AbstractTextile consumer trends towards improved product safety and high environmental standards have significantly influenced regulators in key consumer markets. The apparel wool industry sector has responded to regulators, and for three decades the Australia and New Zealand wool industries have managed advancements in ectoparasiticides and improved sheep treatments targeting high environmental, animal health and welfare standards leading to safe wool products. Australian and New Zealand chemical residue data from greasy wool have been consolidated and analysed for organophosphate, synthetic pyrethroid, insect growth regulator, neonicotinoid, macrocyclic lactone and spinosad active. Trend analysis has been applied to time domain data to evaluate advancements in ectoparasiticide technology after revising environmental, animal health and welfare standards. Analysis shows impacts from technology improvement, regulatory change and compliance by sheep farmers meeting or exceeding published European Union residue limits for regulated ectoparasiticides namely organochlorine, organophosphate, synthetic pyrethroid and insect growth regulators. Implications from advancements in ectoparasiticide technology, industry management and regulatory measures, include healthy sheep growing in clean pastoral environments with evidence of reduced wool residue levels which complement high and rising proportions of Australian and New Zealand wool fibre meeting European Union Ecolabel criteria.

It is shown that many scientific publications and researches in the field of monolithic house-building aredevoted to increase of efficiency of use of formwork systems as the most labor and economically expensive area. It isnoted that up to 50 % of the costs are for formwork, including the cost of renting or purchasing, its installation, maintenance, storage and remuneration. It is presented that with the development of formwork systems their technologyis improved, in particular the regulatory framework is improved to reduce the complexity of the work, adjustments aremade to the size of the formwork, it becomes more uniform, reduces the number of connections, increases the turnoverof formwork systems, which also reduces costs. It is shown that a very important issue, inseparable from monolithichousing is the improvement of design with the composition of concrete and concrete mixtures. One of the promisingУкраїнський журнал будівництва та архітектури, № 4 (004), 2021, ISSN (Print) 2710-0367, ISSN (Online) 2710-0375 17 areas of technology improvement is to reduce the time of the set of design strength. The question of the accelerated setof durability by concrete at hardening is very actual in the conditions of the market and high cost of rent of a timbering.Predicting the accelerated growth of concrete strength, respectively, will establish the morning timing of removal offormwork systems. The graph of dependence of time of a set of durability by concrete, for example at activation ofcement suspension in an electromagnetic field in comparison with standard data of hardening is specified. The reductionof the term (days) of keeping concrete in the formwork is shown, it improves the manufacturability of its use, accordingly it causes a reduction of all costs, incl. reduction of construction time and, accordingly, acceleratedmovement of funds and economic profit due to the earlier commissioning of facilities. The area of perspectiveresearches on establishment of interrelation of indicators of efficiency from parameters of object and technology isformulated. This gives a theoretical justification for further computational experiments. The object of research is theproduction processes with the use of collapsible formwork systems for frame-monolithic construction. The subject ofthe study are indicators of manufacturability of the use of formwork systems. The purpose of scientific and appliedresearch is the ability to show the increase of manufacturability of construction by ensuring the normative turnover offormwork by intensifying the hardening of concrete in frame-monolithic construction with a reduction in the duration ofthe strength of concrete. As a result of research the following tasks were defined: the area of further researches isformulated, ways of reduction of the basic technical and economic indicators are offered, the expedient theoreticalsubstantiation of the further computational experiments is proved.

The Internet of things (IoT) has changed the information transmission mode of people, things, and services. The new functional experience will bring users an efficient, convenient, and safe lifestyle. Virtual reality (VR) technology, also known as spiritual environment technology, is a new stage of the development of computer and information technology. It is an important auxiliary tool in the fields of R & D, production, education, and so on. As one of the six most famous kilns in the Tang Dynasty (618–907 BC), Shouzhou kiln plays an important role in the history of ceramics in China and even in the world. However, due to the long history, incomplete site preservation, fragile ceramic materials, and lack of effective promotion and publicity, it has been difficult to make a breakthrough in the protection and development of Shouzhou kiln. VR technology makes comprehensive use of computer software and hardware, breaks the barrier between virtual and reality, and provides a new idea for the protection and development of Shouzhou kiln. On the basis of fully combing the principle of VR technology and analyzing the application possibility of VR technology, firstly, focusing on the history and from the perspective of archaeological research of Shouzhou kiln, this paper discusses how to use VR technology to realize the restoration of ancient kiln sites, ancient ceramics, ancient ceramics technology, and relevant data preservation of Shouzhou kiln. Secondly, focusing on the present, this paper discusses the application of VR technology and Internet of things technology in Shouzhou kiln ceramic product design, Shouzhou kiln process technology improvement, Shouzhou kiln ceramic product display, and Shouzhou kiln marketing. Finally, focusing on the future, this paper discusses the application prospect of VR technology in the inheritance of Shouzhou kiln technology and the promotion of Shouzhou kiln ceramic culture. It is expected to explore feasible paths and methods for the protection, inheritance, and development of ancient ceramic culture in China and even the world through the discussion of VR technology involved in the protection and development of Shouzhou kiln.

A concern for the growth and utilization of sheep is raised since ancient times in Romania. The development of livestock sector is determined by the climate and the geographical configuration with the availability of grasslands maintained by transhumants. The pastoralism founded a domestic processing of milk, wool and leather products with positive socio-economic implications on material and spiritual life of local people. The sheep breeds prevailed until the 20th century were ‘Tucana’ and ‘Stogose’ and, to a lesser extent, ‘Tisigai’. These breeds, generally unimproved, have a profound fitness and resistance to harsh weather conditions. These breeds were also fit for traveling long routes in search of food. The utilization of a sheep breed is determined by the national economic demand, productivity potential of the breed, available, technology, improvement and utilization methods of the breed. The said sheep breeds were appreciated because they produce a diversity of products having superior nutritional or economic values. It is known especially for its white wool, which is used in domestic industry for making clothes and other products including artifacts, textiles, Persian carpets, etc. Considering the local natural conditions and the national economic demands, the sheep husbandry was assisted continuously to support intensive and multilateral development producing the necessary raw materials for the textile, fur, leather and food industry. Both research and the technical developments have contributed to the zootechnical field geared to resolve the problems appeared in the development of sheep. The scientific knowledge and expertise need to be combined with application skills leading to the development and modernization of complex technologies helping growth of sheep products.

The Executive Office for Immigration Review houses America's trial-level immigration courts, which adjudicate hundreds of thousands of cases annually, many resulting in deportations. Most proceedings require interpretation and all rely heavily upon technology. Yet, we know little about communication and technology in these hearings, and even less about the views of attorneys who navigate this system daily. I examine the effects courtroom interpretation and technology have on immigrant voices as described in interviews with immigration attorneys representing clients facing deportation. Attorneys overwhelmingly characterize the court as procedurally unjust, pinpointing how flaws in interpretation, telephonic conferencing, and videoconferencing offer the illusion of due process. Drawing upon criminology, legal sociology, and linguistics, this study finds profound improvements are needed to ensure due process in the nation's immigration courts, including: Elimination of telephonic and videoconferencing in all but extreme circumstances. Modernization of telephonic and videoconference technology. Improvement of interpreter standards and working conditions. Education of attorneys, judges, and interpreters regarding challenges inherent to courtroom interpretation and technology. Although enhancing the quality of interpretation and technology protocols may improve immigrants’ access to justice in immigration court, meaningful immigration court reforms should reduce the need for an immigration court altogether.

In this paper, we assume that the supply chain for new energy vehicles (NEVs) consists of a manufacturer and N parts suppliers, considering that the R&D investment of both manufacturer and suppliers will affect the market demand of NEVs and NEVs credit, we construct decentralized and centralized decision-making models under the dual-credit policy to study the R&D investment strategy of supply chain enterprises. Furthermore, considering that suppliers can form alliances, we establish bargaining game models under the conditions of the non-alliance and alliance of suppliers, and discuss the coordination strategy for the NEVs supply chain. It is found that, under the dual-credit policy, the higher the credit coefficient of technology improvement, the higher the transaction price of credits, and the higher the R&D investment of supply chain. Dual-credit policy can effectively encourage NEVs supply chain to increase R&D investment, improve NEV technology level, and improve the profit of supply chain. Under the dual-credit policy, the increment profit distribution strategy based on a bargaining game model can coordinate the NEVs supply chain. When suppliers separately negotiate with the manufacturer, bringing the negotiation sequence forward, the supplier can get more profits. However, as the manufacturer has the right to determine the negotiation sequence, the supplier can only get the profit of the last round of negotiation, and the manufacturer can get excess profit. Forming a suppliers alliance can solve this problem effectively, and increase the profit of all suppliers when the alliance`s negotiating power is improved to a certain threshold.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) specifically infects liver cells, leading to progressive liver cirrhosis and significantly increasing the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The maturity of sequencing technology, improvement in bioinformatics data analysis and progress of omics technologies had improved research efficiency. The occurrence and progression of HCC are affected by multisystem and multilevel pathological changes. With the application of single-omics technologies, including genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics and proteomics in tissue and body fluid samples, and even the novel development of multi-omics analysis on a single-cell platform, HBV-associated HCC changes can be better analyzed. The review summarizes the application of single omics and combined analysis of multi-omics data in HBV-associated HCC and proposes the importance of multi-omics analysis in the type of HCC, which provide the possibility for the precise diagnosis and therapy of HBV-associated HCC.
