In this study, changes in air quality were quantified before and during the introduction of COVID-19 quarantine measures in the Shchuchinsk-Borovskaya resort area. During 2020, there were only 49 resolutions "On strengthening restrictive quarantine measures in the territory of the Akmola region"on the territory of the resort zone. The maximum permissible concentration of sulfur dioxide in the atmospheric air has been exceeded. We have revealed that in the entire territory of the resort area for 2018-2019. atmospheric air pollution, according to the standard index, was elevated and high (3.38 to 6.4), according to the highest frequency (16.6 to 100%), there was a very high degree of pollution, and in 2020, the indicators of the standard index and the highest frequency were within the norm.

The impact of COVID-19 on farmers’ livelihoods and food security is a key concern in rural communities. This study investigates the impacts of the livelihood assets on the food security of rural households during the COVID-19 pandemic and determines those factors related to food security. The population of this study includes rural households in Dashtestan county, Bushehr province, in southern Iran. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan sampling table, 293 households were selected using the convenience sampling method. To measure food security, the American standard index and ordinal regression are used to analyze the factors. The results of the food security situation show highly precarious and food insecure situations among the studied rural households. The regression analysis shows that the most important assets affecting the food security of rural households under COVID-19 are financial, psychological, physical, and human assets, respectively. The results can help rural development planners and policymakers to improve both livelihoods and food security in rural communities, not just during the COVID-19 pandemic, but also in its aftermath.

This study aims to design an air quality measuring instrument that is more efficient, relatively cheaper and can be carried because it has a smaller shape and size compared to the existing tools in the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). The main processor uses the Arduino ATmega 2560 microcontroller. This microcontroller functions as a processor for PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations which are the output of the ZH03A sensor. The design results are calibrated with a standard tool, namely BAM1020 which is owned by the BMKG air quality sector to measure air quality. The calibration results obtained that the average value issued by the reference tool which is used as a standard compared to the ZH03A sensor in the design results for PM 2.5 is 6.5 µm / m3, and for the average value of PM1.0 is 2.8 µm / m3 the calculated Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) value is 126 µm / m3 including the medium category according to the Air Pollution Standard Index.

Clean air is a basic thing that is needed by living things. This makes clean air is very important for the continuity of life. Therefore, an air pollution standard index is needed to determine air quality based on the concentration of gas contained in it. As the State Capital which is the center of the economy, DKI Jakarta Province has an important air quality issue that needs to be controlled regularly. This research is a qualitative descriptive study of secondary data on the air pollutant standard index to compare the gas concentration parameters in the air before and during the COVID19 pandemic. The results of the analysis show that during the COVID-19 pandemic there was an increase in the “good and moderate” category days and a decrease in the “unhealthy and very unhealthy” category days compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the requirement of the regional water resources demonstration system to clarify the total water consumption control index and water consumption standard, this paper studies and proposes the establishment of water consumption standard index, puts forward the analysis principle and method of water consumption standard index based on the combination of standard reference and typical investigation, and carries out the application research with Haining Economic Development Zone as an example, The research results provide technical support for regional implementation of water resources demonstration system and enterprise water saving evaluation.

Use of the audiogram as the gold standard index of hearing ability amplifies the consequences of error in threshold measurement. A Markov chain model of the audiometric procedure revealed a three-step pattern in the stimuli presented each trial. Monte Carlo simulations were used to generate threshold estimates for a simple listener model. Thresholds sorted by trial had a mean bias consistent with model predictions. An alternate scoring method is proposed that uses equal sampling of Markov states. The resulting threshold targets a specific probability of detection and has no systematic bias as a function of trial.

Fractional-time Schrödinger equation (FTSE) describes the evolution of quantum processes endowed with memory effects. FTSE manifestly breaks all consistency requirements of quantum field theory (unitarity, locality and compliance with the clustering theorem), unless the order of fractional differentiation and integration ( ) falls close to the standard index . Working in the context of the minimal fractal manifold (where , ), we confirm here that FTSE approximates the attributes of gravitational metric and provides an unforeseen generation mechanism for massive fields.
