The author turns to the synthetic (intermediate) analysis of the musical composition Harvest by Denis Tretyakov. Two interpretative and semantic layers of the song text are identified and analyzed. The socio-historical (external) level of the text is realized through a decipherable event-plot code. The second (internal) level of the text is much more implicit, since it correlates with its metaphysical semiotic component. It is here that the key to an adequate interpretation is hidden. The song Harvest is connected with the ode To Joy (Beethoven / Schiller) both musically / melodically and textually. Moreover, the correlation of different levels can be traced with individual texts of other authors, in turn, conceptually correlated with this work. These are primarily Gnostic apocrypha (The Apocrypha of Johan, The Walk of the Virgin in Torment), the involvement of which serves to a certain extent the correct analysis of the central image (Misha Gorlikov). He can be identified with both Michael the archangel and the fallen angel Samael, which allows us to speak about the ambivalence not only of the image itself, but also of the picture unfolded in the text, represented as a universal model of the world. There are at least two ways of receiving the ode To Joy by Denis Tretyakov: embodying the original idea and rethinking it. Both solutions receive voluminous, multi-valued implementations, although it is the second way (reinterpretation) that is obviously semantically representative and dynamic. Thanks to the original explication of the musical and verbal sides of the composition, a new author's concept is born, a new own text, at the same time understood as a kind of gesture of art / anti-art.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategic and legal framework of the various areas directly dependent on the protection of biodiversity and the ecosystem approach in the funding programmes related to them. Data were collected by consulting a variety of sources, including articles, project results, European and national legislation, strategies and funding programs in the fields of Water, Forestry, Biodiversity, Climate Change, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Agriculture and Rural Development, Energy and Regional Development. The results showed that, in the areas analyzed, there are no efficient tools for the integration of ecosystem services and natural capital. The level of integration of the ecosystem approach in the analyzed areas compared to the state of ecosystems in Romania indicates that there are not enough measures to protect natural capital through sustainable management. Both inter-institutional integration and coordination are needed to streamline the management of natural capital and the correct analysis and implementation of a payment system for ecosystem services.

Introduction: Ectodermal dysplasia (ED) comprises a broad group of genetic disorders characterized by alterations of the structures derived from the ectoderm, including those of the stomatognathic system. Case Report: The present article aims to report the prosthetic management of a patient with anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia. A male patient diagnosed with ED who attended the dental consultation displaying oligodontia; underdeveloped alveolar ridges were observed. Results: The established treatment consisted of the adaptation of implant-supported fixed full-arch prosthesis designed through CAD-CAM technology for the lower jaw and of a removable partial prosthesis with muco-dental support for the upper jaw. The dental approach of patients with ED is based on a correct analysis of the facial characteristics and stomatological conditions of each subject. Conclusion: A multidisciplinary approach is mandatory due to the biological and functional complexity in biomechanical terms of these individuals.

Objective: to study clinical, anamnestic, and laboratory parameters in children with acute and chronic urticaria. Materials and methods: fifty-five children were examined who were admitted to the pediatric department and day-time inpatient facility of the State Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 17 in Ufa in 2019. Two groups were formed: 44 patients with acute urticaria (Group 1) and 11 patients with chronic urticaria (Group 2). For the correct analysis of the hemogram and immunogram, 2 subgroups of patients with acute urticaria were formed: Group 1a – 13 children under 5 years old and Group 1b – 31 children over 5 years old. Results: acute urticaria was typical for young children (Z cor. = -2.14665; p = 0.031822). In children with acute urticaria under five years of age, there was a correlation (p < 0.05) of age with low serum JgA levels (rs = 0.806380) and the incidence of gastropathology with JgM levels (rs = 0.872872); JgG (rs = 0.763763) and the number of blood leukocytes (rs = 0.692820). In children with acute urticaria over five years of age, a correlation was found between age and concomitant gastropathology (rs = 0.421569). Patients with chronic urticaria are characterized by eosinophilia (Z cor. = -2.96741; p = 0.003003) and a pathogenetically significant increase in the CEC level (Z cor. = 1.98537; p = 0.047104). Conclusion: the revealed differences should be taken into account during the examination and management of children with urticaria.

The development of individual insurance companies in the context of a global crisis and an increasingly competitive environment raises many questions among managers, whose decisions depend on the development of the respective company. These include whether the company will evolve in 10 years, what financial situation it will be in, what market share it will have and what its profit rate will be at the end of the period. The answers to them lie in the correct analysis of the source data, the professional selection of the corrective factors for straightening the planning functions and finally the professional attitude of managers with regard to variables in the intermediate stages.

Temporarily ambiguous sentences are sometimes misanalysed and require revision during sentence processing. Previous studies have reported that non-syntactic information such as verb subcategorisation information does not always prevent misanalysis. However, there is contradictory evidence about whether non-syntactic information is immediately used to recover the globally correct analysis. Previous studies have also reported that initially assigned misinterpretations linger after disambiguation. Some recent studies have suggested that this lingering misinterpretation does not result from a failure to conduct syntactic revision. However, the current evidence for syntactic revision is scarce, limited to a syntactic structure and eye-movement while reading task, and crucially does not necessarily prove that syntactic revision is successfully conducted. The present study reports three self-paced reading experiments that investigate these issues, using temporarily ambiguous complement sentences. Experiment 1 showed that temporarily ambiguous complement sentences are misanalysed during sentence processing, which subsequently causes garden-path effects and lingering misinterpretation. Experiment 2 suggested that non-syntactic information is immediately used to recover the globally correct analysis. However, there was an indication that the incorrect analysis remains activated. Experiment 3 revealed that syntactic revision is conducted in complement sentences without regressive eye movements. The present study argues that the good-enough account can explain these results if this account assumes that a syntactic processing heuristic such as the Canonical Sentoid Strategy is used during the processing of temporarily ambiguous complement sentences.

Inclusive education is a process aimed to respond to the diversity of children’s needs by increasing their level of participation in learning and reducing their exclusion. This implies a number of substantial changes in terms of educational content, didactic and pedagogical approach, structure of the educational system and educational strategies. In order to effectively integrate students with special educational needs (SEN) in the physical education lesson, it is necessary for physical education and sports teachers to be familiar with the term “inclusive education”. The aim of this research is to make a correct analysis of teachers’ opinions and attitudes with regard to the integration of students with SEN in physical education lessons and to achieve a centralisation of medically exempt students in Bucharest. The research was conducted between February and June 2018 and consisted in applying a survey questionnaire among 157 physical education and sports teachers in Bucharest. The purpose was to identify their level of knowledge about inclusive physical education and to find out their opinions about the categories of students exempt from physical education classes for medical reasons and those with special educational needs in the educational establishment in which they worked. In conclusion, 98.1% of teachers have reported that they include students with SEN in physical education lessons and, due to the large number of positive responses, we can state that they are open to the new concept of inclusive education.

Electrophysiological signals can effectively reflect various physiological states of human body, and provide favorable basis for medical diagnosis. However, the correct analysis of electrophysiological signals requires professional medical diagnosis experience. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, intelligent diagnosis methods based on deep learning are gradually applied in the medical field in order to reduce the dependence of diagnosis results on medical experience. Deep learning has made remarkable achievements in the field of image processing, through which deeper information can be extracted than through time-series signals. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of 2DECG diagnosis based on Faster R-CNN (Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network). First, the time-series ECG signal is transformed into two-dimensional curve. Then, the Faster R-CNN model based on beat is obtained by using dataset training. Finally, three kinds of ECG diseases are diagnosed by the Faster R-CNN model. The test results show that compared with the effect of one-dimensional CNN, the method proposed in this paper has high diagnosis accuracy and can help doctors to diagnose diseases more intuitively.
