possibility of dropping out of college

Education as a form of knowledge transformation especially the problem of religious education Al-Ghazali is one of the classical Muslim figures who are experts in education. The method used in this research is literature study with data sourced from scientific articles, books, and other literature sources. The data analysis technique is done by data reduction, this is done in order to filter existing data to prevent data accumulation. From the research it can be obtained in the form, education must start early, even when a child is still in the womb, educators must love their students and in the book ihya 'umuluddin there are nine important points in children's education.

And indoctrinating the false paradigm of woman. In the presence convention ratification of the political rights of women, that means the state has an obligation to ensure and aluminate the right of woman on the political rights. CEDAW, UDHR and DUHAM states that the rights and freedoms need to be owned by everyone without discrimination. Therefore with positive legal regulations and Islamic law the state should ensure and protect of HAM, UDHR and DHAM tend to anthropocentralize the meaning of human beings as objects in its assertion, while HAM in Islamic law is more the centralized meaning Qur’an and Hadith as its object.

Artificial Intelligence Assisted Innovation (AIAI) is a technology designed to improve innovation productivity by helping human innovators with all the support tasks that kindle the creative spark, and also with sorting out innovative propositions for their merit. Innovation activity is mushrooming and hence innovative history is an ever growing data accumulation. AIAI identified a universal innovation map, which is processed like the tape in a Turing machine, only here in the Innovation Turing machine, marking an innovation pathway. By mapping innovative history onto these maps, one enables the growing record of innovation history to guide current innovation as to merit, expected cost, estimated duration, etc. Using Monte Carlo and Discriminant Analysis, an Artificial Innovation Assistant runs a dialog with the human innovator with a net effect of accelerated innovation. Users of AIAI are expected to exhibit a commanding lead over innovators guided only by their creativity.
