Rapid and accurate diagnosis of various lung changes caused by SARS-Co V-2 is extremely important and relevant, as it will allow timely action to take the necessary measures to treat and stop the spread of lesions. Ultrasound diagnosis allows you to quickly, non-invasively, and cheaply conduct research that is accurate and effective enough to make or confirm a diagnosis. The article highlights the main structural changes in the lungs found in 86 patients with a positive PCR test for coronavirus virus. The following sonographic signs were observed during the study: B-line (in 54% of patients), white lung effect (in 20.6% of patients), consolidation (11 people – 17.5%), of which 6 patients with consolidation less than 1 cm and 5 patients had consolidations greater than 1 cm, pleural effusion was observed in 7 patients. Our research is important both in terms of increasing the informativeness of the diagnosis for physicians and patients, for whom it is important to quickly, non-invasively, and economically compare, detect disease and begin treatment promptly.

In case of kidney damage, ultrasound is the primary, and often the main instrumental diagnostic method, which makes it possible to diagnose the main traumatic lesions: kidney contusion, hematomas of various localization, kidney rupture, and a number of vascular injuries. To clarify the prevalence of the process in high-severity injuries and damage to large vessels, it is recommended to use contrast-enhanced computed tomography, which in these cases has an advantage over the capabilities of ultrasound. Ultrasound examination is indispensable in the dynamic observation of the state of the kidney after injury

Abstract The complex method of ultrasonic diagnostics of two-phase flows in a liquid metal medium is developed. It allows measuring the dynamic and structural characteristics of the floating inhomogeneity. A software and hardware complex that implements the proposed method is developed and tested for ultrasonic diagnostics of two-phase flows in water and liquid metal medium.

Conducting of sociological investigation is an important condition for the implementing effective and targeted health policy. However, such studies, regarding ultrasonic diagnostics specialists are not enough. The article deals with analysis of results of the survey of ultrasonic diagnostic specialists on the issue of evaluation the quality of services provided for ultrasound diagnostics. Among the main factors affecting the quality of ultrasound diagnostics in Russia, doctors’ workload and inadequate material and technical base were often noted. Surveys of specialists allow to identify problem areas of an organizational, informational and technological nature in the work of the ultrasound service and take measures to eliminate them.
