Abstract— Network security system is very important, because it relates to the security of resources in network, if the networksecurity system is weak, so people are not interested could be easy to attacks on the system, either to manipulate the data or changing the configuration of the network . In Lazis Wahdah has not made the block on port network systems, and used of modem Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) in the network do not block the port. This is because the ADSL Modem just can do simple configuration and also not have features such as Router. Focusing on the issue, the use of methods Port Knocking on Mikrotik RB951UI-2ND is an appropriate way to improve network security system. With Port Knocking only IP address that corresponds to the rule or according to a predetermined Knock can access Mikrotik, while that does not comply with the rule will remain blocked. So Port Knockingmethod can improve the security system on the network at Lazis Wahdah Jakarta. Intisari— Keamanan sistem jaringan sangat penting, karena berkaitan dengan keamanan sumber daya yang ada padajaringan berupa data-data, jika system keamanan jaringan lemah,maka orang yang tidak berkepentingan dapat denganmudah melakukan serangan pada sistem tersebut, baik untuk melakukan manipulasi data atau merubah konfigurasi padajaringan. Di Lazis Wahdah Jakarta belum melakukan blok pada port system jaringan, dan penggunaan modem AsymmetricDigital Subscriber Line (ADSL) pada jaringaan tidak melakukan blok terhadap port, ini karena Modem ADSL hanya bisamelakukan konfigurasi sederhana dan juga tidak memilik ifitur seperti halnya Router. Berfokus pada masalah tersebut,penggunaan metode Port Knocking pada Mikrotik RB941-2ND merupakan cara yang tepat untuk meningkatkan sistemkeamanan jaringan. Dengan Port Knocking hanya IP Address yang sesuai dengan rule atau sesuai dengan Knock yang telahditentukan yang dapat mengakses ke Mikrotik, sementara yang tidak sesuai dengan rule akan tetap diblok. Sehingga metodePort Knocking dapat meningkatkan system keamanan pada jaringan Lazis Wahdah Jakarta.

In this paper we present a low complexity physical IC layout for memory based Real Fast Fourier Transform (RFFT) architecture using 90nm technology. FFT architectures are the most important algorithms in the modern communication systems like and very high bit rate digital subscriber line (VDSL) asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL). In this FFT algorithm is based on radix-2 decimation-in-frequency. In order to meet the real time requirements of very large scale integration (VLSI), we designed a low complexity and high speed FFT architecture. The RFFT architecture was realised using Verilog hardware description language (HDL). This architecture is simulated using Native code launch of cadence and synthesized using RTL code complier of cadence tool. Each step of application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) physical IC design flow was synthesized using cadence Innovus 90nm technology and we optimize the design to reduce the area, power and timing requirements

The work is devoted to the research of achievable data transmission rates by transmission systems using VDSL2 technology (VDSL2-systems) when working on multi-pair telephone cables of the PJSC «Ukrtelecom» network. The architecture of the modernized telecommunications network of the PJSC «Ukrtelecom» is considered. The results of the experimental research of the achievable transmission rate of the transmission systems using VDSL2 technology for multi-pair telephone cables after the access network of the PJSC «Ukrtelecom» modernization, taking into account the crosstalk that occurs du­ring the parallel operation of the VDSL2-systems and the availability of the ADSL2+-systems working in the multi-pair cable, are provided. Analytical modeling of the VDSL2-systems operation taking into account the characteristics of the «Huawei» equipment and domestic telephone cables is performed. The method for calculating of the transmission rate of the VDSL2-systems has been corrected on the basis of the experiments and modeling results. Using the corrected method, the research of the VDSL2-systems transmission rate dependence on the length of the subscriber line, the load coefficient of the multi-pair cable by transmission systems and the external additive noises level is carried out. The recommendations on the implementation of the VDSL2 technology on the PJSC «Ukrtelecom» network based on the results of the research are given.

The last few decades have witnessed a greater transition in the communication sector due to the unpre- cedented innovations in technology. On the one hand, the emergence of broadband has rejuvenated and strengthened the wireline sector by making use of the existing wireline infrastructure. On the other hand, it has created an intense competition among the service providers. The competition has propelled the service providers to look beyond the idea of providing service and has forced them to consider other factors like establishing customer loyalty which stems out of customer satisfaction and service quality. Thus, the study aims to analyze the interrelationship among the above-mentioned factors with respect to digital subscriber line (DSL) service offered by the incumbent wireline operator in Puducherry. The study has found that customer satisfaction plays an intervening role between service quality and customer loyalty.

AbstractA data telemetry technique for communicating over standard oceanographic sea cables that achieves a nearly 100-fold increase in bandwidth as compared to traditional systems has been recently developed and successfully used at sea on board two Research Vessel (R/V) Atlantis cruises with an 8.5-km, 0.322-in.-diameter three-conductor sea cable. The system uses commercially available modules to provide Ethernet connectivity through existing sea cables, linking serial and video underwater instrumentation to the shipboard user. The new method applies Synchronous Digital Subscriber Line (SDSL) communications technology to undersea applications, greatly increasing the opportunities to use scientific instrumentation from existing ships and sea cables at minimal cost and without modification.

Sistem Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) merupakan teknologi akses yang memungkinkan terjadinya komunikasi data, suara dan video secara bersamaan pada media akses tembaga. Komunikasi data tidak dapat dihindarkan dari adanya derau, tidak terkecuali sistem ADSL yang mengalami kesalahan dalam hal pengiriman yang disebabkan adanya derau sehingga membuat nilai bit error rate (BER) meningkat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan cara untuk mengurangi derau sehingga dapat memperkecil nilai BER. Untuk mengurangi derau dan mendapatkan nilai BER maka diperlukan metode modulasi Quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) pada sistem ADSL. Visualisasi sistem dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari sistem ADSL dan mengetahui BER yang di timbulkan. Dari hasil visualisasi dengan memberikan masukan data 64 bit, menampilkan konstelasi yang mengalami penyebaran data tetapi tidak merusak bentuk dari konstelasi. Ketika konstelasi masuk ke kanal Additif White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) dengan simpangan antara 0 dB – 20 dB dan interval 2 dB, dihasilkan nilai BER 0.3906 pada saat Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) bernilai 0 dB sampai akhirnya BER bernilai nol pada saat SNR berkisar antara 9 dB - 20 dB.
