Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran di PT Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi Nganjuk. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang dioperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi lingkungan di PT Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi Nganjuk sangat baik. Hal ini berdasarkan pada matriks faktor strategi internal yang menunjukkan nilai positif (+), nilai kekuatan lebih besar daripada kelemahan (S=2,22 > W=0,68). Matriks faktor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa nilai positif di mana nilai peluang lebih besar daripada ancaman (O=2,78 > T=0,71). Kondisi lingkungan di PT Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi sangat baik untuk dilakukan usaha, dengan skor total faktor peluang (SO=5). Penentuan strategi yang sesuai yaitu dengan menerapkan selective strategy. Strategi SO yang dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen dengan cara bersikap santun, melayani secara intesif, dan sabar dalam melayani keinginan konsumen serta menjalin hubungan yang baik kepada konsumen dengan menjaga kualitas sapi yang dijual.

N-alkanoyl-N-methylglucamides (MEGAs) are non-toxic surfactants widely used in pharmaceutical and biochemical applications and hence more sustainable syntheses towards these compounds are highly desired. Here we present an aqueous, enzymatic synthesis route towards MEGAs and analogues using carboxylic acid reductase (CAR), which has been engineered to catalyse amide bond formation (CAR-A). Compared to lipase catalysed reactions, this biocatalyst is capable of selective amide bond formation between amino-polyols and fatty acids without the competing esterification reaction being observed. The wide substrate scope of CAR-A catalysed amidation was exemplified by the synthesis of 16 amides including several commercially relevant targets. The ATP co-factor could be recycled from cheap polyphosphate using a kinase. This work establishes acyl-phosphate mediated chemistry as a selective strategy for biocatalytic amide bond formation in the presence of competing alcohol functionalities.

The integrated scheduling algorithm of process sequence time-selective strategy (ISAOPSTSS) is an advanced algorithm in the field of integrated scheduling. The proposed algorithm points out the shortcomings of the process sequence time-selective strategy. Generally, there are too many “trial scheduling” times. The authors propose that there is no need to make “trial scheduling” at every “quasi-scheduling time point.” In fact, the process scheduling scheme can be obtained by trial scheduling on some “quasi-scheduling time points.” The scheduling result is the same as that of the sequence timing strategy. The proposed algorithm reduces the runtime of scheduling algorithm and improves the performance of the algorithm without reducing the optimization effect.

In the context of global challenges, the issue of modification of mechanisms of socio-economic interaction of economic entities, the search for a new, innovative mechanism of interaction of economic entities during socio-behavioral restrictions becomes actualized. The article is aimed at analyzing the process-based socio-economic interaction of industrial economic entities, which involves a study of the subject composition, interaction options and desired results during the implementation of various business processes by industrial economic entities. The main features of socio-economic interaction, as well as the list of entities of socio-economic interaction of industrial enterprises are presented. It is proposed to consider the socio-economic interaction of industrial economic entities within business processes, since each business process is characterized by its subject composition, intensity of interaction, place of implementation, direction of interaction, etc. Differentiation of interaction within business processes will allow to identify its features and options of influence, and determining further on the impact of global challenges on each business process will make it possible to adjust the results of interaction between entities depending on scenarios of global challenges and offer a selective strategy for mutual coordination of actions of economic entities directed towards counteracting global challenges. In the terms of further research, it is planned to determine the degree of interaction of various entities with the enterprise, namely: suppliers, consumers, competitors, the State (direction and strength of regulation, control, assistance to the enterprise, the possibility and instruments of the enterprise’s influence on the decisions of the authorities), etc., as well as define the nature of the change of entities, options and composition of interaction under the influence of global challenges and analyze the communicative aspects of interaction of entities.

This paper is in view of the current algorithm to solve Multiple-Devices-Process integrated scheduling problems without considering parallel process between the parallel processing. Meanwhile, the influence of the first processing procedure on the second processing procedure is ignored, resulting in poor tightness between serial processes and poor parallelism between parallel processes, ultimately affecting the product scheduling results. We proposed Multiple-Devices-Process integrated scheduling algorithm with time-selective for process sequence. The proposed Multiple-Devices-Process sequencing strategy determines the process of scheduling order and improves the tightness between serial process. This paper presents a method to determine the quasischeduling time point of the multiequipment process, the time-selective strategy of Multiple-Devices-Process, and the time-selective adjustment strategy of Multiple-Devices-Process so that the first and the second processing processes cooperate with each other, and the purpose of improving the tightness of the serial process and the parallelism of the parallel processes is achieved, so as to shorten the product processing time.
